目的 カトマンズ近郊 A村をフィールドとして、人口、経済力、情報量などの増加が母親の妊娠、出産、育児という保健行動にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか、 2001年と 2006年の実態の比較から考察を行い、都市部近郊地域の母子保健の課題を明らかにする。方法 ネパール国ラリトプール郡 A村で、0~12か月児を持つ母親へ聞き取り調査を実施した。就学歴のある母親とその児群と就学歴のない母親とその児群および全体について、 2001年と 2006年のデータを比較した。結果 2006年に少数民族の母親の増加がみられた。妊婦検診、分娩、児の罹患時に利用した施設は病院が多く、この 5年間でいずれも増加傾向がみられた。また、妊婦検診費用が約 7倍、分娩費用が約 2倍となっていた。児の発育状況では、カウプ指数が 1ポイント上昇した。児の一般的な感染症への疾患の罹患は減少した。考察 海外への出稼ぎなどにより収入の増加した中間層と、地方からの移入者で経済的な課題を持つ層の 2極化がみられた。妊婦や児が病院での健康管理を積極的に受けている理由は、病院に対する安全や安心の意識に加え、中間層の増加による消費文化の意識が考えられた。経済的な課題を持つ層は、ハイリスクグループと捉えることができ、安価で身近な場所でのサポートの必要性が示唆された。育児の課題は、「栄養改善」や「感染症対策」から「栄養のバランス」などに移行していることが示唆された。

Here, in this essay, it will be suggested that the "Genossenschaft" and its theory in England was one of important themes for Maitland, particularly late in his life. It seems to me that Maitland's studies in history of corporation in England consist of three parts; (1) township and borough, (2) trust and corporation, (3) state and corporation. It is too ample and too difficult to trace and examine his studies on corporation in whole, as his other studies. Then, here, we will outline his theory of corporation, especially in relation to trust and corporation. Through our discussion, we will perceive its importance, its "the greatest exploit of English jurisprudence", its function as supplement of incorporation. Lastly, as a result of development of trust in modern England, it might be pointed out that England had and is to have a unique theory of state, as contrasted with the Continent.

乳歯生活歯髄切断処置後,乳歯の生理的歯根吸収が健全乳歯の場合と同様に進行しているか否かを検討するため,生後3カ月前後の幼犬の乳歯に,覆髄剤として,水酸化カルシウムを主成分とするCalvitalを使用し,生活歯髄切断処置を施し,病理組織学的に検索した。乳歯生活歯髄切断処置後の生理的歯根吸収は,健全な対照歯と比較し,組織学的にはほぼ同調した吸収状態を示した。このことは,乳歯生活歯髄切断処置が生理的歯根吸収に対して,何ら影響を与えているとは考え難く,乳歯の歯髄処置として,非常に意義あるものと考えられた。

The present paper discusses on the better heating method at the changingroom for aged when they take a bath in winter. The main results are as follows: 1.The significant difference was observed on the psychological responses between the heating condition and non-heating one before bathing. They showed the higher discomfort at the non-heating than the heating conditions. 2.The blood pressure rose less at the warm air blowing condition compared with other two conditions before bathing. It was more effective for the older subjects. 3.They immersed their bodies into the hot bathtab till their skin temperatures rose higher levels at non-heating condition compared to the heating conditions.

Related surveys were carried out in summer of 1992 and winter of 1993 on indoor climate, life style and energy consumption in residential buildings, which are located in eight city areas of different climatic conditions. Indoor temperature was measured in each living room for at least a week with originally designed automatic temperature recorders, and life style factors were investigated with questionnaires. In this paper, daily mean living temperatures of each region and it's regional differences are described, and the reasons of regional differences of living room temperature are discussed. The main results are as follows ; (1)Regional mean living room temperature in summer depends on mean outdoor temperature. (2)Mean living room temperatures of Sapporo in winter are higher than those of other 6 cities of Honshu and Kyushu district for about 2-4 ℃. It is suggested that these differences depend on life style.
