The landscape image of Mountains, many studies were continued for many years. In this study, Its attention was paid to attention to the text data of school song. The aim of this study analyzed the text data of junior high school songs in Gunma by text mining. We thought that landscape image of mountains were projected in school songs. The results were as follows: At first, it analyzed the elements which formed the image of mountains from the text data of the school song by analyzed text mining. And, it analyzed the relations between the elements. Next, we showed that image of mountains were considered by the relation between the name of mountain and the form. Therefore, it showed that the area around Mt. Akagi, Mt. Haruna, Mt. Myogi and Mt. Asama were formed in Gunma, and that there mountains were modified in different words. Than the above, the language of Mountains Landscape was clarified to image of Mt. Akagi in Gunma by showed according to the ward visual network.

The purpose of the present study was to objectively chronicle regional activities, in particular the activities of an organization that is responsible for community development, before the Tomioka Silk Mill was placed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Based on previous studies, analysis using the text -mining was considered appropriate to objectively examine regional activities that preceded placement of the Tomioka Silk Mill on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Using the text -mining, the present study examined occurrence frequencies and collocations of words and word classes extracted from articles in Jomo Shinbun, a regional daily newspaper. Subsequently, to verify collocations elicited by the text -mining method, an interview survey was administered to the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tomioka Community Development Promotion Council, focusing on their activities in the past.The study found that regional activities centering on the Tomioka Silk Mill preceding placement on UNESCO’s World Heritage List included coordination and cooperation among mu ltiple organizations, such as the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tomioka Community Development Promotion Council.

一般住宅の冬季の降雪対策や, 道路行政における除雪・排雪計画を策定する上で, 降雪・積雪予測は不可欠である. しかし, 気象予測の観点から見た場合, 1週間以内の短期や中期予測に関しては実用的な状況にあるが, 1カ月以上の長期予測はその予測の地域的な広がりや予測精度の観点から見た場合, 必ずしも満足のいく結果とはなっていない. 雪国には, 古来より気象にまつわる諺が多くある. その中の1つに「カマキリが高い/低い位置に産卵すると大雪/少雪」と言うのがある. 本研究は, カマキリの卵ノウ高さからその年の最大積雪深を予測しようとするものであり, その予測結果についての時系列的な検証と, 実際の予測方法の提案を行うものである.

本研究の目的は、大型店が市街地に立地した場合、中心市街地へどのような影響を与えるかを検討するものである。研究方法としては、始めに地方都市における大型店の立地状況の把握を行い、次に複合型大規模商業施設と中心商店街利用者を対象とした消費者意識と消費行動分析を通して、大型店と中心商店街との共存・競合関係を分析する。結論としては、大型店が中心市街地内に立地した場合には共存関係が認められたが、周辺に立地した場合は、競合関係が発生し、中心商店街の更なる空洞化が懸念される結果となった。

本研究は, 消費者の都心部商業地区における買物・娯楽行動に焦点をあて, 商業地区の選択問題と回遊行動に関する分析を中心に行うものであり, 大きく2つの内容から構成されている. 1つは, 認識の不確実性を考慮した意思決定モデルの作成であり, 2つ目は非定常確率モデルによる回遊行動の分析である. これは商業地区の整備が, 当地区への直接の来街頻度の増加と回遊による増分を同時に評価する上で不可欠なものである. 本研究で提案した商業地区評価手法を, 観測データを用いて検証したところ, その有効性が確認された.

A workshop has been adopted as a mean of the consensus making of the participants in the scene of the various communities planning. The aims of this paper are to analyze the process of consensus making process uses the tape which recorded the speech of workshop participants. The main results are summarized as follows; (1)The 15 keywords are collected to grasp the subjects of the workshop. (2)In workshop, it was able to be confirmed that the discussion was developed with the PDS cycle. (3)The speech quantity of the participants in workshop affected contents and conclusion, and the speech quantity was affected by the capacity of the facilitator.

The effect of the allotment garden includes an environmental preservation, an educative effect, and a community function. The purpose of this study is to clarify the user's characteristics and the effect of allotment garden. In this study "the community farm YUI" was opened as a mean for the regional community reproduction. The main conclusions are follows. The main applicant for use in the allotment garden are men who are 50 years old or more . In the choice of the allotment garden, a use charge, a distance from home, and an agricultural guidance were the major factors. The effects of allotment garden are the effect to live for, effect of agricultural understanding, and the effect of exchange between participants.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of landscape in the great modern poetry Sakutaro HAGIWARA by analyzed his photographs and his poems. The main conclusions were as follows; (1)The scenery of his original photographs had proposed two points of view; "the photographs of the place where Maebashi-City and Kamakura were material of landscape which was esteemed", "the photographs of the place in Tokyo and Osaka were the human activity and the townscape". (2)The element of landscape by his photographs could be divided into 6th groups scene of "1 group of the wheels and the activity", "2 group of the animals", "3 group of the station and the stones", "4 group of the street, the sky, the tree, the building the institution and man", "5 group of the trees, the land and mountain", "6 group of the water, the shore and the bridge ". (3)The poetic word was compared with the word analyzed by the qualification theory of 3. It became clear that the words of all the landscape elements appeared as a poetic words. As a result, it is possible for research on his poetry to regard the spatial characteristic and the photographs.

本研究は、昭和62年7月に開業した地下鉄南北線により、仙台市の交通形態の変化、及び土地利用の変化を実証的に調査し、地下鉄の影響を総合的に把握することを目的とした。そのため地下鉄開業前(昭和62年6月)に交通実態調査を行い、また開業後1年を経過した昭和63年6月にも同様な調査を実施した。また土地利用の実態調査としては、地下鉄沿線の商業、住宅の床面積の変化、及び地価についても行った。その結果、自家用車利用者の地下鉄への転換は、地下鉄駅周辺の徒歩圏で、かつ目的地が都心部の場合は若干見られたものの、全体としては数パ-セントの値となっている。従って、地下鉄利用者の大部分はバス利用者からの転換であり、結果的にバスと地下鉄との競合関係となっている。土地利用の変化としては、特に地下鉄の両端のタ-ミナル周辺の土地利用が急激に変化し、また地価も高い水準となった。また長町周辺ではマンションの建築も進んでおり、今後もこの傾向は続くものと思われる。地下鉄開業による商業立地への影響を定量的に検討するため、Huffモデルによる商業地選択モデルを作成した。これは旧仙台市、旧泉市を73ゾ-ンに分割し、各ゾ-ンの人口、小売業床面積、年間小売業販売額のデ-タを用い、地下鉄開業による時間短縮効果が商業施設の立地に与えた影響をインパクトスタディを使用して検討を行うものである。その結果、地下鉄開業による正の効果が地下鉄の両端タ-ミナルに顕著に表れ、また都心部を含む沿線においても小売販売額の増加が見られた。さらにその開発したモデルにより、現在建設中の地下鉄の延長、計画中の地下鉄東西線についても検討を行った結果、MRTの整備により地下鉄沿線への商業施設の集中がさらに進み、地域内の隔差が今まで以上に進むことが予測された。
