近年の経済政策は、一億総活躍社会、働き方改革に象徴されるように、特に、女性の働き方を多様化させることで、就労を推進する動きがある。そのため、国は、扶養家族の社会保障の見直しや雇用者が従業員の 雇用条件や就労時間等に即した事業所内保育事業や企業主導型保育事業の整備を補助するなどの政策を推進 している。本研究では、①交代制勤務で働く女性にとっての事業所内保育事業の意義と特徴的な保育ニーズを明らかにし、②交代制勤務に従事する保育ニーズを充足するための家庭支援のニーズを検討する。その上で、③交代制勤務の働き方に合わせた保育ニーズを充足することの社会的意義を検討することを目的とする。本研究の方法は、松山市内の高齢者と障がい児・者を対象にした福祉施設のうち、事業所内保育事業を有する法人で働く女性を対象に、事業所内保育事業への認識と意義、また、就労継続と昇進の意向に関して質問紙調査を行った。交代制勤務に従事する女性の多様な働き方に応じた事業所内保育事業の意義と必要性とともに、拡充に向けての課題が明らかになった。

Recent advances of office automation and information technology cause the increase of the complaint of ocular fatigue, musculoskeletal fatigue and mental fatigue for VDT (visual display terminal) workers. It becomes obvious as problem on industrial safety and health. A quantitative analysis on the stress and fatigue by scientific data is very useful. In this paper, the results of quantitative analysis focused on total working hours with quantitative indexes of HRV (heart rate variability) used on evaluation in autonomic function are discussed. VDT workers group with longer total working hours has different HRV and CVrri (Coefficient of variation of R-R interval) than one of control group. The extent of stress and fatigue may differ with total working hours.

平成16年度から平成18年度にかけて、国立国会図書館・国立公文書館・国文学研究資料館・関西大学図書館(中村幸彦文庫)所蔵の実録体小説の調査を行った。国文学研究資料館所蔵の和本については平成17年度までにすべてを終えたので、平成18年度は、矢口丹波文庫の調査も加えた。また、調査を終えた関西大学中村文庫所蔵分は報告書(冊子体)に成果を掲載する。これから本格的に全国に散在する実録体小説を網羅したデータベース作りに参加・協力してもらう人たちへ、サンプルを提供するためのものである。このようにして構築してきた実録体小説データベースを、WEB上で発信公開するため、データを整備し、サーバーコンピューターを設置して、本村康哲氏により必要なプログラムソフトを開発していただいた。アドレス「jdb.yt.let.kansai-u.ac.jp」において、まもなく、日本国内にとどまらず世界に向けて公開・発信予定である。今回の調査研究は、本格的なデータベース構築に向けた、パイロット的なものである。今後は、さらに調査対象を拡大したデータベース作成が望まれる。これらの研究調査により、一般に出版全勢の時代と思われている日本の近世において、実録体小説というジャンルの文学が、実は写本(書き本)というメディアで広範に享受されてきた実態が明らかになってきた。江戸時代の一般の人士の強い興味関心を如実に示しているのが、これらの実録体小説の転化生長の種々相である。実録体小説の目録(章題)を一覧すれば、その変化の様相を大よそ概観できるのである。日本人の常識としての歴史の形成過程を、いささかなりとも掘り起こし、新たな光をあてることに貢献する道が開けたと考えられる。

生体の複雑な動きを生成するために、個々が簡単なルールに従い、群れ全体として複雑な動きを生成するというボイドのアルゴリズムを基に生体の群れを作成した。そのボイドに、自己組織化臨界現象のモデルである砂山モデルを用い、生体の群れが外敵に襲われる際の非定常状態に適用し、群れの崩れる様子を作成した。また、人に心地良いといわれ、インテリアデザインなどの分野にも応用されている1/fゆらぎを群れの個体のパラメータに適用し自然な振る舞いをする群れの作成を試みた。また、カオスゲームを群れの飛び立ちに適用することで人に自然に群れだと感じさせるだけではなく、複雑で見栄えがある群れの生成を試みた。Natural creatures like birds, butterflies often display very complex grouping behavior. Reynolds reported that such grouping behavior can be expressed via some simple rules, and called them "boids". However, many more complex grouping behaviors are beyond the description of simple "boids". We report some more complex "boid" using SOC (self-organized criticality) and chaos game algorithm.

Oxazolomycin and neooxazolomycin are structurally closely related antibiotics isolated from Streptomyces sp. by Uemura et al. The former is the parent member of a class of polyene bicyclic antibiotics, other members being oxazolomycin B and C, 16-methyloxazolomycin, and curromycin A and B. The oxazolomycins were found to exhibit wide ranging and potent antibiotic activity, including inhibitory activity against Gram-positive bacteria, antiviral activity against vaccina, herpes simplex type I and influenza A, as well as in vivo antitumor activity. The intriguing molecular architectures and the biological activities make these compounds attractive targets for synthesis. However, the total synthesis is limited to Kende's synthesis of neooxazolomycin. We report here a novel approach to neooxazolomycin, which can be also applicable to the synthesis of oxazolomycin. Our synthesis of right hand core 22 started with methyl (S)-hydroxyisobutyrate and proceeded through three major transformations involving regio- and stereoselective iodination via intramolecular Pt-catalyzed hydrosilylation, Pd-catalyzed enolate alkenylation, and stereoselective dihydroxylation accompanied by concomitant lactonization. Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi coupling of aldehyde 23 obtained from 22 with N-Fmoc-iododienamine 24 gave 7S-isomer 25 and 7R-isomer 26 as a 1: 1 epimeric mixture. It was gratifyingly found that Dess-Martin oxidation of this epimeric mixture followed by L-Selectride reduction of the resulting ketone produced the desired 7R-isomer 26 in excellent stereoselectivity (94% de). Removal of the silyl protecting group allowed us to obtain the Kende's intermediate 27, the synthesis of which constitutes a formal synthesis of neooxazolomycin.

鳥取県立博物館(中島家文書)・国立公文書館・国文学研究資料館・関西大学図書館などに所蔵される実録を詳しく調査して、その書誌事項・目録(目次)をとり、その成果を「データベース『実録所在目録・目次』」(DVD版)に纏めて、公開した。また、『近世実録翻刻集』と題して、『厭蝕太平楽記』・『田宮物語』・『白川根笹雪』・『享保太平記』『播磨椙原』新出本の実録を翻刻して刊行した。この作業は『新編 近世実録全書』公刊の地ならしに相当する。
