We propose a procedure to form information models based on equations of fluid mechanics. A novel game information dynamic model constructed using the procedure is proposed. This model is derived from a series of approximate solutions for flow past a flat plate at zero incidence. The five Base Ball games in the World Series 2010 are analyzed and the information dynamics is discussed in the light of the present model. It is found that the present model properly accounts for ’one-sided game’where information gradually approaches to the value of game outcome with increasing the game length near the end. The modelling of information using fluid mechanics equations allows application of well known physical concepts, like velocity, acceleration, momentum, force and energy, to information. We hope that the proposed procedure is general and can be applied to different games and real-world problems.

The purpose of the present study is to clarify the characteristics of long-term memories of visitors' experiences in science museums. A total of 812 adults (293 staffs of science museums, 421 undergraduate and graduate students, and 98 elderly adults), who had experiences of visits to science museums, participated in this study. The participants were asked to rate the actual long-term memories of the museums in a questionnaire including the Memory Characteristics Questionnaire (MCQ) consisting of the original 38 items and an item relating to the direct influence of the experience on the participants. The data of 692 participants (198 museum staffs, 413 students, and 81 elderly adults), out of the total, were performed with a factor analysis. It was found that the MCQ items were composed by five factors: (1) clarity, (2) meaningful interpretation, (3) sensory experiences, (4) temporal information and (5) feeling. The differential rating patterns for each factor in the three participant groups based on this factor structure of the MCQ were mainly discussed in terms of personal implication or reinterpretation of specific experiences of long-term memories. Based on these results, several practical implications were suggested from the viewpoint of museum evaluation.

「特許権の効力は、試験又は研究のためにする特許発明の実施には,及ばない。」と規定された特許法69条1項について.「試験・研究」の範囲の明確化が求められ,経済産業省にも2004年にワーキンググルーフによる報告書が発表された。この中では.通説のとおり,大学における試験・研究の範囲も一般企業と同ーの観点から解釈された。しかし近年は国内の判例や臥米の立法例において従来と異なる考え方のものが現れてきており,本稿でも,従来の通説を改めて, 大学における試験・研究について,新たな解釈論や法整備が必要であるという主張を述べた。大学における試験・研究は,企業との共同研究や受託研究等を除いて原則として特許権の効力が及ばないとし,研究成果が市場に出て利益を得る状態になった時点でそれに関連する試験・研究について特許法の例外適用をしないとするものである。

We perform a nonperturbative calculation of the π0→γγ transition form factor and the associated decay width using lattice QCD. The amplitude for a two-photon final state, which is not an eigenstate of QCD, is extracted through a Euclidean time integral of the relevant three-point function. We utilize the all-to-all quark propagator technique to carry out this integration as well as to include the disconnected quark diagram contributions. The overlap fermion formulation is employed on the lattice to ensure exact chiral symmetry on the lattice. After examining various sources of systematic effects, except for a possible discretization effect, we obtain Γπ0→γγ=7.83(31)(49)  eV for the pion decay width, where the first error is statistical and the second is our estimate of the systematic error.
