The hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) has a pivotal role in the mammalian circadian clock. SCN neurons generate circadian rhythms in action potential firing frequencies and neurotransmitter release, and the core oscillation is thought to be driven by "clock gene" transcription-translation feedback loops. Cytosolic Ca2+ mobilization followed by stimulation of various receptors has been shown to reset the gene transcription cycles in SCN neurons, whereas contribution of steady-state cytosolic Ca2+ levels to the rhythm generation is unclear. Recently, circadian rhythms in cytosolic Ca2+ levels have been demonstrated in cultured SCN neurons. The circadian Ca2+ rhythms are driven by the release of Ca2+ from ryanodine-sensitive internal stores and resistant to the blockade of action potentials. These results raise the possibility that gene translation/transcription loops may interact with autonomous Ca2+ oscillations in the production of circadian rhythms in SCN neurons.

1 0 0 0 OA 「公立図書館の設置及び運営に関する基準(案)」(1973)の規定・数値目標について(日本生涯教育学会第36回大会発表資料)

1973年に社会教育審議会社会教育施設分科会で「公立図書館の設置及び運営に関する基準(案)」が承認されたが、公示されなかった。本研究の目的は、この1973基準案の規定・数値目標に関する議論の内容を分析することである。関連文献を調査した結果、市立図書館の増加冊数と貸出冊数に関する数値目標は評価に用いられているが、施設と職員に関する数値目標には批判があること、日図協による基準案に関する広報と検討が不足していることが明らかになった。

わが国において,NPO法成立後の10年間に,「公益法人制度改革」と「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正」の2つの改革(「非営利法人制度改革」と総称)が実現した。本稿では,「非営利法人制度改革過程」のうちの「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正過程」の事例を改訂・政策の窓モデルにもとづいて分析するための準備作業を行う。具体的には,シーズのNPOWEBの直接引用を中心にして,さらに① 参加者への聴取調査結果(1次資料),② 政府税制調査会議事録,「新しい公共」円卓会議議事録,政府税制調査市民公益税制PT議事録・報告書,書籍等の2次資料が編集された。この編集結果にもとづいて,非営利法人制度改革過程の第4期と第5期にあたる「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正過程」の濃密な事例が作成される。このうち第4期は,鳩山内閣発足から「新しい公共」宣言の公表まで(2009年8月~2010年6月)であり,第5期は菅内閣発足から「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正」まで(2010年6月~2011年6月)である。なお次稿では,「非営利法人制度改革過程」に関して作成された2つの濃密な事例が,改訂・政策の窓モデルにもとづいて分析される。

Working memory used for a goal-directed behavior has limited capacity. In this article, we examined what the specific function of the working memory capacity as the controlled attention function was. In addition, we discussed how working memory capacity affected the everyday situations in terms of the mind wandering. In the study using event-related potential (ERP), the analysis examined relationship between individual difference in working memory capacity and ERP component involved mind wandering. The amplitude of ERP component involved mind wandering for low-span group has smaller than high-span group. This result suggested possibility that many mind wandering occurred in low-span group during the tasks. Finally, we discussed further research and educational aspect based on the relationship between working memory capacity and attention.
