先天性外表疾患である口唇口蓋裂は,比較的発生頻度が高く,当教室では現在までに複数の疫学的研究を行ってきた.本疾患の発生には,遺伝および胎児期の環境など複数の要因が関連しているとされているが,その要因は未だ特定されていない.本研究は1989年1月より2005年12月までに昭和大学病院形成外科を未治療で受診した1273名の口唇口蓋裂患者を対象とし,本疾患の発生要因として考えられる(1)母親の出産時年齢,(2)両親の喫煙習慣,(3)母親の飲酒習慣を調査した.そして,調査によって得られたデータと当教室の過去の報告,厚生労働省の統計と比較し検討を行った.解析方法として,F分布による検定とχ2検定を用いた.その結果,母親の出産時年齢,両親の喫煙習慣は本疾患の発生に関連があることが示唆されたが,飲酒習慣については関連性を認めなかった.

The effects of drugs and other low-molecular-weight compounds are complex and may be unintended by the developer. These compounds and drugs should be avoided if these unintended effects are harmful; however, unintended effects are not always as harmful as suggested by drug repositioning. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of complex drug actions is essential. Omics data can be regarded as the nonarbitrary transformation of biological information about a sample into comprehensive numerical information comprising multivariate data with a large number of variables. However, the changes are often based on a small number of elements in different dimensions (i.e., latent variables). The omics data of compound-treated samples comprehensively capture the complex effects of compounds, including their unrecognized aspects. Therefore, finding latent variables in these data is expected to contribute to the understanding of multiple effects. In particular, it can be interpreted as decomposing multiple effects into a smaller number of easily understandable effects. Although latent variable models of omics data have been used to understand the mechanisms of diseases, no approach has considered the multiple effects of compounds and their decomposition. Therefore, we propose to decompose and understand the multiple effects of low-molecular-weight compounds without arbitrariness and have been developing analytical methods and verifying their usefulness. In particular, we focused on classical factor analysis among latent variable models and have been examining the biological validity of the estimates obtained under linear assumptions.

口唇・口蓋裂は先天性外表疾患として比較的頻度の高い疾患である.本研究は平成17年11月から過去約13年間に, 昭和大学付属病院形成外科を未治療で訪れた1323例を対象に, 裂型・被裂側・被裂程度の分布および性別の関連について調査検討を行った.分類方法は裂型を口唇裂, 口唇口蓋裂, 口蓋裂に, さらに口唇裂および口唇口蓋裂は右側, 左側, 両側に分け, 口蓋裂は軟口蓋裂硬軟口蓋裂, 粘膜下口蓋裂に分けた.なお解析方法としてはクロス表の検定にはx2検定を用いた.その結果は以下のとおりである.1.口唇裂451例, 口唇口蓋裂450例, 口蓋裂単独422例であり裂型は一様に分布していた.2.口唇裂男性253例, 女性198例, 口唇口蓋裂男性285例, 女性165例, 口蓋裂単独男性163例, 女性259例であり口唇裂, 口唇口蓋裂は男性に多く口蓋裂は女性に多かった.3.口唇裂は左側: 右側: 両側≒6: 3: 1であった.4.口唇口蓋裂は左側: 右側: 両側≒5: 2: 3であった.5.口唇裂の被裂程度は完全: 不全 (痕跡を含む) ≒1: 3であった.6.口唇口蓋裂の被裂程度は完全: 不全 (痕跡を含む) ≒3: 1であった.

土地改良事業の工事は、土地改良法所定の事業開始手続をとった場合には、工事の施行に同意していない者の土地に対しても施行することができるので、工事を施行したことに対して民事責任も刑事責任も問われることはない。土地区画整理法により土地区画整理事業の工事を所有者及び占有者の同意を得ることなく施行するについては、同法80条の規定に基づくことが必要であり、そのためには工事対象土地に対し仮換地の指定等による使用収益の停止処分がとられている必要がある。この土地区画整理法80条とほぼ同様の文章の規定が土地改良法123条の2として0設けられているが、土地改良法と土地区画整理法では、法の目的、趣旨、対象、法構成等を異にするので、土地改良事業の工事の施行に関する法律根拠を土地区画整理事業の工事を施行する場合と同様に解することにはならない

経営情報学会では、2008年4月より「官のシステム」特設研究部会を立ち上げ、2年間にわたり我が国の政府機関及び地方自治体における情報システムのガバナンス問題に焦点を当て、現状の問題点と今後の在り方についての研究を進めてきた。本セッションでは、その研究部会メンバー有志によるプレゼンテーションとパネル討論を通じて、電子政府・自治体の課題を整理し、提言をまとめる。

戸籍および住民基本台帳に関する情報システムは住民生活に密接にかかわるものでありながら、東日本大震災においてその脆弱性が問題として顕在化した。われわれが2011年の1月から2月にかけて実施した全国の1,747の市区町村を対象とした住民関連情報システムの実態調査では、住民関連情報システムのバックアップ体制おび共同化に向けての意識が自治体種別によって異なることが明らかとなっている。本研究では、このバックアップ体制と共同化への意識の違いを、人口規模、財政力、地域特性などの観点から定量的に分析し、今後の自治体の住民関連情報システムの在り方についてについて検討する。

ゴール型の運動課題を誘発するゲームの条件を明らかにし、複数のミニゲーム(手合わせゲーム等)を開発した。その運動課題に応じた評価の観点を含む単元計画を立案し、中学2年生に実施したところ、高い評価を得た。また、ボールを持たないときの動きの指導について、バスケットボールを部活動で指導している教員を対象に調査したところ、子どもたちがゲームの中で工夫するより前に学習すべき内容を先取りして教えてしまう傾向がみられ、指導観の変容には時間がかかることが明らかになった。

Anderson's most ambitious experiment in his frequent use of religious mode is the four-story sequence of "Godliness." Despite his efforts, the longest story is frequently criticized unfavorably or generally unheeded of all Winesburg stories. Following closely through the history of the Bentley family who "had been in Northern Ohio for several generations," however, the story reveals, without Anderson's intention perhaps, some humorously gloomy phase of human experience inherent in the materialistic age. During the summer of 1917 Anderson described his protagonist as a "delightful old man" named Joseph Bentley, "full of old Bible thoughts and impulses." Jarvis Thurston surmised that "Godliness" was the matrix of a novel Anderson recast to form part of Winesburg. The change of name, however, came about before he change a "delightful old man" to a "man of god." It is the known fact in Clyde that the first settler or "squatter" was a man named Jesse Benton. He built a crude cabin by the side of a spring adjacent to the house where Sherwood Anderson used to live. Anderson supposedly hit upon the name and the story unfolds differently. The story of Jesse's family tree might be happily associated with Biblical Jesse tree but Anderson made it an apple tree with full of twisted apples. The burlesque give Winesburg a significance which transcends its attachment to a specific time and place.
