It never necessarily goes well at pastors' old age. In each sect of the Christianity, the retirement system is introduced, and the retirement allowance is provided for the retirement pastors. There are some sects which pension system is prepared for, too. However, after it retires from the duty of pastor, they concerned are opposite to an economical, healthy difficulty. However, there is a retirement from active life pastor who publishes the person and the writing that keeps parting from the sect and being missioned, and is sending it with the web etc. in no small way, too. It will be able to be thought that the aged society is not caught in the minus but the field of a new mission for the Christianity extended.

Generally by elementary and secondary education of modern Japan, it is said that "religion knowledge education" is not made enough. It is clear to tackle original "religious education" of each school through the lesson of a religion event or "religion" in the religious school in Mie Prefecture as a result of investigation. Moreover, it is devising also with each school. But, students and teachers also have few believers in each school. Therefore, it can be said that "religion knowledge education" and "religion cultivation of aesthetic sensitivity" are used as a base more nearly rather than not a propagation attitude but a posture which removes students; religion allergy and religious indifference, and "cult education."

日本社会は寺檀関係を支えてきた世代の人びとが多く死去する時代を迎えた。次世代を担うであろう団塊の世代以下の人びとの多くは故郷を離れ、菩提寺とは疎遠な関係にあり、代々の寺檀関係が継承される見通しが立てられない時代となった。これまで寺院は葬儀や法事など、人びとの人生の一部だった。寺院がなくなれば、誰が死者を弔い、墓や遺骨を守っていくのか。日本人はそうした切実な問題に直面している。本研究はこの喫緊の課題にこたえるべく、多宗派の寺院の実態を数量的調査、質的調査によって明らかにし、寺院の存続と人びとの暮らしがいかに相互影響しているのかに迫るものである。

The purpose of this study is to consider the influence which the different age exchange in after-school care has on a lower grade child's physical strength. The subjects were 39 of the lower grade children of elementary school who belong to after-school care in Suzuka. Three times of physical strength and fitness test were performed to the subjects during the consultation period containing a summer vacation. The test of physical strength and fitness performed 20m dash, a dodge ball throw, and standing long jumps. Participant observation consisting mainly of play and different age exchange was carried out during the summer vacation. Moreover, All the subjects answered a questionnaire about play and different age exchange. As a result, it sets to participant observation, Play of 21 kind (an outdoor 6 kind, an indoor 16 kind) was observed, among those 26.6 % (outdoor 27.3 %, indoor 28.1 %) was a group of different age. About a test of physical strength and fitness, the difference significant after consultation period was not seen. Moreover, the significant difference was not seen by comparison between groups, either. By comparison of the number of the play in different age exchange, standing long jump record was significantly higher in the higher group than the lower group (p<0.05). In conclusion, it is thought that it is important for lower grade children of elementary school to experience and routinize various playing outside because of growth of mind and body. When clubs for after school activities for children are considered as a place of a life, I think that it is possible for it to concern itself with establishment of the right lifestyle, the production of a friend, and experience of various playing outside, and the possibility of being able to do in after-school care increases greatly.

教育現場には多文化を背景にした児童生徒がいる。したがって「多文化共生社会」理念の定着が望ましい。しかし、マジョリティ側の知識や配慮の不足などにより、マイノリティの立場にある児童生徒たちは、生活しにくく、望ましい環境にない。様々なマイノリティのうち、本稿では「性」「宗教」「色覚」という3点について学校教育でどのように扱われているか検討した。これらは、現行および次期の学習指導要領で学ぶことは明瞭に記載されていない。したがって、児童生徒は、それに取り組んでいる一部の教員のもとでのみ学ぶ機会を得られるものの、それ以外は学べていない。他方、日本社会では、とくに21世紀に入り、多様性への対応がどの分野でも必要となっている。さらに諸外国での先進的な現況は大いに参照できる。教員養成校としては、学生たちに最新情報を含めた学びを提供し、同時に、現職研修など学び直しの場の提供も必要であると結論づけた。

In the Suzuka junior college, there are several male students who acquire Yogo teacher licenses every year after the co-education in 1992. But, it does not necessarily get used to a Yogo teacher. First of all, male Yogo teachers are only less than 1% in this country. In the health management center of our college, it became arrangement of every one man and woman from the current fiscal year. In this article working record and narrative of a male assistant are analyzed, and it is considered as the start which considers the problem of a Yogo teacher and gender. As for this case, Yogo teacher does not have a gender difference as well as other precedence researches, and the usefulness of arrangement was shown.

本研究の成果の概要は、以下の通りである。①過疎地域の宗教集団は一定の機能を有し、今後も地域のネットワークとして機能する可能性が十分ある。②老年期の宗教指導者は、教団等地域外とのコミュニケーションツールを持ち、地域住民に、外と内をつなぐネットワークの結節点となっていた。③老年期にUターンや初めての土地で宗教指導者となる選択をする人もいる。彼ら・彼女らの例から、老年期の多様な生き方のモデルが見出された。④過去の調査および、10年、20年を経た後の再調査の重要性を再認識した。
