回折法と固体NMRを有機的に組み合わせるNMR crystallographyのアプローチおよびその基盤技術(microED,固体NMR,量子化学計算)の概略を紹介する.低分子医薬品における塩・共結晶問題への明瞭な解決策を提案する.microEDとの組み合わせは特に有効であり,微細な単結晶(1 μm以下)から水素原子位置も含めて結晶構造を解くことができる.

In Japan, there is a type of welfare providers who can give services to disabled persons and children on a voluntary basis, in addition to elderly people. This is called a "symbiotic welfare service" system. This study is intended to present a comprehensive policy analysis about the trend and features of subsidies provided by prefectural governments to the symbiotic welfare services as well as to clarify the direction and guideline for community-based welfare policies conducted by prefectures. The results of this policy analysis are summarized as follows: The symbiotic welfare service system has the advantage of addressing various welfare needs in each region, since it includes both legally provided services and voluntary services. More and more prefectural governments, noting this advantage, have started to give subsidies to the symbiotic welfare services since 2000, which has resulted in a dramatic increase in number of providers of the symbiotic welfare services as well as in diversification of services. In addition, the symbiotic welfare service providers are regarded as ideal partners in the integrated community care system which is currently built by the central government, and is able to develop this system effectively for not only the elderly people but also all people who need social service. Prefectural governments should support the symbiotic service providers from now on.

英語教育において2020 年度から新たな取り組みが始まる。この現状にあって,英語表現力を高めることは教える側と学ぶ側にとって早急に策を講じるべき課題のひとつである。これまで英語力を測定する際に大きな比重を占めていた「読む」「聞く」という2技能に加えて,「話す」「書く」技能がより重視されていく今後の4技能統合型の英語学修において,一つひとつを分離させた指導方法では,社会で求められるレベルのスキル修得への対応が困難であるため,いっそう領域統合型の授業運営が求められるようになるからである。では,4技能のうち特に「読む」と「話す」技能について,これからの英語教育で外国語コミュニケーションにむけた英語表現力を向上させるために,どのように対応することが望ましいのであろうか。結論からいえば,新中学校学習指導要領を念頭に置くとき,多読と精読の双方は,個別の学修活動として捉えられるべきではない。この二つの技法は,アウトプット型の言語活動を補完し合いながら,小学校の外国語活動と,外国語科を経て,中学校の外国語科(英語)を接続し,コミュニケーション・スキルの基盤を確立する可能性を多分に含意している。

近年,携帯端末の高機能化,無線通信の向上などに伴い,これを用いた様々なサービスが普及しており,中でも,位置情報サービスにおいては,携帯電話へのGPS搭載義務化を受けより一層注目を集めている.しかしながら,屋内環境においてはGPSの取得が困難であるため,アクセスポイントや発信機といったインフラを利用した位置推定を行うシステムが多く提案されている一方,設置や初期設定などからユーザが容易に利用できるとは言い難い.本研究では,インフラを利用することなく,携帯端末によるアドホックネットワークを形成することにより相対的な位置を推定する手法を提案する.また,位置推定精度の評価実験を行い,システムの有効性を示す.

This paper describes a concurrent logic programming language MRL for use in developing programs to cooper-atively control multiple robots. MRL describes actions of each robot and sensor as sets of logical formula. MRL enable us to easily implement complex tasks such as concurrency control, cooperation and negotiation between pro-cesses, and emergent event handling for multiple robots. We conducted an experiment on program development for paper delivery task by cooperation with mobile robots, manipulators and cameras to demonstrate the advantages of MRL programming framework. The results indicated that the MRL programs were more abstract and natural than conventional procedure-oriented programs, resulting in realization of flexible cooperation. Since MRL programs are compiled into C programs with little overhead, NIRL is useful as a multiple robot programming language efficient in both program execution and development.

近年、短いテキスト「つぶやき」を投稿することができるWebサービス、Twitterが注目されている。Twitterでは,更新情報や新着情報をつぶやくTwitterアカウントを介した情報収集ツールとして利用されているが、アカウントを探す際に様々な問題がある。それは、つぶやきの配信元であるアカウントが信頼できるのか確認する手段がほぼないこと、さらに、アカウントのつぶやき自体が信頼できる情報なのか不明なことである。そこで、本研究では、Twitter内の信頼できる情報を収集するためのアカウント検索を目的とした、アカウント情報の信頼度を考慮したTwitterアカウント検索システムの実装を行う。

リガンドデータベースを活用した機械学習によるたんぱく質と化合物の結合予測を行った。インシリコ創薬は薬として有望な化合物(リガンド)をコンピュータで選別する手法であるが、ここでは化合物の化学的性質をからSupport Vector Machine(SVM)による機械学習に加えて、化合物の構造を学習するInductive Logic Programming(ILP)を組み合わせ、予測精度の向上を図った。次に、がん放射線治療の副作用低減のためにp53標的放射線防護剤を候補化合物を予測することをターゲットにした。その成果はジャーナルや国際会議で発表した。

In recent years, Japanese nuclear power plants experienced multiple large earthquakes. It is very important to assess the seismic safety of piping taken the occurrence of such a large earthquake into account, when a crack exists in pipe welding joint. One of the key issues is the effect of excessive loading in the seismic response wave on the fatigue crack growth behaviour. We performed fatigue crack growth tests under constant amplitude cyclic loading with a single excessive tensile/compressive load for Ni-based alloy weld metal. Acceleration and retardation was confirmed in crack growth due to the excessive loading. The stress distribution in front of crack tip and the shape of crack tip were investigated to clarify the cause of changes of crack growth rate. A crack growth evaluation method has been proposed considering the effects of the excessive loading based on the variation of the stress distribution in front of crack tip and the crack blunting. The predicted crack growth rate by the proposed method was in good agreement with the experimental ones.

近年,不正アクセスによる被害が増加傾向にある.そこで,本研究では,エッジルータ(企業や大学などの組織のネットワークとインターネットの境界に位置するルータ)を通過するパケットに対して攻撃者情報の書き込み及びそのダイジェストの保持を行うパケット監視エージェントをそのエッジルータ内に組み込み,パケット監視エージェント同士で協調し合うことで攻撃の発信源の特定に結びつくことができるシステムを構築した.

本研究では,Twitter上でつぶやかれたキーワードのトレンドを見つけ,そのトレンドの関連語を発見するシステムの設計と実装を行った.インターネット上では様々な情報が飛び交い,常に新しい情報が求められている.トレンドとして新たなキーワードが生まれたり,それに対する関連語も時代と共に関連性が変化したり,種類が増減したりするものである.本システムでは,抽出対象として,Twitterのつぶやきを利用することで,よりリアルタイムなトレンドを得ることを実現し,関連語の発見では,時系列を考慮したキーワードの比較により,関連性を見出し,抽出する手法を示す.更に事例により,本研究の有用性を述べる.
