カリー・ハワード同型を古典論理にまで拡張することにより,M.Parigotは古典論理の証明項を表現する体系としてλμ計算を導入した.本論文では,万能的な計算モデルの観点から,タイプフリーのλμ計算でもD. Scott流の外延的モデルが存在することを示す.そのために,(η)規則も妥当とするCPS変換を導入する.そして,D × D ≅ D ≅ [D → D]を満たす任意の領域Dから外延的λμモデルを構成する.さらに,合流性やC-monoidsとの興味深い関係についても論じる.

A highly cytotoxic polypeptide, polytheonamide B (1), has been isolated from the marine sponge Theonella swinhoei. The structure of polytheonamide B was determined, to be a linear 48-residues polypeptide with the N-terminus blocked by a carbamoyl group, by extensive 2D NMR experiments in DMSO-d_6. The absolute configuration of each amino acid residue was determined by chiral chromatographies of fragment peptides obtained by partial acid hydrolysis of polytheonamide B. Amino acid residues in polytheonamide B have alternating D- and L-configuration. The NMR spectra in CD_3OH/CDCl_3 (1:1) indicated that polytheonamide B adopted certain secondary structure. Conformation analysis was carried out by distance geometry calculations, by DADAS90 program, using NMR parameters obtained in CD_3OH/CDCl_3 (1:1), i.e., a total of 378 distance constraints (160 intra-residue, 96 sequential, 80 long-range NOEs, and 42 hydrogen bonds) and 48 dihedral angle constraints. The calculated structure fit a right-handed parallel β-helix structure, which was proposed for the structure of a pore-forming peptide, gramicidin A.

1978年に、ポーランドのマウォポルスカ県に位置しているヴィエリチカ岩塩坑が、ユネスコから世界遺産の指定を受けた。これは世界遺産の最初の指定が行われた際に、他の11の遺産とともに選ばれたものである。私は共同研究者とともに、2013年にこのヴィエリチカ岩塩坑を訪れ、視察を行った。この論文では、特にヴィエリチカ岩塩坑のツアーコースに展示されている展示物の主要なものに焦点を当てて、その産業遺産としての意義を分析する。また、この鉱山の観光資源としての利活用について述べる。

南ウェールズのブレナヴォンBlaenavon 産業遺産群が、2000 年にユネスコから世界遺産の指定を受けた。この中で、主要なものは、炭坑遺産としてのビッグ・ピットBig Pit とブレナヴォン製鉄所である。私は共同研究者とともに、2011 年に大学院研究科長の特別研究費の助成を受けて、この世界遺産を訪れ、視察・調査を行った。この論文では、特にビッグ・ピットに焦点を当てて、炭坑の立地・歴史、炭坑で働いた人々の姿、国立石炭博物館の遺跡建物とマネジメント、などを概観し、分析する。Blaenavon Industrial Landscape in South Wales was designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.The most importantindustrial heritages of this site are Blaenavon Ironworks and Big Pit.In 2012 I visited this site with my colleagues and surveyed theindustrial heritage of colliery and ironworks.This paper, focusing on Big Pit, describes the history of the colliery and the life of the peoplewho worked there, and discusses the buildings and management of Big Pit as National Coal Museum.

国内の寺院には歴史ある襖絵が数多くあり,博物館でこれら全てを展示することは困難である.本 研究では,寺院を対象とした博物館展示を支援するため,襖配置の CG 再現および体験型システムの 開発を行った.博物館の実物展示と併せて展示する体験型システムとして,VR ゴーグルおよび襖配置 システムを開発した.VR ゴーグルは CG で再現された部屋の全周囲を見渡すことができ,襖配置シス テムはタッチ操作で襖を移動させることにより様々な配置でのシミュレーションが可能である.さら に,CG を用いて過去の襖配置を再現した 4K 映像を制作した.制作した映像は,龍谷ミュージアムの 特別展「聖護院門跡の名宝」において上映し,開発した二つのシステムは特別展の関連イベントとして 3 日間展示した.

It is the purpose of this paper to examine that in the process of the negotiation for the establishment of the European Economic Community, the French government tried to strengthen its position by holding talks with Belgium, the other main colonial power. The examination in this paper is based on the September issue in 1956 of Monthly Bulletin of the Central Bank of Belgian Congo and Rwarda-Burundi, featuring on 'European Common Market and the Overseas Territories'. The France-Belgian officials talked about the investment from France and Belgium to develop their overseas territories. Those talks produced a broad agreement despite the great dissimilarities in their imperial positions and responsibilities. On the basis of the Franco-Belgian position in the negotiation of the inclusion of the overseas territories in the EEC, which was formed by Franco-Belgian administrative talks on 'European Common Market and the Overseas Territories', it was proposed that their overseas territories should participate in the EEC through the form of 'association ' rather than 'integration'. To keep the traditional 'France-Afrique' solidarity, France tried to acquire the long-term assistance for the Zone Franc in compensation for the participation of metropolitan France in the Common Market.

32nmCMOS製造プロセスを用いて3ビット/セルの多値技術を持った32GビットのNANDフラッシュメモリを開発した。微細化と3ビット/セル技術の導入により、チップサイズ113mm2を実現した。プレスリリースされている32GビットNANDフラッシュとしては世界最小かつ最高密度であり、マイクロSDカードに実装できるNANDフラッシュメモリとしては世界最大容量を実現した。本発表では、最近のNANDフラッシュメモリの技術動向に関してもあわせて紹介する。
