This paper notes that, in his diary, called Taiki, Fujiwara Yorinaga (1120〜1156), born in a family that produced regents/chief advisers to the Emperor during the era of rule by retired Emperors, refers to his deceased real mother as the "person of old", and its implied meaning is examined. In the background of this reference to her as the "person of old" was the existence of Minamoto Shishi, the legal wife of Tadazane, Yorinaga's father, who became Yorinaga's adoptive mother. She was something guaranteeing his legitimacy as a successor. It is this Shishi that Yorinaga identified as his mother, whom he must respect. However, the existence of his real mother was not entirely disregarded in his mind ; there are entries in his diary in which feeling of deep attachment to her can be detected. The reference to his real mother as the "person of old" represents internal fulfillment of the positioning of his two mothers, and symbolizes strong persistence in attaining the status of a regent/chief adviser to the Emperor, as well as the suppressed feelings for his real mother under that persistence, on the part of Yorinaga,\who was shortly to rush headlong toward the civil war of the Hogen era.

症例は90歳女性.胃幽門前庭部癌に対して幽門側胃切除,D2郭清,R1が施行され,pT4a(SE)N2M1(P,CY1),pStage IVと診断された.術後1年半目に腹膜播種が再燃し,四次化学療法としてNivolumab療法が開始された.癌病態悪化前の血清可溶性IL-2受容体(sIL-2R)/リンパ球(Ly)数比は比較的安定していたが,腫瘍増大とともに血清CA19-9値に並行して上昇した.

幼児と保護者の食や睡眠,運動習慣との関連性については十分に明らかにされていない.幼児と保護者の生活習慣(食習慣,睡眠習慣,運動習慣)の関連性を明らかにする.○○県O 市南部にある私立保育園3 園に通う保護者のうち,本研究の趣旨に同意が得られた133 名(3 歳児:42 名,4 歳児:45 名,5 歳児:46 名)を対象とした.調査期間は令和3 年6 月,保護者に調査票を配付し回収する留め置き法を用いた.質問項目は,家族構成,子どもの性別,保護者の健康状態,生活習慣・食生活,子育ての養育態度,子どもの様子,健康教育・食育への関心とした.幼児とその保護者を対象とし,生活習慣や食生活などについて調査した結果,保護者は睡眠が「十分とれていない」が約半数であり,子どもの睡眠時間は「10 時間未満」が約7 割,間食は「子どもが欲しがると与える」が約5 割であり,「健康教育,食育の必要性を感じる」は9 割,「イライラすることがある」は,保護者の約7 割,子どもの約4 割,「テレビゲームをする時間を決めていない」が約半数であった.幼児と保護者の生活習慣(食習慣,睡眠習慣,運動習慣)の関連性を明らかにした結果,保育所に子どもを預けている保護者において,時間的なゆとりがない人が半数を占めていたことから,睡眠時間が十分確保できない状況が窺われた.睡眠時間が十分確保されていないことから派生する生活習慣および食習慣への影響がみられた.保護者の健康状態や生活習慣は,良いとは言い難い状況であったが,子どもに対しては,しつけとして生活習慣を身につけさせたいと考えていた.これらのことから,保育所と地域および専門機関が連携協働し,保護者への支援が重要であると考えられた.

関節リウマチ患者では約15%にうつ病が合併することが報告され,合併症の中では最多である.オキシトシンは幸福ホルモンといわれ,うつ病,統合失調症,自閉症,摂食障害,発達障害,心的外傷後ストレス障害などさまざまな精神疾患において関連することが報告されている.しかし,関節リウマチをはじめとする自己免疫性疾患での報告は少なく,関節リウマチでは,血清オキシトシン濃度と直接関連のある因子は報告されていない.血清オキシトシン濃度は,測定系の問題,疾患そのもの,治療薬剤などに影響される可能性があり,関節リウマチにおける抑うつに対する臨床応用については,慎重な判断を要する.

わが国では、CD/ATM 端末における金融取引等において、顧客の本人確認手段の1つとして生体認証技術を利用する動きが広がっている。ただし、現時点では生体認証システムのセキュリティ評価手法が確立しておらず、生体認証システムを利用する際には、関連する標準規格の審議動向や研究開発動向を十分にフォローしておく必要がある。本稿では、金融分野で用いられる生体認証システムに関連する4つの文献を参照し、それらに記述されているセキュリティ要件を整理する。また、研究開発の現状を踏まえ、各要件をどのように満足させるかについて考察する。In Japan, the use of biometric authentication techniques has spread as one of measures for customers authentication in financial transactions such as those at CD/ATM terminals. However, security evaluation methods for biometric authentication systems have not been established yet. In making use of such systems, financial institutions have to follow international standardization activities and recent R&D trends regarding the security of the biometric authentication techniques. In this paper, we will refer to four documents relating to the security of biometric authentication systems used for financial services and summarize the security requirements for such systems. Then, we will discuss how to meet the security requirements by taking into account the recent R&D trends of the biometric authentication techniques.
