【目的】「多職種連携におけるコーディネート力尺度(MCAS)」を開発し,がん医療に携わる医療専門職を対象に信頼性と妥当性を検討することである.【方法】MCAS原案を作成し,医療専門職などを対象に内容妥当性・表面妥当性を検討した.さらに,医療機関に勤務しがん医療に携わる医療専門職者を対象に横断的質問紙調査を行った.探索的因子分析,既知グループ法,α係数算出,併存妥当性を検討した.研究倫理審査の承認を得て行った.【結果】MCASは探索的因子分析により4因子([討議を促進する力][基盤となる関係構築][セルフコントロール][課題解決に向けた取り組み])33項目となった.多職種連携研修会参加有,経験年数が長いほうがMCAS得点は有意に高かった.尺度全体および各因子のα係数は.80以上だった.併存妥当性検討は中程度の相関だった.【結論】MCASは尺度開発段階として信頼性と妥当性が概ね確保された.

Although it seems that the emotional labor process consisted of surface acting and deep acting, there were no instruments for measurement of these two aspects in Japan. The purposes of the present study were as follows: (a) translating the original version of the Emotional Labour Scales (ELS) into Japanese, (b) developing Emotional Labour Scales Japanese version (ELS-J), and (c) examining its reliability and validity. Previous studies showed that the original ELS as six factors: surface acting, deep acting, intensity, frequency, variety, and duration. However, in accord with the duration subscale consisted of only one item, though in the present study, we assumed that ELS-J has five factors consisted of 14-item and the one duration item. Data from 233 full-time workers were analyzed, and the results of factor analyses were corresponded to the original ELS. Each subscales showed sufficient internal consistency and concurrent validity with burnout scales. These findings provided support for reliability and validity of ELS-J.

目的:本研究の目的は,看護師の感情対処育成のため認知再構成法によるWeb版教育プログラムを実施し,感情対処傾向の変容効果を検証することである.方法:看護経験年数10年未満の看護師26名を対象に,認知再構成法を用いたWeb版教育プログラムを実施した.介入評価は,看護師版感情対処傾向,STAI日本語版,首尾一貫感覚(SOC)の尺度を使用し,介入前・後,および介入後1ヵ月の3期に測定した.結果:メンタルヘルスに効果的な対処である,患者の感情と看護師自身の感情の折り合いをつけ調整する“両感情調整対処”が高まり(F(2, 48) = 3.61, p = .035),感情への対処自信も高まった(F(2, 48) = 5.02, p = .010).また,その効果は概ね介入直後よりも介入後1ヵ月において変容を認めた.結論:本研究のWeb版教育プログラムの実施により,看護師の感情対処傾向を変容させる可能性が示唆された.

The present study examined whether burnout and negative ruminations of helping professional were reduced by writing about their dissonant emotional experiences. Twenty helping professionals were randomly assigned to either the experimental condition (writing about emotionally dissonant experiences for three weeks) or the control condition (without writing). The results revealed that participants in the experimental condition had significantly lower scores for emotional dissonance than the control group immediately and three weeks after the experimental intervention. Qualitative analyses of the content written by the participants showed that individuals who had more beneficial change on the score for emotional dissonance wrote more cognitive words. This correlation suggests that writing about emotional dissonance may facilitate cognitive restructuring of emotional experiences, which results in decreasing emotional dissonance.

Sandplay is a psychotherapeutic technique in which clients freely arrange a number of small figures (or toys)in a sand box to realize their internal worlds. In this study we applied the Landscape Montage Technique(LMT) to Sandplay. In LMT, clients are requested to draw ten items (river, mountain, rice field, etc.) followinginstructions. The purpose of this study was to determine the possible effects of structuring procedures ofSandplay in accordance with LMT's instructions (we called this condition "structured Sandplay"). In order todo so, we compared normal and structured Sandplay. The results of a subjective self-rating scale of participants'emotion (PANAS) (n = 13) and the variability of heart rate (n = 6) indicated that participants were more relaxedand less afraid in structured Sandplay than in normal Sandplay. These results suggest that structured Sandplayhas clinical efficacy in the clinical setting where application of normal Sandplay is difficult.

People doing emotional labor need to suppress their feelings as a part of their job. As a result, they suffer from persistent work stress. We examined if writing disclosure about secondary emotions by using cell phone text messages is an effective intervention against the stresses of emotional labor. Participants who engaged in interpersonal work were randomized to the following groups: (a) experimental condition consisting of participants who wrote about secondary emotions for three consecutive weeks (<i>N</i>=6), (b) control-writing condition consisting of participants who recorded their daily life activities, such as sleeping time for three consecutive weeks (<i>N</i>=6), and (c) no-writing condition (<i>N</i>=8) consisting of participants that only responded to a questionnaire. Changes in emotional dissonance, burnout, frequency of recalling the job, and secondary emotions were assessed on three occasions. Results of ANOVAs indicated that participants in the experimental condition had a significant reduction in all variables except secondary emotions at follow-up. These results indicate that written disclosures about secondary emotions may restrain the progression of burnout in emotional laborers.
