In this paper, I show importance of interpreting legalization of same-sex partnerships as a process of "the politics of recognition" for gay and lesbian, through featuring on the argument about legalization of partnerships in U.S.A. In the first section, I survey evolution of lawsuits to demand the right to marry for same-sex couples, from that in 70's to Goodridge decision of the Massachusetts Supreme Court in 2003. From Beahr decision of the Hawaii Supreme Court in 1993 to Goodridge decision, judgments to recognize the right to marry for same-sex couples continued. Then followed those decisions, the problem of same-sex marriage was focused as a political problem and the backlash by conservative groups broke out. I explore such phenomenon by introducing the perspective of "the politics of recognition", propounded by C. Taylor. Then I urge importance of consideration to the essential of the politics of recognition: that is not only an achievement of equal rights but a demand for transformation of majority itself. Therefore, it is a process achieving equality accompanied with social understanding and transformati\on not raising a single acquisition aim to call "marriage".

【目的】起立性調節障害(OD)は、思春期に好発する循環系を中心とした自律神経機能不全とされ、 不登校等の原因になることも多い。本稿は、薬物療法の効果が十分に得られなかったOD 患児に 鍼灸治療を行い、改善がみられた症例を報告する。 【症例】14 歳、男性、中学生[主訴]起床困難、入眠困難[現病歴]X-1 年1 月頃から食欲不振、 入眠障害、起床困難を生じ、登校が困難になった。近医小児科でOD の診断を受け、薬物治療を 行うも改善しないため、X 年1 月に鍼灸治療を開始した。[現症]起床困難、午前中の体調不良が みられ、学校は遅刻・欠席が続いている。その他に、四肢の冷え、腹痛、食欲不振等がある。生 理機能検査では、OD テスト:陽性、体位変換負荷サーモグラム(立位、臥位):陽性、24 時間ホ ルター心電図パワースペクトル解析:LF<HF(副交感神経優位)で異常が認められた。[服用薬物] ミドドリン塩酸塩(2㎎ )・3 錠、スボレキサント(20㎎ )・1 錠等。[治療]自律神経機能の調整を目 的に、1 ~ 2 週間に1 回、計16 回の鍼灸治療を行った。1 ~ 5 診目は、頭頂部・四肢・腹部への 置鍼術(10 分、16 号40㎜、刺鍼深度5 ~ 15㎜)、手指・足趾爪甲角部への棒灸を行った。6 診目 以降は、頭頂部・背部への鍼通電療法(50Hz 間欠波、10 分、 20 号40㎜、刺鍼深度5 ~ 15㎜)を 追加した。効果判定のため、2 診目以降のOD 症状、登校状況、3 診目以降の起床時血圧の記録を 依頼した。 【結果】2 ~ 4 診目(21 日間)は、遅刻・欠席が93%、起床困難が67%、腹痛が67%、食欲不振 が24%の日に認められた。13 ~ 16 診目(30 日間)は、遅刻・欠席が0%、起床困難が0%、腹痛 が3%、食欲不振が0%の日に認められた。OD 症状および自律神経機能の改善が認められたため、 16 診で治療を終了した。 【考察】藤原ら(1997)の報告同様に、鍼灸治療は自律神経機能を調整し、OD を改善したと考える。

創薬プロセスの初期段階において、医薬品候補化合物を効率的に探索して構造最適化するためのインシリコ創薬技術が求められている。本研究では、スパコン「京」を用いることで、世界最大規模の化合物-タンパク質相互作用空間における超高速かつ高精度な医薬品候補探索を実現するための「インシリコ創薬基盤」を構築し、創薬現場での実践的利用を目指している。現在までに我々は、CGBVS法(Chemical Genomics-based Virtual Screening method)を「京」に実装・チューニング することで、膨大な化合物空間と多数の創薬標的タンパク質候補との大規模相互作用の高速予測を可能にした。更にMP-CAFEE法(Massively Parallel Computation of Absolute binding Free Energy method)を「京」に実装することで、タ ンパク質と化合物との結合自由エネルギー(結合親和性)の高精度予測を可能にした。本発表では当該プロジェクトの取り組み状況と現在までの成果について紹介する。

<p><b>Introduction:</b> Myomas are a common disorder in women of reproductive age, affecting 20%–50% of the population. The relationship between myomas and infertility is still unclear, and the effect of myomectomy on reproductive outcomes is uncertain. We retrospectively investigated patients with infertility who had laparoscopic myomectomy (LM) in our hospital and discussed the impact of LM on reproductive outcomes.</p><p><b>Methods:</b> A total of 54 patients with infertility who underwent LM in our hospital between January 2015 and September 2016 were analyzed. All patients received both preoperative and postoperative treatments for infertility, such as timed intercourse, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and assisted reproductive technology (ART).</p><p><b>Results:</b> Mean age was 37.0 (29–44, median 39) years. Of 54 patients, 34 (63.0%) conceived after LM (timed intercourse = 10, IUI = 1, and ART = 23). Mean duration between the operation and pregnancy was 9.2 (4–24, median 8.5) months. Uterine cavity distortion did not have an influence on reproductive outcomes. All pregnant women delivered by cesarean section. No uterine rupture was observed.</p><p><b>Conclusion:</b> LM may be offered to patients who do not become pregnant after infertility treatment.</p><p></p>

In the strongly acidic amino acid fraction of the muscle extract of abalone <i>Hariotis discus hannai</i> several acidic ninhydrin positive substances were detected by paper electrophoresis and paper chromatography. They were purified by ion exchange chromatography. One of them, which gave a yellow color with ninhydrin reagent and a blue color with isatin, was obtained as colorless crystals. Its chemical structure was established as L-pyrrolidine-2, 5-dicarboxylic acid (IV) by means of mass, NMR, ORD and IR spectrometries. IV has only been found in a red algs <i>Shizymenia dubyi</i> but not in animal tissues until now.
