Recently, many universities have been working to promote the sharing of research facilities and equipment in Japan. University of Miyazaki is also developing a sharing service system of those through two projects supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In addition, we have established the Miyazaki Facility Network, in which public research institutions in Miyazaki Prefecture participate, and are working to create an environment that can provide mutually advanced analysis technologies that contribute to regional revitalization.In this paper, we introduce a common facilities management system linked on-line to the existing financial accounting and the researcher database developed by University of Miyazaki, and describe the relationship with the administration policy of our university and examples of utilization in Miyazaki prefecture.

Introduction: Uterine cystic adenomyosis is a rare proliferative disease in which the endometrial tissue focally repeats hemorrhage in the myometrium and forms cystic lesions. We report a case of uterine cervical cystic adenomyosis for which we performed total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) with two techniques to avoid urinary tract injury.Case: The patient was a 45-year-old woman with G0 who had two times of surgery for endometriosis. A local doctor diagnosed uterine cervical cystic adenomyosis about 30 mm in diameter and followed her up. Due to the worsening dysmenorrhea and the enlarging cystic lesion, she was referred to our hospital for treatment. Pelvic MRI showed uterine cervical adenomyosis about 35 mm in diameter and diffuse adenomyosis of the uterine body. TLH was performed because of the worsening dysmenorrhea due to uterine adenomyosis. Anatomical change due to a cervical tumor and severe adhesions because of endometriosis were expected; hence, we carried out two techniques. Firstly, urinary catheters were preoperatively placed, secondary, we injected air into the bladder when the uterus and the bladder were detached, then, TLH was safely completed while monitoring the bladder wall. Histopathology showed endometrial glands in the cervical myometrium, and uterine cervical cystic adenomyosis was diagnosed. Her symptoms have improved, and no recurrence after surgery has been observed. Discussion: Cystic adenomyosis is rarer in the cervix than in the uterine body. There is no report about TLH for uterine cervical cystic adenomyosis. A difficult surgery was expected due to a cervical tumor and endometriosis, but the urinary tract injury was avoided using two techniques, and the surgery was safely completed.

Triangulations have been one of main topics in computational geometry and other fields in recent years. In the planar case, any pair of triangulation can be transformed to each other by a sequence of so-called Delaunay flips, and enumeration of all triangulations can be done by reverse search. However, there is no known result for higher-dimensional triangulations. Recently, some types of triangulations have been found to bridge geometric issues and algebraic ones. Regular triangulations are of such a type, and form a meaningful wide subclass of triangulations of points in general dimensions. Especially, regular triangulations have a close connection with discriminants of polynomials in several variables. Restricting ourselves to the class of regular triangulations in any dimensions, we know that such triangulations correspond to vertices of some polytope, and we can enumerate all regular triangulations by reverse search.

This treatise comments the limit of the revision of the constitution of a state. First of all, we must distinguish the difference between the establishment of the constitution and its revision or amendment. The constitution-making power is an absolutely unlimited power and can establish any constitution that the state wants. But different from the constitution-making power, the constitution-revising competence is necessarily restricted by the principles and inherent spirit of the positive constitution of the state. Why the reason? Because we must, first of all, know the different charactor between the constitution-making power and constitution-revis-ing competence. That is, as a famous French constitutionalist, Si-eyes, 18ct., said, constitution-making power is an unconditional, unlimited, creative power (pouvoir constituant) and cannot be limited or conditioned by any other powers. But being distinguished from this, constitution-revising competence is merely a right in the region establishied by the constitution. So, to make the point clear, I will explain the purport as follows.- (1)Constitution-making power (pouvoir constituant) is creative, original and inherent power and cannot be limited by any other powers and so it is unlimited. (2)Constitution-revising competence (pouvoir constitue) is only a right of positive law and it is only a competence and cannot be
