High-temperature oxidation behavior of Fe-Ni-Cr alloys with different Ni contents in air and steam at 700°C was investigated. Oxidation mass gain in steam was higher than that in air. In both atmospheres oxidation mass gain tended to decrease with increasing Ni content. However, the Ni concentration dependence of oxidation mass gain in air was complex, i.e., oxidation mass gain increased with increase in Ni content up to 35% then decreased with higher Ni content. But oxidation mass gain of binary Ni-20Cr significantly increased. Such a complex oxidation behavior was not observed when alloys were oxidized in steam. The internal oxidation zone was locally formed in air, and a Cr2O3 scale was found to develop on the areas without internal oxidation. The size of area, where an internal oxidation zone was developed, changed depending on Ni content. In steam, most of the surface area of alloys was covered by an internal oxidation zone. Cr content, 20%, was considered to be insufficient but close to the critical Cr content for exclusive Cr2O3 scale formation in air. The critical Cr content for exclusive Cr2O3 scale formation was found to depend on alloy Ni content due to lower oxygen permeability in alloys with higher Ni content and the cross-term effect for Cr outward diffusion.

This paper proposes to paste non-magnetic materials on the rotor surface of a cylindrical brushless DC motor and to use the model including the extended e.m.f. for sensorless control. In the proposed method, the inductance changes depending on the rotor position because of eddy currents, which flow on the non-magnetic material at high frequency. The rotor position can be estimated at standstill and at low speeds. The simulation results show that the proposed method is very useful.

Cannabinoids (CN) of CBDA stock, Tochishi No. 1 stock and crossed stock were determined on a high-pressure liquid chromatograph equipped with a LiChrosorb RP-18 column (25 cm×4 mm) by elution with a mixture of methanol and 0.02 N sulphuric acid (4 : 1). The CBDA stock was found to contain cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and cannabichromenic acid (CBCA). Tochishi No. 1 stock was detected to have thtrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), CBCA and a small amount of CBDA. F_1 was obtained by crossing CBDA stock (female) and Tochishi No. 1 stock (male). All 79 F_1 specimens were found to contain CBDA, THCA and CBCA. Therefore F_1 was designated the median type. F_2 was then obtained by crossing F_1 and out of 199 F_2 specimens, 58,40 and 101 stocks were designated as CBDA stock type, Tochishi No. 1 stock type and the median type by CN analysis, respectively. F_3 was also gained by crossing CBDA stock type of F_2 and all 166 F_3 specimens were CBDA stock type. F_4,which was obtained by crossing F_3,was also CBDA stock type. In addition, the fibers of F_4 were found to be better than those of the original CBDA stock, and F_4 contained a negligible amount of THCA.

DRAMの超高密度, 超高バンド幅化に伴って, 寄生インダクタンス起因の電源ノイズ (逆相, 同相ノイズ) が深刻な問題となってきた. 本論文では, 第1に, LSI内部の消費電流ピークにもかかわらず, 外部電源Pinの電流をほぼ一定に保つ事が出来る「定電流降圧回路」を提案している. 逆相電源ノイズを1/5に低減出来る. 第2に, 出力データを部分的に反転することにより, 同相ノイズを1/4〜1/8に低減出来る「部分反転データBUS方式」を提案している. 16〜32GB/sの超高バンド幅を実現出来る.
