The shift of brassieres is of importance from the point of view of flexibility when exercising including comfortableness to wear. This paper deals with the shift distribution of two samples, full-cup type and 3/4 cup type, after a radio gymnastic exercise. The radio gymnastic exercise was used here because of its repetitiousness. The relationship between the number of repetitions (one to three) and the quantity of shift was also examined. The following results were obtained. 1) The quantity of shift after the first repetition was large, while the quantity after the second and the third was small. 2) In both samples, the quantity of shift was larger near the axilla than the median line and the upper part of the brassiere's cup. 3) No significant difference in quantity was found between the two samples. Therefore, the quantity of shift had no relationship with the shape of cup. 4) While the distribution of shift for the full-cup type showed a similar tendency in both right and left cups, the 3/4 cup type showed a tendency to lean to one side.

本論は、対人援助職の養成教育へ「実践知」という視点を導入することの意義の検討を目的とする。一般的に言えば、これまでの養成教育では、状況超越的な専門理論を中心とした指導が行われてきた。その理由は、養成教育の専門理論に対する過大評価にある。そして、本論では、それに対する「実践知」の養成教育への導入がもたらす対人援助職の専門能力の新たな可能性を見極める。まず、「実践知」の起源と概念の整理を試みる。その上で香川秀太が提案した「第三の知」及び秋葉昌樹による「フォーラム・シアター」、藤田徹による「実習指導への戦略的な応用」の整理を進め、「実践知」を前提とした対人援助職の専門能力の開発の有効性を確認する。This discussion aims at considering the significance of introducing the viewpoint of "practice wisdom" in training education for human service. Generally speaking, the conventional training education has focused mainly on expert theories that transcend situations. That was because of the overvaluing of expert theories by training education stakeholders. This discussion will find out a new possibility of the training education paved by the special skill of human service that will become available by the introduction of" practice wisdom" in the training education. Firstly, I will try to organize the origin and concept of "practice wisdom". Then, I will proceedto digest "the third wisdom" proposed by Shuta Kagawa, "Forum theater" by Masaki Akiba, and "Strategic application for practical instructions" by Toru Fujita, and confirm the effectiveness of the special skill of human service with the premises of" practice wisdom"

1999年の秋、ドイツ社会民主党・経の党の赤緑連合は、トルコによる「レオパルト2」戦車1000台の輸入計画によって崩壊寸前であった。緑の党は、トルコ国内における人権侵害の故に戦車輸出に反対し、社会民主党は、軍需産業における労働者の雇用の確保、および北大西洋条約機構(NATO)加盟国トルコに対する責任を主張した。結局、危機は妥協によって回避された。トルコに試用目的の戦車を1台供与し、西暦2001年に最終的な決断を下すことになったのである。しかし、1992年にドイツ国防省が連邦議会の意に反して15台の戦車をトルコに提供したことで、当時の国防相は辞職に追いやられている。トルコヘの武器輸出は、30年来変わらぬドイツ政治の厄介な課題である。ドイツの武器輸出政策の実態と法的根拠、およびその内政上、外交上の目的についで、トルコを事例として述べる。This article is about the principles and policy of German weapon exports, the crisis inside the red-green coalition in autumn 1999 because of conflicting views concerning weapon exports, patterns of German Near-East-policy and recent changes in German foreign and security policy.

本件は、東日本大震災発生時のマンション内の水漏れ事故につき、居住者が区分所有者の加入する個人財産総合保険保険に付された個人賠償責任総合補償特約に基づき保険金支払を求めたところ、保険会社が地震免責条項の適用を主張したという事案である。第1 審(東京地判H23・10・20)は、他の免責条項との均衡等から、同条項にいう「地震」を通常予見しえない「巨大かつ異常な地震」に限定し、保険会社の免責を認めなかった。本判決(東京高判H24・3・19)は「地震」につき、(1)文理解釈、(2)地震保険法との均衡、(3)他の免責事由との関係、(4)保険実務への考慮等から「自然現象としての地震と相当因果関係のある損害はすべて地震免責条項の対象となるのが相当」と判示した。客観的解釈を強く要請される約款解釈からすれば、当該判示は正当である。しかし、本件は、通常の耐震性を欠くこと(「瑕疵」)を責任原因とする、保険事故たる土地工作物責任発生及び、地震免責条項適用に係る相当因果関係の検討が不十分な点で問題がある。確かに、当事者は因果関係を争っていないが、地震と瑕疵の原因競合及び割合的な処理の可能性を検討すべき事案であったといえよう。

