目的: ゲイ・バイセクシュアル男性におけるライフイベントの実態, HIV/STD関連一般知識およびHIV感染リスク行動と精神的健康の関連を明らかにすること。<BR>対象および方法: 184人のゲイ・バイセクシュアル男性を対象にスノーボールサンプリング法による無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し, 男性と性交経験のあるゲイ・バイセクシュアル男性149名 (有効回答率81.0%) を分析対象とした。<BR>結果: 「男性に性的魅力を感じる」「性的指向などを自覚する」などのゲイ・バイセクシュアル男性特有のライフイベントは中学生ー高校生の間に集中して生じていることが示唆された。また, HIV/STD関連一般知識は比較的浸透していた。コンドーム常用率はオーラルセックスでは0%, アナルインターコース挿入のみ群で34.6%, 被挿入のみ群で33.3%, 両方経験群で17.1%とかなり低率であった。HIV感染リスク行動と心理的要因の関連は, 被挿入のみ群と両方経験群においてコンドーム非常用群は常用群に比べ精神的健康度が低い傾向であった。また, ロジスティック回帰分析ではコンドーム常用と自尊心尺度得点との間に有意な関連が認められた。<BR>結論: 本研究の対象集団にはコンドームの使用促進が必要であり, そのためには知識の普及とともに心理的問題をも改善するような予防介入策の実施が求められる。リスク行動関連要因をさらに明らかにするためには, 研究参加者を増やした研究の実施が必要である。

This paper considers the characteristics of the home schooling movement which rose to prominence in the United States during the 1980s. Home schooling consists of instruction and learning conducted in a family setting in place of attending at school. The numbers of ‘home schoolers’ have been increasing rapidly in recent years, and according to an estimate by P. M. Lines they have reached a total of between 1.5 million and 2million.The growth of home schooling may be explained in terms of two separate movements, both educational and social. Viewed in social terms encompassing political, cultural, and religious elements, it may be thought of as having received strong influences from the new conservatism and the new religious right. The new religious right became a powerful voice in the United States during the 1980s, and this was reflected in the development of home schooling at the time. On the other hand, home schooling also grew as part of an educational movement organized by people who sought an alternative to public education. Criticism of public education had become widespread since the 1960s, and education at home was seen as a means of avoiding exposure to a discredited system.

The purpose of this study has focused on at first trying to classify sport teams and coaching roles generally from the perspective of structure and power as applying the categorizing scheme "Configurations" of H.Mintzberg. Then, it was directed to the scholastic athletics in Japan to clarify actual problems of today for future development.From the structural view point, it is an inevitable consequence that a team tends to derive a typical entrepreneurial configuration to get the better results. For that sake,the coach has forced to be responsible for the direct managerial role at the strategic apex of the team together with the specific technical coaching roles in a narrow sense.However, coaching in most of the scholastic team has been left as a bona fide voluntary work of the teacher-coach in the traditional style.For the conclusion, this study proposes that the major roles and functions of scholasticathletics related in pursuit of the top-level sports should be taken out from the framework of the school to the regional community to serve and function as the national and/or regional complex sports training centers or clubs.
