Recently, a personal ICT (Information and Communication Technology) system is useful for everyday life. In the field of education, research and social contribution activities at higher education institutions, the small-scale ICT systems have also been widely used. Here, we introduce an easy-to-use system built by ourselves, and summarize the practices to the fields of the system. In particular, we focus on the following usage. ・Usage as LMS (Learning Management System) in tuition ・Usage for construction of co-editable site ・Usage for student advising in laboratory ・Usage for work-sharing The system has been built in a cloud server (Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud)1) provided by Amazon.com) and a CMS (Content Management System) is being used on it. As CMS, we adopted WordPress 3) on Amazon Linux OS provided by "WordPress powered by AMIMOTO< 2). According to W3Techs 4) and Gigazine 5), the share of WordPress reached 25.0% of websites all over the world. There are cases where it is possible to effectively utilize WordPress built on Amazon EC2 in the field of education, research and social contribution activities. If you think that working efficiency in such fields improves by building the small-scale ICT system in this article, we would like to recommend the aggressive introduction to building the system.

Anger control is the one of the most important issue for not only children but also adults in our society. However there are many Buddhist image statues with anger expression in Japan and they comfort our mind. Furthermore, according to Japanese myth "KO-JI-KI(Records of Ancient Matters)<, "Izanaki and Izanami< and "Amaterasu<,and other Japanese gods express and settle their anger in various ways. This essay clarified the meaning of Buddhist image statue with anger expression and the origin of anger and anger management of Japanese from the Japanese myth "KO-JI-KI<.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the causes of troubled and uneasy feelings of ALS homecare patients wearing ventilator, resulted from temporary hospitalization. The research method is a questionnaire survey for ALS home-care patients wearing ventilator, and 5 people responded. Meaningful contents in the answers to the survey items were coded about troubles and anxiety resulted from temporary hospitalization, and were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively using KJ method. From this analysis, 26 codes were extracted, and 6 subcategories and 4 categories [communication method], [attitude / attitude of nurse], [hospital room environment], [About life] were composed.This analysis suggested that temporarily hospitalized ALS home-care patients most need communication supports and hospitals should make efforts to improve hospital room environments tailored to each patient.

申請者らは、これまでに制御性T細胞(Tregs)の主制御遺伝子であるFOXP3のsplicing variants発現量が喘息患者で対照に比べ変化していることを報告した。一方、T細胞受容体刺激によるTregsのカルシウム不応答性を利用し、Tregsの機能解析も行ってきた。喘息患者では、Tregsの機能異常を認め、そのため炎症の慢性化をきたしていることが推測されたため、FOXP3 variants発現量の変化がその機能異常と相関するかどうかを検討した。各variantsのHalo-tag constructsを作製し、細胞に最適なトランスフェクション条件を選定した。さらに、特徴的なターゲット遺伝子群の発現量をreal-time PCRにより解析し、カルシウム応答性についても検討した。抑制機能の一端を担うと考えられているcAMPの産生量を測定したところ、全長FOXP3(FL)とexson2欠損体(delta2)では、delta2の方が高産生量を示していた。Tregsの機能と相関があるカルシウム応答性に関しては、FLとdelta2との間に差異は認められなかった。Exson2が欠損していてもFOXP3の機能に問題は生じていないと考えられたが、Th17細胞の主制御遺伝子であるRORgtの発現量が亢進していた。喘息患者(成人)においてdelta2/FL比が高くなることより、TregsからTh17へのシフトがvariantsの発現量によりコントロールされているかもしれないことが示唆された。

Although study on the machine sign language translation in Japan has begun more than ten years ago, and has made much progress so as to put some products on the market, most of which translate Japanese to sign languages word by word. However, these are different from the sign language used in daily conversation, because Japanese language structure has not been analyzed enough to apply for sign language translation. This report describes algorithms for morpheme analysis and syntactic generation, which are developing for a Japanese sign language translation.