賢治寓話「黒ぶだう」は,仔牛が赤狐に誘われ,ベチュラ公爵別荘にわき玄関から入り,二階で黒ブドウを食べる。狐はブドウの汁を吸って他は吐き出し,仔牛は種まで噛む。公爵たちが帰ってきて,狐は逃げ,残された仔牛はリボンを貰う。この話の公爵別荘のモデルは花巻市街に現存する菊池捍(きくちまもる)邸であることが明らかとなった。菊池邸は1926年に建てられ,外見は洋館,中が畳敷きの和室で,花巻出身で北海道清水町の明治製糖工場長であった捍氏が建主である。北海道の洋館建築の様式をとり入れつつも,武家住宅の伝統を受け継ぎ,洋館には無いはずの本玄関と脇玄関を付けた。賢治が仔牛たちは「わき玄関」から入ったと書いているのが菊池邸をモデルとした証拠である。この建物は他にも「黒ぶだう」の別荘と合う点が多い。菊池捍邸が賢治作品の創作の秘密を解く鍵として極めて重要なことがわかったが,建物自体も大正期の洋風建築として価値の高いものであり,保存保全が望ましい。In Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale "Black Grapes, " a calf, entitled by a red fox from a pasture, entered the villa of Duke Betula through the side entrance and ate black grapes on the second floor. The fox sucked the juice of the grapes and spit out the residue, while the calf chewed the grapes and the seeds as well. When the duke and his entourage returned home, the fox ran away. The calf was left there, but was given a ribbon by the duke. It was revealed that the model of the duke's villa is the residence of Mamoru Kikuchi, that still exists in the city of Hanamaki today. Built in 1926 by Mamoru Kikuchi, from Hanamaki and manager of Meiji Seito's sugar-making factory in Shimizu town, Hokkaido, the Kikuchi Residence has a Western appearance and tatami-matted rooms inside. Although the building was designed after the style of Hokkaido Western architecture, it followed the tradition of the samurai house and has both a main entrance and a side entrance, which don't exist in an ordinary Western-style house. The evidence that this is the model is that, as Kenji wrote, the calf and the red fox entered the villa through the "side entrance." There are many elements this building has that agree with the descriptions of the Black Grapes villa. Although the Kikuchi Residence is extremely important as a key to unravel the secrets of Kenji's creation in his works, the building itself is of high value as an example of Taisho Era western architecture, which is why its total preservation is desired.

本稿では、1995年度のミス・アメリカに選出された、へザー・ホワイトストーン・マッカラム(Whitestone Mccallum, Heather)という米国の聴覚障害女性の物語を中心に描く。 本稿の目的は、第一に、彼女のミス・アメリカ獲得までの道のりを文献等によって整理し、第二に、それによって、彼女の著作、行動や生き方が、聴覚障害や女性学の世界にどのような影響を及ぼしたのかを考察することである。その際には筆者の学問領域でもある障害者福祉はもちろんのこと社会政策、ジェンダー視点も含めて考察を行う。This report presents the story of a hearing-impaired woman in the United States, Heather Whitestone Mccallum, who was elected Miss America 1995. This report summarizes her activities until winning the title of Miss America through a literature review. It also considers how her writings, behavior, and way of living influenced hearing-impaired persons and women's studies around the world. Considerations will include not only the issues of welfare for disabled persons, the author's field of study, but also social policy and the viewpoint of gender.

