This paper aims to make clear the existence of an intentional hidden curriculum and define the hidden curriculum. First, this paper criticizes hidden curriculum arguments thatregard hidden curriculum as unintentional learning outcome. Since these arguments can go up Bloom, this paper reviews Bloom and shows that the biggest problem is the difficulty injudging whether there is intention or not. Second, this paper investigates into intentional hidden curriculum. Portelli argues about the hidden curriculum which is intended by teachers. Some teachers havedemonstrated intentional hidden curriculum and show a list of strategies to teach them. Third, this paper defines hidden curriculum as skills or norms which teachers intentionally teach, or the teachers' strategy which teachers intentionally exercise, that arisefrom teachers' frame and are the background of interactions between everyday knowledge and educational knowledge.

This paper summarizes the reviews of Japanese language textbooks for intermediate-level learners. Articles written on this subject, that is, Japanese language textbooks for intermediate-level learners, were collected as part of the on-going project to develop an intermediate-level textbook for learners of Japanese in the Japanese Language Programs, International Christian University. The following aspects of textbook development have been discussed and briefly summarized in this paper: (i) what skills should be emphasized (reading/writing or speaking/listening?), (ii) what kinds of topics are good as reading materials for learners of Japanese, (iii) how are grammatical points incorporated into readings in textbooks on the market, and (iv) what kinds of exercises and activities are there in those textbooks. Finally, an attempt to classify the textbooks into three types, the traditional type, the "new" type and the "geared-to-specific-skills" type, is introduced.

母親が抗D抗体を保有し胎児がRh0(D)陽性の場合,胎児や新生児が重篤な溶血性疾患を発症することがある.今回我々は,3度目の妊娠,出産であるRh0(D)陰性の妊婦が抗D抗体を保有し,出生したRh0(D)陽性の児が新生児溶血性疾患を発症,交換輸血を施行した症例を経験した.妊娠初期の不規則抗体検査にて酵素法のみ陽性の抗D抗体であったもののその後間接抗グロブリン法も陽性化,徐々に抗体価の上昇が認められ,出産時には2,048倍まで上昇した.出生直後から急激なビリルビン値の上昇とHb値の低下を認め,交換輸血,γ-グロブリン療法,光線療法の適応となった.交換輸血に用いた製剤は,O型Rh0(D)陰性赤血球濃厚液とAB型Rh0(D)陽性新鮮凍結血漿を院内にて混合調整した合成血である.患児はこれらの治療が奏功し軽快,退院した.Flow Cytometryによる解析から,交換輸血直後,患児赤血球はほぼO型Rh0(D)陰性赤血球に置換されていたが,日毎に患児由来のRh0(D)陽性赤血球の割合が増加,86日後では,ほとんどのO型Rh0(D)陰性赤血球は消失していた.輸血された赤血球の半減期は約36日であり,健常人赤血球とほぼ同等であった.

近年、光格子中の冷却原子に対する量子気体顕微鏡の技術が急速に進展している。我々はこれまでにYb原子の量子気体顕微鏡を作成に成功している。これによって光格子中での原子位置を1サイトの単位で決定することができる。今回我々はこの技術を分子に適用した。光格子中のYb原子に対する2光子光会合によって電子基底状態の分子を作成し、さらにその分子を原子に戻して観測することで、分子の量子気体顕微鏡による観測に成功した。