We conducted a questionnaire survey involving 108 students in their second year of studying at the nursing department of T University who received a nursing skill test to determine factors influencing their awareness of skill acquisition. The results revealed that: 1) students whose favorite subject was nursing skills showed sufficient self-training, while those whose favorite subject was class work benefited from a mastery learning and felt the importance of points to be noted and the necessity of eagerness to learn; and 2) students with self-awareness that they were skillful undertook sufficient prior learning and self-training and were aware of their success in terms of safety, well-being, attention, and communicating with others. After receiving the test, all students realized their weak skills and the necessity of being aware of this, ability to make decisions, knowledge, and advancing their skills. Repeated self-training in nursing skills facilitates the acquisition of fundamental techniques but does not improve a student's abilities related to emotion/will, such as involving making decisions and attention required for safety and well-being. The study suggests the necessity of improving education methods, coaching systems, and training environments in order to acquire nursing skills to enhance nursing practice abilities.

デフォーの『コンソリデイター』(1705)よ従来, 三つの観点から研究されてきた。第一に, 月世界旅行記に仮託した政治パンフレットとみなす解釈。第二に, 古代と現代とのどちらの学芸が優れているかをめぐる当時の新旧論争に注目し現代派を擁護したとする解釈。第三に, 作中の中国の記述を取り上げ, 同時代の中国崇拝を風刺しだとする解釈。本稿は, 論じられることの少なかった新旧論争における中国評価に注目することで, これら三解釈を統合しようとする試みである。古代派の代表テンプルは中国を文明の起源と考え, その政治体制と高度な学芸を賛美した。それに対して現代派ウォットンは, ギリシアを近代ヨーロッパ科学の起源とし中国を停滞した専制国家と批判した。それを踏まえて, 『コンソリデイター』では, 学芸の起源を求めてヨーロッパから中国そして月世界へと旅し最後にはその月世界もヨーロッパに出来していたという円環が描かれる。ここでは, 現代派に基づいて中国崇拝を批判しつつも, 起源をめぐる新旧論争自体が風刺されているのである。

This literature considered condition of care and education for children under three from two perspectives: working mothers and guarantee of the rights to get childcare of children, focuses on the time period of 1945~mid-1950 as to follow `The Actual Conditions of Care and Education for Children under Three before the Second World War' and `With contents of care and education for children under three before World War II , actually -focused on the theory about "the fundamental habits of life.'The content completed the actual condition of childcare by going through Childcare League News, "The Points of Childcare< which is the first guide of childcare and policies of care and education for children under three from "The Guideline of Nurture<; including child welfare facility, at nursery school. Also it gives general view of children and childcare which scholars and practitioners at that time were desirous as referring "Encyclopedia of New Child-Rearing< that conducts investigation of actual conditions of nurture scenes and households. Furthermore, it suggests hardship of care and education for children under three and the role of nursery schools as to pick three nursery schools from practiced examples of care and education for children under three that are put into practice all parts of the country. In the condition of care and education for children under three in postwar era, there was encouragement of guarantee to receive childcare for children and support for working mothers as extended line of practices in prewar time, that are taken by people who had involved in care and education for children under three before the war even though the situations over care and education for children under three were different. There were people like Akita Yoshiko who tried to deepen care and education for children under three in postwar period after use the experience of actual practices in prewar era. On the other hand, Matsuda Michio, after involved in publishing "Encyclopedia of New Child-Rearing<, he proposed the necessity of care and education for children under three in mass while it is called into question of argument over care and education for children under three after 1960s and played significant role to broaden understanding.

In order to investigate the psychosocial factors influencing the recreation activity of college students, a survey was administered to 951 college students between 18 and 22 years of age It was found that almost college students had good image to recreation activity, and they expect the friend-ship, peaceful mind and stress management to paticipant of recreation activity But actually they participated days per week have only one day for 38 1%, 2 days for 25 4% respectively It was result that most college students have desire to much participated chance to recreation activity

It was just after the WW 2 that Japanese farmers were compelled to deliver rice to the State. But they were against it because of the end of the WW 2. They were reluctant to do so even in the WW 2. Such consciousness spread out over Japan at once. The State, which GHQ supported, forced to do so. And riots arose at last. The riots seemed to spread out and last some years. But these riots and disturbances declined immediately. Why they happened ?