イソヒヨドリは、日本ではもともと海岸沿いに生息していたが、近年、海から離れた内陸部にも進出し、繁殖するようになってきた。内陸部ではとくに、鉄道の駅やマンションなど高層建築物のある都市でよく目撃されている。筆者は岩手県の内陸部でイソヒヨドリを複数回にわたり観察することができた。盛岡市、遠野市、花巻市、北上市、一関市である。海からもっとも遠い地点は盛岡駅の71km であった。イソヒヨドリの行動から、これら内陸の都市部で繁殖していると結論づけられた。The blue rock thrush Monticola solitarius originally inhabits the coastline in Japan, but the species has recently been observed far inland. In particular, blue rock thrushes are often found in large cities with high buildings including railway stations. I observed blue rock thrushes several times in the interior of Iwate Prefecture, i.e.,Morioka, Tohno, Hanamaki, Kitakami, and Ichinoseki. The farthest inland site was Morioka, which is 71 km from the coast. Based on the birds' behavior, I concluded that blue rock thrushes breed in these inland cities.

プエルトリコでは,女性問題解決に向けて女性たちが連帯することを最優先し,既成の政党政治の在り方に対し距離を置くようになった。このような勢力が,植民地に関する議論や政党政治の政策に大きく影響を与えた。しかし,米国本土におけるプエルトリコ女性においては,同様の政治的影響力を明確に見出すことはできない。しかし,マイノリティグループとして草の根運動のレベルで白人中心主義の政策や女性解放運動に異議を唱えている。また,プエルトリコとは異なる環境に生きるプエルトリコ人女性はそのナショナル・アイデンティティも現実に見合った多様なものに変容しており,それがこれまでのネイション,ステイト,アイデンティティの概念に新たな視点を提供している。

本稿は、韓国の流動する人口移動を概観し、国際結婚を具体事例として定着の実態と支援策を検証することを目的とする。送り出しと受け入れ両面から描き出した流動の様態からは、在外同胞の還流が特徴として浮かび上がった。他方、農村地帯の深部に日を転じれば、フィリピン、ベトナムからグァテマラに及ぶ10カ国以上の結婚移民者の暮らしが営まれる文字通りの「多文化社会」の現出を見出すことができる。これらの現状を踏まえて韓国政府は外国人政策の基本法「在韓外国人処遇基本法」を制定した。サービス伝達体系の中枢として「結婚移民者支援センター」が整備され、就労支援を始めとする定着支援が動き出している。

An examination on the reliabilities and validities of a Japanese form of the Test of Self-Conscious Affect-3 (short form) (Tangney and Dearing, 2002) was done using by the responses of 123 university students. Cronbach's α-coefficients of this form were slightly low, especially in Detachment (D) and Externalization (E) scales. Although the score of Prosocial Behavior Scale (PSB: Kikuchi, 1998) highly related to those of Guilt (G) scale of TOSCA-3, and Empathic Concern (EC) and Perspective Taking (PT) scales of Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI: Davis, 1998), significant relationships were not found, as expected, between the score of PSB and those of Shame (S) scale in TOSCA-3 and Personal Distress (PD) scale in IRI.

After the breakdown of the Qin empire, there was a leader named Liu Bang (247-195 B.C.), who built the Han dynasty. Among his followers, three men were particularly efficient, and brought him to the throne. First, Zhang Liang was a staff-officer, so to speak, with female appearance. He gave his master valuable advice at the headquarters. Secondly, Xiao Ho was a well-educated paymaster in charge of supplying the front with personnel and provisions, searching and arranging documents from the destroyed Qin court. Finally, Han Xin, here under discussion, was an able army commander, good at intelligence service as well as tactics. The first two were in their sovereign's high esteem, while the last fell into disgrace and was killed in the end. Court chronicler Si-ma Qian writes a hundred years later, "One who has more courage than one's lord will be easily ruined. One whose success is above all will not be awarded". This is the destiny of Han Xin. The author tries to describe a hero of a tragedy.
