本研究は,看護場面において患者が知覚する看護師の優しさを,明らかにしていくことを目的としている。今回,入院患者4名に対して,ある看護場面を想定して看護師を優しいと感じた時はどんなときであるかを,半構成的インタビューを用い質的に分析を行った。その結果,【優しい関わり合いへの期待】【傾聴的態度】【共感的態度】【個人を尊重した関わり】【理解ができる説明】【調整を図る】【水準の高いケアの提供】【専門家としての信頼】【気持ちの良い接遇】という,9個のカテゴリーが得られた。この9個のカテゴリーを検討していった結果,患者が知覚する看護師の優しさの基本となっている行為は,人と人との関わりに依拠するものであり,人間関係が基本となっており,患者は言語的・非言語的コミュニケーションによって,言わんとしている内容に対して的確に判断して,対応してくれることを期待しており,患者はそれを優しさであると受けとめていた。さらに,看護師の専門的な知識・技術に対するニーズへの期待も,優しさに深く影響を与えていた。

The purpose of this paper is to make clear the process of development of Tama region and the transportation cargo through the Tamagawa Waterway or Tamagawa-josui, which was originally used for the running water.The author, in this paper, made clear the function of the Tamagawa Waterway as a new canal connecting Tokyo with the Hachioji market area.Though the hinterland and forland of this canal was limited to narrow area along the canal, they used it actively to reduct the transportation cost, and finally competed with freight wagon.In Tama area, they imported mainly manure, and exported firewood, charcoal and bulks of limestone, which was transported from Nishitama area.Moreover, some cargo were came from Yamanashi prefecture via Ange-road.From this view point, the author, should insist that the Tamagawa Waterway as a canal, was included into Edo-metropolitan economic area, and even more extended it.At the beginning of opening of this canal, the enterprisers not only tried to make it inter-trasportation facilities between Tokyo and Western part of Kanto area, but also intended linkage Hachioji and Kawagoe market areas with Tokyo through this new canal.On the other hand, Meiji government intended to make the canal for new transportation facilities for construction materials to use for construction of Tokyo as new capital of Japan.

平成27年度からこども・子育て支援新制度が実施される予定である。保育制度が大きく変わるこの時期に改めて、わが国の幼稚園・保育園の成立過程と制度の変遷と山形のそれを比較し、歴史を再検証しながら検討することを通して、本県の保育の特徴について検討した。その結果、全国と比較して明治・大正期までの山形県の幼稚園の増加率は低く、子守学級(学校)が幼児教育の多くの役割を担っていたと推察される。明治後期に青木マサが設立した施設は今日まで続いており、現在の養護施設、保育所、幼稚園を合わせたような機能を持ったものの先駆けとなったと考えられる。本県における明治期から大正期までの幼児教育は、教育的機能よりは託児的機能を持つ施設が普及した。このような成立経過は、その後、本県における幼稚園が普及する素地となったと考える。

遠藤周作は、「コウリッジ館」(1955年)、「異郷の友」(1959年)、「ルーアンの夏」(1965年)、「黒い旧友」(1975年)の4作において、ポーランという同名の黒人を登場させている。作者自身を思わせる日本人が1950年代のフランス留学時に知り合ったという設定も同一である。遠藤は、留学時代にフランス人の有色人差別を体験し、有色人種であることを日本人の根源的事実として受け止めていた。遠藤は、20年をかけた「ポーラン・シリーズ」を通して、経済的自立とともに卑屈から尊大へと変容する黒人像を造型し、ポストコロニアルの時代になっても、なお人間として対等に相対することが困難な白人/有色人の関係を浮き彫りにしたのである。

This paper aims to clarify how gender studies have developed theory and research in Japanese family sociology since second wave feminism in the 1970s.The goal of the theoretical contribution of gender studies is to overcome two modern family models, functionalist role defferentiation model and socialist egaritarian model, which have had great influence on Japanese family sociology.Major research themes developed in gender studies are gender roles, housework, dual career, motherhood/fatherhood, rethinking of “the family”, and rethinking of maritalinstitutions. Quantitative methods have been predominantly used in these research. It is necessary to expand research themes and to develop qualitative methods in order to understand gender reality today.

Both headache and sleep disturbance are common symptoms in clinical practice. When considering the relationship between headache and sleep disturbance, chronic daily headache, especially morning headache, is an indicator of nonspecific sleep disturbance.The relationship between sleep and headache is classified as follows : sleep–triggered or sleep–related headaches, sleep duration induced headache, sleep phase–related headaches, sleep–relieved headaches, dreams and headache and effects of headaches on sleep (Jennum & Jensen, 2002).Primary sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, parasomnia, restless legs syndrome may coexist in patients with migraine. Cluster headache suggests association with obstructive sleep apnea. Morning headache is important as a symptom of sleep apnea headache.Headache and sleep disorders are interrelated, both of which can adversely affect the quality of life of patients. Therefore, clinicians need to recognize the pathophysiology and interrelationship of headache and sleep disorders, respectively, and to evaluate and treat headache and sleep disorders properly.

It is now common to have a conversation with others on social media. Many research have been taken to see the community structure on social media, but there are few studies that apply link-based community (link community) detection on a large social network. Link community detection allows users to belong to more than one community. We improve the method of existing link community detection of Ahn et al., which extracts many small communities. We evaluate existing and proposing methods by network indexes, and we characterize link communities from users' biographies. We found that link communities sharing users have similar characteristics from biographies.
