The effect of ozone exposure (concentration : 0 and 0.3 ppm) during cultivation of Winter mushroom (Flammulina velutipes (Curt. : Fr) Sing.) was investigated on the weight and chemical composition (diameter of pileus, lenght of stipe, water, protein, lipid, carbohydrate and ash as major constituents : and thiamin, riboflavin and ascorbic acid as vitamins) on dry matter basis of fruit body i. e., pileus, stipe and the whole. As to 0 day after the ozone exposure treatment, increase was observed on water, protein, ash, thiamin, riboflavin and ascorbic acid in the whole bodies. On the other hand, as to 5 days after the ozone exposure treatment, an increase was observed on diameter, content of lipid and carbohydrate in pileus, on the length, content of carbohydrate, thiamin and ascorbic acid in stipe, and on the content of protein, carbohydrate, thiamin and ascorbic acid in the whole.

北海道, 日高帯の幌満かんらん岩体は, かつてのマントルダイアピルの断片であり, その物理条件の違いから, 様々な段階でのマグマ分離現象が凍結されている。高温部では上昇の最終課程まで部分溶融していたため形成されたメルトとそのメルトが小規模クラックに分離して形成された斜長石に富む脈が見られ, 大規模なメルト分離現象は現在SDWで占められているかつてのmelt conduit周辺部に凍結されている。規模の違いこそあれ, 両者の基本的なマグマ分離メカニズムは, 溶融メルトのクラックへの吸い込みであった。

香辛料の一種であるフェヌグリーク (<I>Trigonella foenum-graecum</I> <I>L</I>.) の生活習慣病予防効果を検討した。標準食 (STD) および高脂肪・高ショ糖食 (HFS) の2種類の実験食を作成し, それぞれの実験食にフェヌグリーク添加群を加えて計4群とし, 正常なSD系ラットに摂食させた。HFSではフェヌグリーク添加によって, 体重増加量, エネルギー効率比および精巣周囲白色脂肪組織重量は減少した。また, 肝臓中の総コレステロール量も減少し, 糞中への総胆汁酸排泄量が増加した。しかしながら, 耐糖能に関してはフェヌグリーク添加による大きな影響はみられなかった。以上のことから, フェヌグリークは食餌中脂質の糞中への排泄を促進することによって, 肝臓および白色脂肪組織への脂肪蓄積を抑制し, その結果として体重増加を抑制することが推察された。

本研究は平地部集落の宅地空間における作業所等の改変とそれに伴う連関変化の視点から、宅地内の建築物・OS・宅地境界空間や宅地外空間・生活・生業等の要素相互の連関を把握した。宅地境界空間との連関では、作業所の隣接等に伴う囲いの改変や農機具導入等に伴う出入口・囲い等の連関変化が捉えられた。OSへの連関では、砂利化や日当たり悪化による土更地・菜園畑の改変や意匠庭・隣接農地等への影響が把握された。建築物との連関では改変行為を契機とする建築物・OS・宅地境界空間への連関変化が捉えられた。宅地外空間との連関では、菜園畑の消失等に連関した隣接する苗代等の宅地化と、作業所・農機具庫・ハウス・囲い等の設置が把握された。To clear relationship between elements of rural settlement, we analyzed the structure on the relative changes with the changes of the workshop on the buildings, the open spaces and the border spaces in housing lot, the spaces out of housing lot, life style and agricultural management. The main contents of this paper are as follows. 1) On border space of housing lot, the relations to adjoining buildings change the hedges and the walls. And the entrance and the fences are changed with the relations on the change of the path of flow. 2) On open space in housing lot, the relative changes of the clay yard and the vegetable garden influence the changes of the planting garden and the adjoining farm. 3) With the constructions of the workshop, there are the relative changes to the buildings, the open spaces and the border spaces in housing lot. 4) On the adjoining farm, there are the constructions of the workshop, the shed for agricultural machines, the vinyl house and the fence.
