This article will clarify the creative idea of Tomojiro Ikenouchi (1906-1991), a composer who was admitted to Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique as first Japanese student, in order to consider the reception of the French modern music before the World WarⅡin Japan. His idea is examined from the four points of view: Nô, Haiku, education in France and the music of Maurice Ravel.Ikenouchi formed his aesthetic idea through Nô and Haiku which show the essence of the expression by the least medium. In France he learned that the French theory of harmony, differentfrom the German one, requires the unique beauty and rigid rationality, not the right answer. Healso recognized that the composit on must be done on the strong foundation, which had been lacked among the Japanese composers. This foundation or technique, together with the improvisation (inspiration), can create the work of art.With these experience Ikenouchi wrote, as the first Japanese composer, the music on the model of Ravel, a composer of the neo-classicism because he treated the beauty and rationality expressed by the least medium, common to the Japanese traditional arts and the European neo-classicism.It also means the fusion of the East and the West which Ikenouchi seeks to realize during and after his stay in France.The succession of his idea has been seen when many of his pupils developed their original music which is highly estimated in the world. Its further examination must be done.

The purpose of the current study was to discuss the methodological issues of team teaching to boost autonomous learning among students with intellectual disabilities. We observed classroom practices in a special school and then divided team teachings as to function into 7 types based on Ibaraki Teacher Training Center (2000). From the viewpoint of the self-determination theory, the interactions between teachers and students were analyzed. It was ascertained that 3 basic psychological needs of self-determined theory (competence, relatedness and autonomy) were satisfied in the classroom practices regardless of the type of team teaching. Suggestions for future research include the need to study how 3 basic psychological needs were connected with each other and how students’ motivation varies in the activity of peer groups.

This study is aimed at suggesting adoption of practical ideas from Japanese Judo into the rules of the Uighur wrestling born in Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, from the viewpoint of appreciating original value of Japanese judo created by Jigoro Kano. This study should reach the final goal of development of Uighur wrestling as a sport, which should be identified with the Uighur race. The followings are the rules made based on the research to 800 Uighur and 600 Uighur wrestlers.

これまで、乳幼児の権利は限定的なものであり、子どもの権利条約成立過程においても、乳幼児の権利への言及は、保護に関わる事項が主であり、意見表明権は乳幼児を対象にしたものではなかった。国連子どもの権利委貝会による「一般的注釈第7号」「乳幼児期における子どもの権利の実施」は、乳幼児が子どもの権利条約に規定された全ての権利の保有者であることを明記している。同委員会が強調しているのは、乳幼児の感情さえも尊重に値する意見である、ということである。コルチャックもまた、乳幼児の「涙と微笑みの言語」に耳を傾け、尊重することを強く要求している。コルチャックの乳児・幼児の権利観は、子どもの権利条約の理念への認乱と理解を深めるものであると考える。Historically the rights of young children were limited. Even in the process of the enactment of Convention on the Rights of the Child. Most of the mentions in young children were about protection and the right to express one's views was not applied to young children. The "General Comments 0.7": "Implementing Childs Rights in Early Childhood" by the Committee on the Rights of the Child describe clearly that young children are holders of all rights enshrined in the Convention. The Committee underlined even feelings of young child are "views" deserving of our respects. Korczak also urgeed to listen and respect young children's "the speech of tears and smiles". In this thesis. I propose that his ideas of young children and their rights can lead us to gain an appreciation and understanding of the philosophy of Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Das Bewegungslernen beginnt daraus, dass der Lernende die Bewegungsaufgabe kennt. Deshalb muss zunachst der Lehrer ihm sie mitteilen. Aber das ist ein grosses Problem, dass man daruber denkt, das Mitteilen der Bewegungsaufgabe mit dem Versuchen der Bewegung direkt zu verbinden. Trotzdem haben bis heute die meiste Lehrer keine Interesse am Lernprozess vor dem Versuchen der Bewegung. KANEKO hat die Tatigkeit des Lernenden im Horizont passiver Synthesis als Voraussetzung fur bewusstes Bewegungslernen in seiner Betrachtung uber die Phasen der Bewegungsbildung aufgeklart. Der Zweck dieser Betrachtung besteht darin, dass die Merkmale des Lernprozesses vor dem Versuchen der Bewegungsaufgabe aufgrund Phasen theorie KANEKOs ins klare gebracht werden sollen. Dann soll es angedeutet werden, dass die Tatigkeit des Lernenden im Horizont passiver Synthesis die Voraussetzung di ses Prozesses des Bewegungslernens ist. Danach soll es auch ins klare gebracht werden, dass der Lernende uber diese Tatigkeit stolpert, der die Bewegungsaufgabe nicht versuchen kann, trotzdem sie vom Lehrer mitgeteilt wird. In der letzten Unterrichtsmethode des Schulsports wird die mittelbare Leitung einen grossen Wert gelegt, so konzentriert sich die Interesse der Lehrer auf das Management des Unterrichts. Daher ist die obengenannte Storung des Lernenden vor dem Versuchen ubersehen worden. Der Lernende, der die Bewegungsaufgabe nicht versuchen kann, ubt nur eine andere leichte Bewegungsaufgabe oder versucht nur diese Bewegungsaufgabe aus Zwang. In dieser Situation wird der Sportunterricht in der Schule mit dem sogenannten "Tanoshii-Tajj/w" nicht verbunden. Um den Sportunterricht mit Spass zu realisieren, ist es notwendig, dass der Lehrer sich direkt in die Tatigkeit des Lernenden im Horizont passiver Synthesis als Voraussetzung fur bewusstes Bewegungslernen einmischen muss.

We investigated the optimum condition of fried chicken by sensory evaluation and physicochemical properties to retain a quality during storage. Frozen fried chicken products were cooked at 180℃ for 4 min in a deep fat fryer, and fried chickens were transferred into three types of chambers. The heat plate type, convection type, and convection thermostat chamber were applied to storage test. The stored samples for 4 h were applied to a sensory evaluation to test panel. Profile of panels were 116 students (male 43, female 73), and 20.6±1.3 years old. The samples stored at a heat plate chamber resulted in harder texture and less juiciness than a freshly fried chicken. The samples stored in a thermostat chamber resulted in less texture and juiciness than a freshly fried chicken. Sensory evaluation of stored-fried chicken showed that storage condition of at higher temperature and lower humidity led to higher quality after storage.

Hozoji pond is a natural habitat of the almost extinct aquatic carnivorous plant, Aldrovanda vesiculosa L., which the Government has designated as a special natural monument since 1966. Multifaceted research to save the endangered plant was urgently started from 2009. One of them, investigations of aquatic fauna of Hozoji pond was conducted for three years. The investigations revealed that an invasive alien species, Rana catesbeiana was dominant in the pond and it preyed upon A. vesiculosa. Here we showed four years of change in the aquatic fauna in the pond that was continuously investigated after the emergency research. Our data indicated that Palaemon paucidens, R. catesbeiana and Procambarus clarkii were still dominant in the pond. Small fishes, Pseudorasbora parva and Rhinogobius sp. were reduced in number. The Simpson index as a measurement of diversity was fluctuated between 0.313 and 0.802. The pH level of the pond was acidic. On the one hand the acidity is inhabitable for A. vesiculosa, but on the other hand it is not so appropriate for the small fishes. The continuous activity of both exterminating R. catesbeiana and monitoring aquatic fauna in the pond could be necessary in the future.
