The facial skin temperature can be measured without contact using an infrared camera regardless of room temperature conditions. Moreover, because it varies with autonomic nervous activity that accompanies arousal of the senses, it serves as an effective physiological quantity for evaluating human senses.This report examines the thermal sensation and evaluates it using the facial skin temperature without influence by stress or the change in seasons. In the experiments that were carried out under various types of stress with various types of ambient temperatures in winter and summer, no change due to seasons was found. Consequently, data for both winter and summer were combined and correlation coefficients between the thermal sensation and facial skin temperatures for various parts were determined. In the experiments, the correlation coefficients decreased in the order of cheek, chin, forehead, nose and ear. Even the lowest value of r=0.752 for the ear is still high. In addition, the thermal sensation is estimated by a multiple regression formula using the stepwise method. The partial regression coefficient for the nose excluding the forehead became negative (multiple correlation coefficient R=0.897). Accordingly, the relation between the thermal sensation and the forehead skin temperature can be predicted by the skin temperatures of the other facial parts, and a rise in the thermal sensation accompanying stress can be described by a drop in the skin temperature of the nose.Furthermore, it is suggested that this multiple regression formula is applicable even for different amounts of clothing. The compensation is necessary for changes in the activity level and continuous variations in the ambient temperature.

N-isopropyl-p-I-123-iodoamphetamineによるsingle photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) を用いて25例の片麻痺の小児におけるcrossed cerebellar diaschisis (CCD) の出現について検討した.対象の25例のうち, 7例は脳性麻痺で, 18例は発症年齢10カ月から14歳の後天性脳障害である.その結果5例20%にCCDが認められた.CCDの認められた5例は7歳以後の発症で, それ以前の発症の後天性脳障害と脳性麻痺では認められなかった.Ipsilateral cerebellar diaschisisは3歳以下の発症の片麻痺の3例と脳性麻痺の2例に認められた.以上の結果から, diaschisisは3-7歳の間を境に出現の様式が異なり, 7歳以後には成人と同様のcrossed cerebellar diaschisisが認められると考えられた.

Recently, non-GDP economic indicators such as the Inclusive Wealth Indicators by the UN and How's Life index by the OECD have been newly developed by international organizations and they gathered much attention in the US and EU. Flurry of those new indicators was triggered by the Stiglitz report commissioned by the former president Sarkozy of France. The report made a breakthrough in economic thoughts. Analyzed through the lenses of those recent indicators, the merits and demerits of Abenomics will be critically taken into consideration. Abe's "bold monetary policy" implemented by Governor Kuroda of the BOJ has been a huge success. It may be concluded that while the "resilient fiscal policy" is producing mixed results, the "growth strategy that will induce private sector investment" is likely to fail since the concept of growth strategy is unfit for Japan in the 21st century.

過去4年半に, 抗てんかん薬服用中副作用がみられた48例を調査母体とした。調査時年齢は1歳7ヵ月~29歳2ヵ月であった。体重増加 (肥満) は7例に認め, すべてバルプロ酸ナトリウム (VPA) によるものであった。3ヵ月から24ヵ月の間に肥満度の上昇をきたし, 全例肥満度30%以上となった。投薬前から既に肥満度20%以上を示したものが4例いた。肥満のため投薬を中止したのは4例で, うち3例で体重の減少を認めた。夜尿は7例に認め, 5例がVPAによるもので, フェニトイン, クロナゼパムによるものがそれぞれ1例ずついた。夜尿の出現時期は服薬1日目が4例と多かった。4例で投薬を中止し, 全例その直後から夜尿の消失をみた。VPAによる体重増加, 夜尿は, VPAが視床下部に存在する食欲および排尿調節中枢へ影響を及ぼすためと推測された。

本研究では、幸福概念を思想史的・文化史的な重層性をふまえて考え直すことによって、幸福概念が、第一に、個人の主観的な幸福感には限定されない社会性・集団性を有した倫理的地平において考察されるべきものであることと、第二に、その幸福は、個人の次元を超えた社会的時間性や、ひいては形而上学的な世界の時間性にまで及ぶような多層的な時間論のなかで考えられるべき余地があることが明らかになった。以上の成果は、近年の社会心理学的な幸福論を補完し修正しうる意味を有していると思われる。

Recently in the construction industry rationalization in production systems are aimed at in order to improve the cost competitiveness. This time, we could get the chance of controlling the cost in early stages of design process. In the conventional procedure, the cost estimate is done in two stages consisting of preliminary estimate and detailed estimate later resulting in reconsideration of design in order to match with the budget. Using 3D-CAD we could do the estimate in each step of design and fit into the budget.
