本発表は、子どもにどのようにSNS(Social Networking Services)を使わせるべきか考察する。子どものSNS利用は、SNS利用にともなうネットいじめや評判のリスク、SNSへの依存の可能性から慎重に許可すべきである。ただし、子どもが行為選択能力を育て、ネット上の人間関係構築能力を育てられるよう、子どものネット利用の問答無用の禁止や監視は避けなければならない。

Two methods are prevalent for the recovery of acetone in an acetate dry-spinning plant. One of them is the absorption process and the other, the adsorption one. The latter, having higher recovery efficiency and less steam consumption when employed in rectifying acetone, has come to be more widely used than the former, especially with the improvement in the properties of activated charcoal. But the absorption process has such merits as safety from explosion and possibility of perfectly continuous operation. The lower recovery efficiency, which is one of its drawbacks, can be improved by the circulation of the air laden with vapour. The circulation of the air, together with the use of the multi-stage turboblower and turbine pump helps to increase the thermal efficiency of this process. From this view point, the economical evalution has been made of the absorption process into which several improvements are put by the authors.By the application of a multistage turbine pump, higher coefficient of heat transfer is obtainable between the feed and the wast of the rectifying column.Furthermore, judging from the characteristics of the equilibrium curve of rectification, there is little difference between the two methods with regard to their construction costs of equipment and their consumption amount of calorific power, when the density of the feed is kept over 2.5% in weight, although, in this case, cool water at the temperature of 5°C or so is required for absorption use.The construction cost of the equipment can be much more reduced and the power required in the operation, much more saved, when the said cool water is supplied directly refrigerated with liquid ammonia.As to the circulating air, the power of the blower will be used effectively both for promoting the efficiency of the heat exchanger and for heating the air by increasing the compression ratio.Table 1 shows the comparison between the old and the new absorption processes with respect to the utility and the construction cost, and Table 3, the results of the actual operation carried out in the authors' plant.

本研究の成果の概要は、以下の通りである。[1]幼小一体型数理教育カリキュラムとして、「乳幼児期のかがく」のモデル保育を計15個、「低学年児童期のかがく」の生活科モデル授業を計16個開発することができた。[2]時系列エピソード記録の事例分析法による分析から、「数」と「自然の事物・現象」に対する認知発達の度合いを示す評価指標の開発の基本データとなる探索行動の特性として、(1)探索行動には3つの段階が存在すること、(2)「1回試行」で探索を終えずに同じ試行を何度も繰り返す傾向があること、(3)探索行動中のコミュニケーションには3つのパターンが存在するという仮説が導かれた。

本研究においては、①最新の社会・技術動向に照らして大学教養課程向けの情報倫理学教科書を改訂して基本的な情報倫理学概念を確認し、②情報倫理学の歴史を整理し、あわせて、③プライバシーと自己決定権に関する議論を概観したうえで、④ソーシャルメディアによる個人をターゲットとした世論操作の可能性や、⑤サーチエンジンの検索結果表示アルゴリズムなどによるプライバシーや自律への影響の問題などの考察を行った。これらの成果を踏まえ、研究成果の一部を書籍として刊行した。同書『情報倫理-技術・プライバシー・著作権』(みすず書房)は、公益財団法人電気通信普及財団第33回(2017年度)テレコム社会科学賞奨励賞を受賞した。

In this study, we have developed a chip-surface stimulus electrode array for fully-implantable subretinal prosthesis chip. To realize visual restoration with high resolution, stimulus electrodes should be miniaturized and arrayed with high density. When we miniaturize them, however, their electrochemical impedances become higher and their amount of charge injection become smaller. Additionally, as the number of electrodes increases, it becomes difficult to make electrical connection to each pixel of the retinal prosthesis chip and each electrode by electrical wiring. To overcome these problems, we have developed the stimulus electrodes that have low electrochemical impedances and large charge injection capacities, and established a fabrication process of chip-surface stimulus electrode array. We fabricated the stimulus electrodes made of extremely porous platinum which had large-surface-area compared with conventional Pt. We also fabricated the chip-surface stimulus electrodes array on the subretinal prosthesis chip which surface was rough and covered with insulator film.

学校教育や社会教育、教育政策の立案など公益増進に役立つ可能性が大きいものの、学校授業の録音・録画とそのデータ利用には、未解決の著作権問題が存在する。そもそも授業の著作物性やその職務著作該当性が正面を切って議論されることも稀である。本稿は、学校授業が教授者の職務であるとともに、授業が著作物である事実を確認したうえで、小中高等学校・大学における学校授業の録音・録画とそのデータ利用に係る著作権問題を検討した。授業者・学習者の著作権処理は当事者間の同意によってほぼ解決できるものの、授業で使用する第三者の著作物の映像・音声記録には大きな困難があるので、学校授業の録音・録画とそのデータ利用による社会的利益を十分に引き出すためには、立法的解決が必要となるかもしれない。
