近代日本における「衛生」の導入が、国民国家の形成にいかなる役割をはたしたのか、そしてそれがどのように身体への管理に結びついていったのかについては、すでに様々な視点からの研究が蓄積されている。ところで、戦前期の高等女学校や女子師範学校で行なわれていた「女子特別衛生」は、これまでの先行研究では全く取りあげられてこなかった。その対象は女学校という発達段階の特性から、特に「月経」に焦点化されていたが、具体的にどのような実態をもち、いかなる背景と論理をもって生み出されたものであったのか。それは、女生徒の身体への管理ととらえられるべきものなのか、あるいは月経時の女生徒の身体への保護を目的とした正当で必要な配慮というべきものなのかが明らかにされなければならない。その際、この「女子特別衛生」が、個々の高等女学校で個別的に案出されたものではなく、明治30年代における国家による月経への着目という事態の中で成立したものであったということが重要である。本稿では、1900(明治33)年の文部省訓令第六号による月経への取扱方を分析し、それが各地の高等女学校での「特別衛生心得」の制定へと具体化されていった実態を明らかにする。そこに現れていたのは、「良妻賢母主義」の身体的具体化であり、「 衛生」の啓蒙と脅迫的なトーン、そして月経時の過剰な指導であった。さらに、1919(大正8)年の文部省による全国調査「月経に関する心得方指導、月経時に於ける生徒の取扱」の検討を行う。そこでは、国家的規模での詳細な月経への調査が実施され、教師による日常的な観察を通して、何が「正常」な月経で、何が「異常」なのかを国家と学校が規定する、いわば他律的な「規格化」が行なわれていたのである。はじめに近代日本における「衛生」の導入が、国民国家の形成にいかなる役割をはたしたのか、そしてそれがどのように身体への管理に結びついていったのかについては、すでに様々な視点からの研究が蓄積されている。

近世京都に存在した日暮小太夫・日暮八太夫は、代数は明確ではないが、数代にわたり継承された太夫号である。同時に、このふたりが所有した「説教讃語名代」は、京都の宮地芝居の座の興行権として用いられており、近世中期京都興行界を考えるうえで重要である。本稿は、近世中期京都において活動した説経太夫日暮小太夫・八太夫について、先行研究に学びながら、考察していきたい。

症例1は51歳男性。腹痛を主訴に入院した。腹部X線検査にて横行結腸と思われる部位に針様陰影を認め,停滞したため大腸内視鏡検査を施行し,生検鉗子を用いて横行結腸より縫い針を摘出した。症例2は61歳女性。義歯誤飲にて受診した。腹部X線検査にて上行結腸に異物を認め,大腸内視鏡検査を施行し,生検鉗子およびポリペクトミー用スネアを用いて義歯を摘出した。症例3は59歳男性。自慰行為にて肛門から挿入したバイブレーターが抜去困難となり受診した。大腸内視鏡検査を施行し,スネアを用いて摘出した。3例とも摘出による合併症の出現はなかった。異物は時に消化管穿孔や出血などをひき起こし,外科的処置が必要となる場合がある。内視鏡的異物摘出は上部消化管においては普及しているが,下部消化管ではまれである。大腸異物の内視鏡的摘出は安全かつ有用な手技であると考えられた。

症例1は35歳男性(国籍 : カメルーン)。1992年1月,粘血便を主訴に受診。便潜血反応陽性を認めたため,大腸内視鏡検査を施行し,上行結腸下部の粘膜に刺入した白色調の寄生虫を認めた。虫体は鉗子にて摘出し,検索の結果,鞭虫の雌成虫であった。虫体摘出後も症状持続し,メベンダゾール投与にて軽快した。症例2は29歳男性。1991年1月,2年前から持続する左側腹部痛を主訴に来院。大腸X線検査にて横行結腸にポリープを疑ったが,大腸内視鏡検査にて盲腸の粘膜に刺入した寄生虫を8匹認めた。虫体は鉗子にて摘出し,検索の結果,アニサキス幼虫であった。主訴との関連は考えにくく,緩和型大腸アニサキス症と診断した。大腸内視鏡により腸管寄生虫症を確認し摘出した症例はまれであり,本邦報告例とともに若干の考察を加え報告した。

The problem of social study in the lower grade of Elementary school has been a very debatable one in Social Study-instruction. This paper is an attempt to elucidate how meaningful "The problem" is to "The Study of Development and Instruction". The contents of this paper are divided into two different objects. One is composed of the theory of Ministry of Education. The other is composed of the theory of the voluntary study-movement of education.

This study collects the most basic data concerning the alumni magazine of the old system junior high school based on the nationwide survey, and does the analysis by the questionnaire. That is, how was the alumni magazine published, and those starting year, preservation, and the situation and the issue frequency etc. of owning are clarified in the old system junior high school in various places. In addition, the composition of a concrete content of magazine in each alumni magazine is analyzed, and the name, the content of each column and each item, and those changes are examined. In addition, there is a problem of the relation etc. between the organization, that is, the system of the edit of the alumni magazine and the student and the participation of the principal and the teacher. The realities of the student autonomy at the period of prewar days, and they are a deeply related, and extremely interesting problems. Furthermore, let's clarify the transition in original of the situation of the contribution of the student and publishing and the passing of an eras. And, let's add consideration to the function for the alumni magazine to have and the role out which it carried based on the above-mentioned analysis at the end.
