Alzheimer's disease (AD) represents the so–called “conformational disorders”. From a therapeutic view point, identification of targeting molecules which can trigger a complex downstream cascade (e.g., primary amyloid–relating process or secondary tau–related neuronal degeneration process) leading to AD dementia is a promising strategy. Evidence has shown that amyloid β (Aβ), particularly Aβ oligomers (AβOs), plays a causative role in Alzheimer's disease. If AβO cascade hypothesis is valid, therapeutic intervention targeting AβOs or for preventing the interaction between AβOs and tau is a promising treatment strategy for AD. We performed a hypothesis–driven, proof of concept study to prove the relevance of the in vivo Aβ oligomer cascade hypothesis using novel monoclonal antibodies specific to AβOs.We herein review our AβO–immunotherapy with particular focus in the confirmation the relevance of our therapeutic strategy, which resulted in the phase I trial in prodromal and early AD.

The clinical significance of the changing of plasma protein binding of drug was discussed. Blood concentration of free drug equilibrated with that at the site of action can be used as a useful tool for monitoring pharmacotherapy. The significant increase of blood concentration of free drug may be produced in a very restricted case which is described in detail in this article. However, it should be emphasized that the changing of concentration of total drug in blood does not parallel with that of free drug. Although the changing of plasma protein binding seems to be a minor factor in most of clinical cases, we should notice the role of protein binding which covers the changing of free drug when the monitoring using total drug concentration is performed.

パイプラインA/D変換器におけるキャパシタミスマッチのディジタル補正値推定手法について提案する.提案する方式は,A/D変換器の積分非直線性特性を用い,直接キャパシタミスマッチの補正値を推定することができるため,多くのパイプラインA/D変換器アーキテクチャに対し適用することが可能である.試作した10-bitパイプラインA/D変換器に対し,本推定手法を用いたディジタル補正を行った結果,A/D変換器の信号対ノイズ歪比を56.5dBに,積分非直線性誤差の最大値を0.3LSBに,また,微分非直線性誤差の最大値を0.3LSBにそれぞれ性能を向上させることができた.

見田宗介の『社会学入門』の中核部分を検討する。あくまで蓋然的な推量にすぎないが、見田は、彼の(修正)「ロジスティックス曲線」を記述した(2006a,b)さいに、古田(1998)自体、かつ・あるいは2005年以前の、古田(1996)系統の(諸)文献を典拠とし、そのさい、ロジスティック曲線の表記を、ロジスティック「ス」曲線と、誤写した。そして、「高原」(2014)論文にいたる、同主旨の数々の論文・講演でふたたび典拠にあたることはせずに自己引用に終始したと、わたしは思料した。以上がただしいかぎり、「安定」(2014:29)か「滅亡」(2014:29)かを「免れることはできない」(2014:29)とはいえない【結論】。
