セキュアマルチパーティ計算(MPC: Secure Multi-Party Computation)はPrivacy Preserving Data Mining(PPDM)の主要技術の1つとして近年注目されているが,通常の計算と比べ膨大な処理をともなうことが実用の障壁となっている.MPCの処理を軽減させる手法の1つに,数値からビット列への変換を暗号化したまま行う「ビット分解プロトコル」がある.SchoenmakersとTuylsはEurocrypt 2006でPaillier暗号を用いたビット分解プロトコルを提案しているが,MPCの高速処理に適した暗号として期待される加法準同型ElGamal暗号を用いた方式は我々が知る限り実現できていない.本論文では,従来のビット分解プロトコルでは加法準同型ElGamal暗号への適用が困難であることを述べ,従来とはまったく異なるアプローチにより,semi-honestモデルにおける,加法準同型ElGamal暗号を用いたビット分解プロトコルをいくつか構成する.特に事前処理を許す2パーティ限定の提案方式は,従来と比べ大きく処理削減できることを示す.またビット分解プロトコルが特に有効となるいくつかの具体的なMPCの応用方式を提案する.

入力データや演算ロジックを秘匿しつつ各種情報処理を可能とする技術の実現可能性が1982年にYaoによって提起されたが,実用上は非現実的な処理時間を要するためもっぱら理論研究のみにとどまっていた.しかしながら近年では,アルゴリズム改良や計算・通信環境の急速な発達に加え,医療分野やサービス分野等での個人のプライバシに関わる情報の安全な活用や,クラウドコンピューティングにおける機密情報保護等の社会的ニーズの高まりを背景に,当該技術に対する実装報告や実用化の動きも見られるようになった.本論文では,当該技術のうち特に情報処理の種別を限定せず汎用的に適用可能な秘匿回路計算(Secure Circuit Evaluation)技術に着目し,従来のアプローチを概観した後,より効率的に処理可能,かつ運用上の利点が見込める委託型2パーティ秘匿回路計算を提案する.また実装により提案方式のパフォーマンスを明らかにするとともに,実用上の価値や課題を探るため実証実験を行った結果について報告する.さらに,個人のプライバシに関わる情報の安全な活用や,クラウドコンピューティングにおける機密情報保護の実現に向け,技術的視点から考察する.A cryptographic technology concept that achieves various information processing keeping input data and/or an operation logic secret was proposed by Yao in 1982; however, it has entirely been stayed only in the theory research due to a heavy processing time. Recently, however, social needs for utilizing personal information safely in the fields of medicine and services etc. and for the cloud computing security are increasing with rapid development of ICT (information and communication technology) environments. In this paper, we focus on secure circuit evaluation as a solution for the Yao's concept and propose a delegation-based 2-party secure circuit evaluation. Moreover, we report on an empirical result of the proposed scheme to clarify the performance and to consider the potentiality on practical use, in particular, for safe uses of personal information and cloud computing security.

インターネット上の違法有害情報問題に関して、そのなかでも特に社会問題化や国際動向により、喫緊の対策が求められている分野を取り上げる。具体的には、出会い系サイト、自殺誘引サイト、児童ポルノ、ネットいじめ、ネット上の犯行予告について、近年の状況や対策動向をとりまとめ、今後の方向性について述べる。Recently, illegal and harmful information on the Internet has become one of the important social problems in terms of public policy and child protection. In this paper, we focus on some problems requiring the urgent countermeasures because of international trend and social environment, such as dating sites, suicide sites, child porno distribution, cyber bullying and notice of crime on the Internet. We survey the recent circumstance, the trend of countermeasures and the future trend.

2009 年 10 月に開催された CSS2009 では,2 パーティ秘匿回路計算システムを用いた行動分析実験が行われた。従来秘匿回路計算は計算コスト等の課題から,実用的な利用報告がほとんどされてこなかった。これに対し本稿では,数百人規模となった CSS2009 における上記実験を利用例として報告し,秘匿回路計算及び上記システムの実用性を示す。In CSS2009, convened in October, 2009, an experimental trial on a behavior analysis using a 2-party secure circuit evaluation system was conducted. In the past, there had been very few practical utilization reports of the 2-party secure circuit evaluation, due to its high computational cost mainly. In this paper, we report the above trial as an example of the technique's utilization, and show the utility of the technique and our system above.

ブログは炎上する.ブログなどCGMが隆盛を極める裏側で,記述内容や意見の衝突,果ては他のメディアでの発言などにより炎上やプライバシ暴露などのトラブルが発生し続けている.被害はネット世界だけに留まらず,現実世界にまで及ぶ例も少なくない.我々はそれらトラブルの軽減を目的とし,150件のCGMトラブル事例を予備調査した上で,トラブルの発生から収束または発散に至るシーケンスの仮説の構築と各シーケンスにおける原因や問題種別など要素の整理を行った.本件では,これまでのまとめと今後実施予定の本調査手法について紹介する.There are so many troubles in CGMs such as blog flaming. Troubles break out from contents, clash of opinions, comments on another media and some bring about violations of privacy. To decrease and soften those troubles, we start investigating 150 troubles as preliminary research. We set up a hypothesis of trouble sequences and analyzed collected troubles. We describe our current work and our future investigation method.
