The purpose of this paper is to clarify impossibly of marriage by the use of the marriage activity party. Precedent study criticize using of the marriage activity party. Because participant of the marriage activity parties postpones decision for ideal marriage. However Precedent study do not explain why the participant postpone decision for marriage enough. Thereupon, this paper presented new analytical framework based on valuation studies, and have described practices at marriage activity party. From this description, this paper explain impossibly of marriage by the use of the marriage activity party was caused by working valorizing and paralyzing values at marriage market.

The purpose of this paper is to approach the formation, maintenance andexpansion of emerging markets, the process by which people are socially formed as market participants, using auto-ethnographic methods. In previous research, the formation, maintenance and expansion of emerging markets have been viewed as a type of transaction involving the emergence of new values, such as populations, networks and clusters, on the one hand, and on the other hand, from legitimizing activities, such as entrepreneurs' alliance with industry standards and institutional authorities. In this paper, therefore, I use autoethnography, in which researchers themselves register with marriage counseling agencies, to clarify the marriage activity market, which was formed as an emerging market in the 2000s.

制度的企業家は,組織(主体)にとって制度とは何か,そして研究者にはいかなる分析が求められるのかという,制度派組織論のハード・コアに立ち戻る問いとして提示された.制度は,実践を通じて物象化され,抽象的ながら社会的事物として自明性を帯びることで,組織が意識的に考慮すべき環境となる.このとき制度に支配的権力を読み解き,抵抗しようとするエージェンシーを獲得した主体が,企業家である.結果,制度化は,制度を媒介にした政治的闘争のプロセスとして捉え直される.そして研究者には,進歩的イメージを有する「企業家」の分析を通じて,既存の制度の政治的闘争に不可避に関与しつつも,批判的に対峙するというリサーチ・プログラムが提示される.

本論文の目的は、民間企業が地域経営に果たす役割について、ソーシャル・イノベーションのプロセスにおける第2のダイナミズムという新たな理論的視座から、分析していくことにある。このために本論文では、Mulgan(2006)、谷本(2006)らによって提唱された、ソーシャルイノベーション研究におけるプロセスモデルを企業家精神のもたらすダイナミズムの観点から再検討を行い、地域活性化における民間企業の役割を捉える理論的視座を提示する。その上で、沖縄県島尻郡座間味村におけるダイビングを中心としたエコツーリズム事業の形成事例の分析を通じて、地域活性化に求められる民間企業の新たな役割と求められる行為を考察していく。

The purpose of this paper is to put discursive analysis into practice empirically. Discursive Analysis has gained attention in recent years as a methodology in institutional organization theory. However, few case studies offer suggestions regarding the agnostic stance-a fundamental and significant concept in discourse analysis-mainly because of the difficulty in understanding the distinctive standpoint of discourse analysis. Therefore, in order to understand the methodological viewpoint of discourse analysis, we first clarify the meanings of and relationships between key concepts related to institutional organization theory and discourse analysis. We then attempt to analyze discourses concerning freelance workers and to consider the theoretical implications of the results.

本研究の目的は、所与の科学技術を産業利用する既存のイノベーション研究ではなく、科学技術の変化や産業構造の変化を伴った根源的なイノベーションのプロセスを理解するための分析枠組みと理論を構築し、先端科学技術と産業の国際競争力の向上をダイナミックに結びつける理論と方法を確立することにある。ビッグサイエンスのリサーチサイトとして、理化学研究所の協力の下、大型放射光施設(SACLAやSPring-8)を取り上げる。本研究では、「科学は社会化され、社会は科学化される」という視角を採用し、世界最先端の大型放射光施設を生み出す産業の実践、その施設を利用する科学技術者の実践、その研究成果を利用する産業の実践のダイナミクスを研究し、科学・技術と産業社会の分業構造が根幹から再編成されるプロセスを分析する。研究3年目となった本年は、これまでの研究蓄積を踏まえつつ、大きく4つの論点についてそれぞれ研究を進めた。第一に、科学と産業の相互影響の歴史に取り組み、これまでに引き続き研究蓄積の整理分析を行うとともに、各分野でのヒアリング調査を中心として、放射光科学の歴史を確認した。第二に、ビッグサイエンスを支えるビジネス・エコシステムの社会的形成、および、第三にビッグサイエンスを媒介にした社会的実践の変化を捉えるため、大型放射光施設に関わる企業のイノベーションを確認した。さらに第4として、地球レベルでのイノベーション・システムの探求に取り組むべく、研究会や学会報告を行い、研究枠組みの精緻化を進めた。
1 0 0 0 OA 制度的起業:ベンチャー企業による制度変革のマネジメントに関する研究
本研究は、科学ないし技術的な知識基盤に支えられたベンチャー企業(以下、技術系ベンチャー企業)が、特定の科学および技術コミュニティにおける科学的・技術的知識を、それとは異なったコミュニティ(ビジネス・コミュニティ)へと移転し、ひいては経済活動を通じて社会変革を導くメカニズムを理論的ないし経験的に明らかにすることを目的として取り組んできた。まず、本研究では、技術系ベンチャー企業をめぐる理論的基盤の整備が行われた。ベンチャー企業論は、1970年代から欧米において研究が着手され、経済学、経営学、心理学、社会学、人類学等の領域を横断するカタチで無秩序に拡散・増大してきた。80年代末より独自の体系を持つ研究領域として体系化が進められ、近年は新制度学派社会学の知見を取り入れた理論的・方法論的基盤の整備について議論が交わされるようになった。こうした理論的基盤の整備の下、本研究では、ハイテクのなかでも、とりわけ近年勃興しているネット系のベンチャー企業の行動原理に基づいたビジネスモデルの形成過程について考察を行ってきた。そしてさらに、ハイテクベンチャーをめぐる理論的課題を検討する中で、本研究が新たに注目した論点として、ハイテクベンチャーをめぐる制度的環境の重要性を見出すにいたった。従来まで予見とされてきた制度的環境は、実は、ベンチャー企業にとっての設計対象であることに、その要点がある。なお、本研究で取り上げた事例の一部は、社団法人ニュービジネス協議会の協力を得て、近年にニュービジネス大賞を受賞した企業の中からリサーチサイトとなりうる技術系ベンチャー企業を理論的な観点から選定を行い、現実の経済界とのつながりを重視してきた。また、具体的な調査方法としても、ライフヒストリーの編集や、参与観察、GFA(グループ・フィードバック分析)など、さまざまな方法論・手法を用いて綿密に行われた。
1 0 0 0 OA 社会に偏在する企業家:社会現象としてのベンチャービジネスに関する研究
本研究課題は、欧米における企業家研究の理論的・方法論的転回を踏まえた、理論的・経験的研究を行うことを目的としている。理論的研究としては、制度派組織論、社会企業家研究および経営学の実践的転回に関する文献レビューを実施し、あらたな理論的フレームワークを提示した。経験的検討については、主として大阪市におけるクリエイター集積、沖縄県・北海道におけるエコツーリズム、老舗企業の事業転換に関する調査を行い、経験的分析を行った。本研究課題から得られた研究成果は、国内の主要学会で研究報告を実施した上で、査読付き論文として掲載された。
