The purpose of this paper is to clarify impossibly of marriage by the use of the marriage activity party. Precedent study criticize using of the marriage activity party. Because participant of the marriage activity parties postpones decision for ideal marriage. However Precedent study do not explain why the participant postpone decision for marriage enough. Thereupon, this paper presented new analytical framework based on valuation studies, and have described practices at marriage activity party. From this description, this paper explain impossibly of marriage by the use of the marriage activity party was caused by working valorizing and paralyzing values at marriage market.

In Korea, with the rapid spread of the Internet, "cyber violence" has been a social problem such as the spread of a falsehood, revealing of a real name and personal information on the Net. The suicide of a famous actress in October 2008 caused by cyber violence led the Korean government to propose "a cyber contempt charge" that imposed a severe punishment of a slander on the Internet. In this paper, based on the investigation of socio-cultural background of cyber violence in Korea and the trend of law development by the Korean government, the author examines the propriety of the cyber contempt charge. Furthermore, on the basis of consideration of the recent court cases of libel on the Internet in Japan, the author proposes a recommendation of the method for protecting the freedom of speech on the Net from the viewpoint of "information ethics".

In this paper, we focused on the process of creating information through data in a company. In most companies, such processes are conducted under business units. However, business units are lack in the motivation and the ability of innovating this process. For solving these problems, we proposed an in-company mission for empowering the function of creating information through data. Furthermore, we presented a guideline for establishing this mission in a company, including the positioning in an organization, the relationship with business units, and human resources suited for conducting above mission.

In the process of business evolution, the certainty or order of market is often disturbed by various emergent factors. Similarly, the uncertainty or disorder of market is often resolved through the formulation of chain of various activities. From the point of view of meaning network, this phenomena represent the structural change of the network, including the change of its boundary. Based on the two case studies, this paper considers the promise of meaning network approach to the business evolution.

This paper present how to manage Tourism Resource (TR) in Tourist Leading Contents Tourism (TLCT). This research adopts analysis of two cases of Anime Pilgrimage, in particular, dealing with Town Washimiya as Sacred Place for “Lucky ☆ Star” and Town Toyosato as Sacred Place for "K-ON!". As a result, Area Expansion Model (AEM) and Area Concentration Model (ACM) as TR in TLCT are proposed.

This study is intend as a social scientific investigation for as to why in Japanese traditional entertainment industry, The Takarazuka opera has maintained its high quality performance and survived to this day, with a focus on the structure of business system. With a view towards examining more heuristic facts on the basis of data, I found three peculiarity points of this business system. 1) The career development processes of performers open to the public as performances 2) Those performances are opportunities work like a star selection system. 3) Customers obtain pleasure from performances and performer's career development processes.

This article introduces conversation analysis, an analytic approach that enables the formal and systematic investigation of language use in the everyday world. As a social research program, conversation analysis can be used to investigate the moment-to-moment interaction between participants in video and audio recorded in natural settings. This study focuses in particular on the usage of information in business communication. A detailed examination of a customer service interaction in a hamburger restaurant shows how information usage is achieved through precisely coordinated verbal and non-verbal exchanges between customers and salespeople.

Organizational development (OD) recently has focused on the invention of methods based on practical perspectives rather than academic ones. This movement has resulted in increased "development of OD." While this attention is mostly positive, it has led to a loss of clear identity for OD. Thus we call this phenomenon gritting refined gold. We argue the identity of OD by considering developmental practices, both empirically and theoretically. This study shows that OD has been consistent in its principle of development and has hold its traditional logic which had humanistic values at the center of interventions.

Organizational wrongdoing has become rather frequent in Japan. As such, this study examined the case of falsifying fuel economy tests through a theoretical examination of research on organizational wrongdoing. It was found that although each case had illegality because of deviation from nationally defined fuel consumption methods, the companies used legitimate fuel consumption measurement methods. In other words, the theoretical conclusion was that the measurement method defined by the nation stimulated the falsifying of fuel economy tests.

Previous studies on e-leadership attempted to understand an open cooperative system and a new integration mechanism. However, prior to analysis, the researchers assumed certain problems in the ICT situation and a certain leader who can solve the problems based on researchers' experiences in a face-to-face situation wherein they have familiarized themselves. This is what I call the self-contained logic of the romance of leadership. I perform analytical procedures based on the original definition of leadership, and investigate a particular case of an online project developing web-applications in this study in order to overcome such methodological limitations. Finally, I find some leadership actions traditionally unnoticed by many leadership researchers who have implicitly assumed the face-to-face situation, and show the dynamic process that drives the leadership actions and the influence of these actions.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss about the issue of sign system in the nuclear power plant in Japan. According to our research, Takahama plant and Fukushima the first and the second plants have different sign systems each other. Especially each sign for emergency was designed by different concept. We emphasize that such sign for emergency should be concerned with the view of labors in order to save their lives. In this paper, ethnomethodological approach is recommended for such design practice to avoid risk.

Now, mixi is the most famous and biggest firm in Japan. And including this, the Social Networking Service (SNS) is not a no-charge business. In this business, users do not have to pay money to SNS. But, in this business, users are not clients, and also clients are not users. So, clients pay money. Now, SNS is a kind of desire development equipment and life designer. A strong point of business model of SNS is that is based on the powerfull context. So, In this article, I would like to say that we can see SNS as a context-driven business model based on the formation of tribes by the cooperative experience.

A lot of vicious acts under the cover of the Great East Japan Earthquake are reported. For example, they are vicious email and chain mail, wild rumors without grounds or false rumors. About a nuclear power generation accident and radioactive contamination, various false rumors and wild rumors have flowed on internet, and it was argued a deletion request and dispatch regulation of wild rumors without grounds or false rumors. In this paper, through analysis of a legal side of the false rumor and chain mail related to the Great East Japan Earthquake I consider possibility of laws and regulations for wild rumors on Internet.

This essay provides a typology of accounting fraud that distinguishes those motivated by individualgreed, by loyalty to organizations, and those without any substantial benefits neither to individuals nor to organizations. Drawing on a concept of stupidity management, this essay seeks mechanisms that made ordinary people to engage in accounting fraud that does not profit anyone.

This paper shows critical points of consideration regarding the adoption of blockchain technology (DLT; Distributed Ledger Technology) in enterprise IT systems, beyond just financial services, based on selected trials in the Japanese financial services industry. After reviewing the history of blockchain initiatives in the Japanese services industry, this paper describes selected proof-of-concepts and experiments by Japanese financial institutions focusing on four main themes; in-house coin, interbank transfer, know-your-customer (KYC), and global trade. We discuss the background of the shift in interest from Bitcoin remittances to private-blockchains and the similarities between the trust point (Oracle) in DLT and the functions provided by financial institutions.

In the management information field, the language education of a computer is important. In the conventional language education, it is a curriculum centering on grammar. However we are able to learn the essence of a management information system trough developing an operation system. In this paper, we propose the methodology in which beginners can also develop an operation system easily. First, students deepen knowledge of an operation system by experiencing a business game. Next, students develop system. By developing system, students use structured programming and object-oriented approach. Our methodology is also method by active learning.
