症例は63歳の男性,身長165 cm,体重55 kg。大動脈弁閉鎖不全症・僧帽弁閉鎖不全症の再燃に対し手術が予定された。麻酔導入後,完全房室ブロックと血圧低下を来たし,一時胸骨圧迫を要した。気道内圧の上昇と全身性の紅斑を認め,アナフィラキシーショックと診断した。経食道心エコーで全周性の壁運動低下,肺動脈圧の上昇を認めたため,冠攣縮を疑い硝酸薬を投与した。その後速やかに肺動脈圧の低下と心収縮能の改善が得られ,血行動態は安定した。アナフィラキシーまたは急性冠症候群の徴候を認めた際には常にKounis症候群の可能性の考慮と,状況に応じた速やかな治療が求められる。

It is thought that a salt marsh located at coastal urban area absorbs and emits large amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2). In this study, a field investigation on CO2 budget was conducted at Osaka-Nanko bird sanctuary, and CO2 fluxes were measured at tidal flat, sea surface and reed field by using chamber methods in order to estimate CO2 budgets of the salt marsh. The results of this study were as follows: (1) CO2 fluxes of tidal flat and reed field were one order larger than that of sea surface. (2) It was estimated that CO2 flux emitted from tidal flat was 3.26 g/m2/day and CO2 flux absorbed by reed grass field was 1.53 g/m2/day in October 2013. (3) It was suggested from the result of seasonal change of fluxes that the absorbed amount of CO2 becomes larger on summer than on autumn.

ユーザカスタマイズサービスを容易に開発するため,BPELの拡張を用いたサービス合成機能を提案し,その有効性を示す.近年,Web2.0やSOAのキーワードが普及し,コンポーネントを組み合わせてサービスを実現することが増えている.このような連携サービスには,ユーザに応じてコンポーネントを変更するカスタマイズが必要と考えるが,BPELはユーザに応じたカスタマイズはできず,既存技術であるサービス合成技術は独自言語であるため普及が困難である.そこで,本研究では,ユーザカスタマイズサービスを容易に開発するため,標準技術であるBPELの拡張による手法を提案する.本論文は,①BPELを一部拡張し,ユーザに応じたカスタマイズ可能な拡張BPEL仕様を検討し, ②拡張BPELを処理する拡張BPEL実行エンジンを,市中BPELエンジンを改変して実装し, ③拡張BPELがBPELエディタを用いて容易に作成でき,拡張BPEL実行が性能上問題ないことを確認し,提案方式の有効性を示す.We propose the Service Composition Function based on BPEL extension for user customize services, and show the effectiveness of the proposal. Today, Web 2.0 and SOA become famous keywords, and many composition services are developed. We think user customizations are needed for these composition services. BPEL is a standard of Web Service orchestration, but BPEL cannot customize composition services for each user. The service composition technology which is our previous work needs original description, so developers cannot develope the description easily. Therefore in this paper, we propose the BPEL extension for developing user customize services easily. We study the BPEL extension, and implement a new BPEL engine which processes a BPEL extension. We evaluated descriptiveness of BPEL extension using common BPEL editors, and also measured the performance of executing BPEL extensions. The evaluation results show our method effectiveness.

ネットワーク上の複数PCの計算リソースを用いるグリッドコンピューティングに関する研究が行われてきた.特に,Webブラウザを介して計算リソースを利用することで,より多くのPCの計算リソースを利用できる有効な手法がある.しかし,PCの負荷を考慮せずにリソースを利用するため,ユーザのWeb閲覧を妨げる可能性がある.加えて,計算対象がXMLのような複雑な構造をもち,問題分割の時間を考慮する必要がある場合,効率的に計算できないと考えられる.本論文ではこのような課題を解決する,Web閲覧者のPCの余剰リソースの効率的利用の手法を提案する.本手法はWebブラウザの負荷に応じて計算速度を動的に変化させることで,ブラウザユーザのWebページ閲覧に対する影響を考慮した計算を行う.これにより,Webアプリケーションを提供するために必要なリソースを,Webアプリケーションユーザ自身から収集することが可能となる.また,計算対象問題の分割に掛かる時間を考慮した効率的な問題の分配を実現する.

近年,インターネットをはじめとする分散環境で,様々なコンポーネントを連携させ,サービスを提供する試みがさかんになっている.これにともない,ネットワーク上でのコンポーネントの提供が増えている.しかし,このようなコンポーネントの数は十分とはいえず,連携サービスの作成者が意図したサービスを自由に作れるほどコンポーネントはそろっていない.そこで,Web アプリケーションが生成するHTML ドキュメントの中から,Web アプリケーションの処理結果の部分を抽出する手法を,Web アプリケーションのWeb サービス化のためのラッパ生成に応用することを提案する.本手法はHTML ドキュメント内の各タグのネストの回数(深度)の変化に規則的なパターンがある部分を結果部分として抽出する.本手法を評価するための評価プログラムを実装し,既存のWeb アプリケーションが生成するHTML ドキュメントから,結果部分の抽出を試みた.100 ドキュメント中76 ドキュメントから結果部分を抽出することに成功した.加えて,本提案はラッパ作成者に対して十分なユーザビリティを提供できることを確認した.This paper proposes a novel method to create Web Services by transforming existing Web applications in the Internet or enterprise networks. Recent technical trends in service coordination using various kinds of components in distributed service execution environments necessitate the provision of elemental service components, which typically take the form of Web Services. However, the number of Web Services is still small although that of Web applications is enormous, and so there should be a method that makes good use of such Web applications. Our approach is to convert HTML documents a Web application creates into a Web Service interface by extracting the operational result parts of the Web application. In this method, the depth of HTML tags, i.e., the number of nests of a given HTML document is analyzed to identify a regular patter and extract this part as an output. Through the evaluation of the wrapper system including this method, it is shown that correct result segments can be extracted from 76% of documents among a hundred. Also, it is clarified that this method has good usability for wrapper creators.
