Androidアプリケーションの実利用環境において利用可能なアプリ消費電力の評価手法を提案する.本手法は,スマートフォンを構成する各ハードウェアコンポーネントの特性と消費電力の関係から生成した端末の消費電力モデルを用いることで,アプリ消費電力の推定を可能にする.本論文では,近年の端末の消費電力を妥当な精度で推定できること,推定に必要なログ収集の負荷が低いことを要件とした評価手法を実現するため,マルチコアCPUやモバイル無線インタフェースとその特徴を考慮したモデル拡張を行う.提案本手法において,一般的なアプリ利用のシナリオを対象に10%前後の誤差で電力推定できること,3.8%程度の低いオーバヘッドでログ収集が実現できることを確認した.

This paper investigates how eating is related to an ethical dimension and how it can help to form one's character by focusing on the behavior of eating. The first chapter clarifies that eating "well" is not only eating "comfortably" and "flavourful food" but also eating "ethically", based on Derrida's arguement. Singer suggests that some kinds of animals whichcan feel suffering should be regarded as being equal to human beings and we should not eat them. But Derrida thinks that it is not necessary to be a vegetarian to eat "well". What we should think seriously about is not what we should eat but how we should eat. In the second chapter we confirm Derrida's concept of justice, compared with that of right, and examine whether it is possible to pursue justice at the same time when we eat. His interpretation of justice helps us to analyze such an educational practice as that put on record by Toshiko Toriyama when she killed chickens and ate them with her students in her class. The justice on eating is not to observe various rules at meals only formally but to take into consideration the border between human beings as the subject ofeating and animals as the object of what is eaten. As a result, when we attempt to eat "well", it is not enough to only use good manners and food that tastes good. We should experience the instant of aporia when we cannot decide whether we eat or not. We should recognize that we cannot live a life without attacking other creatures and sometimeseat "uncomfortably".

多くのスクリプト言語同様,RubyはCやJavaといった従来の言語と比較して非常に複雑な文法を持っている.そのため,構文解析器の作成において現在主流となっている,yacc(またはbison)とlexを用いて構文解析器と字句解析器を生成しそれらを組み合わせる手法では,文法の記述や実装が困難であったり実装が複雑化しメンテナンスが困難となってしまったりする場合がある.たとえばRubyでは,文字列リテラルに任意の式を埋め込み可能な文法を実現するため等の理由で,手書きの字句解析器を含めて8000行以上にもおよぶ巨大な文法定義を行っている.これは,現在用いられている構文解析アルゴリズムが字句解析をベースとしているために,字句解析器に状態を付加する等のアドホックな実装を行わなければこのような文法を実現することができないためである.そこで本研究では,Parsing Expression Grammar(PEG)をベースとした,強力な解析力を持つ構文解析アルゴリズムPackrat ParsingをRuby処理系(JRuby)に導入することを提案する.Packrat Parsingを実際にRuby処理系に用いることで,従来の構文解析アルゴリズムで問題となっていた部分を改善し,文法定義の保守性を向上させることが本研究の目標である.本研究の構文解析器の実装は,PEGをベースとした文法定義をPackrat Parser生成系Rats!に与えることで行い,その文法定義は従来の文法定義を変換することで作成する.また提案手法による処理系と従来手法による処理系に対して実際のスクリプトを使用した比較評価を行い,その結果として,提案手法によって文法定義の保守性が向上することを示す.

合コン (お見合いパーティ) では,できるだけ多くのカップルを成立させたいという要求が発生する.本論文では,合コン結果から,カップルが成立しやすい男女の属性情報の組 (好相性と呼ぶ) を,対話型進化計算を用いて求めることで,理想的な合コンメンバー (合コン参加者名簿) を決定するシステムを提案する.提案システムでは,男女の属性情報の組を進化計算の解候補集合としてシステムに持たせ,合コンでのカップル成否を解候補の評価値としてフィードバックしながら,好相性を表現する解集合の獲得を目指す.提案システムを評価するため,比較手法として一般的に考え得る単純なグリーディ手法を用意し,実施した計算機シミュレーションの結果を報告する.

One of the basic viewpoints of the six-year Pharmacy Educational System is to improve and enhance the current system to a level where we are able to participate more productively in the international arena. It is realized that a practical command of English is required by an academic in order to participate on an international scale or to be able to even play a part in the global exchange of data/information and dialog (journals, magazines, newspapers or direct contact), hence a fundamental knowledge of English is required as stated in the Advanced Educational Guidelines of the six-year Pharmacy Educational System Model Core Curriculum. These basic skills are required as it will be the pharmacists' and drug design specialists' responsibility to respond/participate in the international flow of dialog in the field in the future. The need for a global perspective and attitude from an educational stand point is reflected in the current Model Core Curriculum of the six-year Pharmacy Educational System. In order to respond to the need for Internationalization of Medical Pharmacy which is fast evolving, we are looking at the training of the medical professional who will play an active role globally, and are trying to tackle the subject of International Scientific Exchange in a positive light. In one instance, an Overseas Pharmacy Training Course was offered to first- through fourth-year students in Northern Europe. This was conducted by The Daiichi University of Pharmacy Supporter's Association. A student questionnaire and SGD (Small Group Discussion) were given after the termination of the training. From the results of the questionnaire given to the students who participated: Q7: Did you feel that this overseas training course directly affected your motivation and learning attitude toward the future? Q8: Did you realize the necessity of English as a tool for learning? Q9: Did you learn about the height of purpose of the foreign students? These questions were answered on a scale from 1-5 (1 being low and 5 being high) in terms of rate of satisfaction and comprehension by 100% of the participants. All answers were either a 4(agree) or 5(Strongly agree) reflecting the opinion that this exposure and exchange was well received. The results of the data collected from the students who participated in this Training program have become a key element with which to think about improvements to motivation and learning stimulus. It seemed that the students who participated in this study became a key with which to think about improvements in motivation which studies touch on and the future pharmacy to Northern European levels.

Web サービスの大規模・複雑化に伴い,Web アプリケーションの開発だけでなく,Web サーバソフトウェアの機能拡張も必要になる場合が多い.Web サーバの機能拡張において,高速かつ軽量に動作する事を重視した場合,C 言語による実装が主流であったが,生産性や保守性を考慮した場合はスクリプト言語で機能拡張を行う手法も提供されている.しかし,従来手法は,Web アプリケーションの実装だけでなく,Web サーバの内部処理を拡張する事を主目的とした場合,高速性・省メモリ・安全性の面で課題が残る.そこで,スクリプ卜言語で安全に機能拡張でき,かつ,高速・省メモリに動作する Web サーバの機能拡張支援機構を提案する.Web サーバプロセスから内部処理としてスクリプトが呼び出された際,高速に処理するために,インタプリタの状態を保存する状態遷移保存領域の生成を,サーバプロセス起動時に生成しておいて,それを複数のスクリプ卜で共有して実行するアーキテクチャをとった.また,メモリ増加量を低減し,かつ,状態遷移保存領域を共有する事により生じるスクリプト間の干渉を防止して安全に機能拡張するために,スクリプト実行後に状態遷移保存領域からメモリ増加の原因となるバイトコード,及び,任意のグローバル変数・例外フラグを開放するようにした.このアーキテクチャの実装には,組み込みスクリプト言語 mruby と Apache を利用し,Ruby スクリプトによって容易に Apache 内部の機能拡張を行えるようにした.この Apache の機能拡張支援機構を mod_mruby と呼ぶ事にする.