My former article "Cathedral and Urban Community in Medieval Strasbourg< (2004) dealt with the unity of citizens in a Christian community that was of great significance as a base for the formation of the medieval urban community in Strasbourg and the development of its self-government. In answer to the comments on the article which were given by the late Mr. Takeshi HAYASHI, one of the leading figures in the field of studies on medieval German urban history, this paper will show the main focus of the study clearer, namely, the close interaction between religious factors and the political autonomy of urban communities in medieval Europe.

Alfimeprase(A)は血中のα-2マクログロブリン(α-2M)と速やかに複合体を形成して活性が阻害されるため、臨床第2相でドロップした。Aにハブ毒HRlaのC末ドメインを結合させた融合体(AH)遺伝子に、フィブリンへの標的化ヒトプラスミノーゲンのクリングルドメイン1を融合させたAHP遺伝子を化学合成して大腸菌ベクター(pE-SUMO)で発現させた。これによって、Aのフィブリノゲン切断活性、ヒト血餅溶解活性のα-2Mによる阻害を回避することはできなかった。それはN末のSUMOペプチドの有無とは関係なかった。

本研究は、課題名「中島広足全歌集の編纂とその研究」が示すとおり、中島広足の全歌集を編纂し、その研究を行うことを目的とした。そのために、基礎となる資料の調査・収集を研究成果報告書の「はいがき」に記した関係所蔵機関および個人宅で行った。調査・収集した資料の目録は、第I部の「中島広足著作目録」としてまとめたが、今回の調査で初めてその存在が確認されたものも多く含んでいる。当然ことながら、活字化されていないものが多いわけである。調査・収集と平行して、それらの未翻刻の資料(特に和歌に関するもの)の翻刻作業と、書誌的研究を中心とした研究を行った。それらの一部については、既に研究紀要等に発表した。「研究発表」の6〜10がそれである。既に発表の資料の他に、『中島広足全歌集』を編纂するための多くの資料が存在するが、それらの翻刻はほぼ終えている。本報告書において、それらのすべてを掲載することは量的に無理があるので、その一部を掲載した。近いうちに『中島広足全歌集』として刊行し、それを基にして広足の和歌の、多面的・詳細な研究を行い、歌人中島広足を和歌史上に位置付けたいと考えている。ところで、広足には今回研究テーマにした「和歌」以外の、膨大な量の資料が存在する。それは「中島広足著作目録」のよっても理解されるだろう。それらの一部は、弥富浜雄氏によって『中島広足全集』(全2巻、昭和8年4月、大岡山書店)として刊行されているが、不十分なものである。江戸時代後期の国学の展開を研究する上で、今後さらに未収集の資料を発掘した上で、これらの資料の全てを翻刻し、新たな『中島広足全集』を編纂することは意義のあることであろう。

米国議会図書館に、国民学校期に使用された教科書が所蔵されている。それらの教科書には書き込みのある付箋等が貼られ、またMilitary Affairs、〇×等の書き込みがある。これらの書き込みから太平洋戦争後、学校で使用された墨塗り教科書原本であった可能性がある。太平洋戦争後、敗戦国日本は国民学校期の教科書を軍国主義的、国粋主義的等の理由で使用できなくなった。学校では新しい教科書が出来るまで、これまで使用した教科書に墨を塗り使用したが、それらの教科書は回収されたため日本には殆ど現存しない。墨を塗る個所を決め、指示したのはだれか、それはどのような理由によるかを解明するために、議会図書館所蔵の教科書の修正部分とその理由を複写し、議会図書館所蔵の教科書リストを作成し分析した。
