わが国の主要な電子ジャーナル・プラットフォーム,J-STAGE,NII-ELS,メディカルオンラインにおける科学技術分野の学術雑誌の登載数を2005,2008,2013年の3回にわたり調査した。2013年2月における全雑誌中の電子ジャーナルの比率は,和文・混載誌38.7%,英文誌89.3%,全体では44.5%であった。全プラットフォームの,2005年から2013年の間の電子ジャーナル増加率は,和文・混載誌が83.9%,英文誌が29.2%,全体では73.6%であった。また,プラットフォームごとの比較では,J-STAGEの増加が顕著であった。英文電子ジャーナル334誌については,49.7%(166誌)が海外出版社からのみ提供されている。海外出版社のシェア,および各雑誌の出版社の推移についても調査した。JST(JSTPlusおよびJMEDPlus),NII-CJP,医学中央雑誌,JAPICの各文献データベースの2011年収録雑誌数の重複を調べたところ,JSTのみに収録されている雑誌数(567誌)は,NII-CJPのみの収録誌(226誌),医学中央雑誌のみの収録誌(174誌)と比較して多かった。データベース間の重複では,JSTと医学中央雑誌の重複が多いことがわかった。

ソ連沿海州・北朝鮮および韓国沿岸からの津波伝播図を作図し,1983年日本海中部地震津波において,波源から射出された津波が大陸から反射して日本沿岸に到達する時間を調べた.そして各地で観測された検潮記録の波形との対応を検証した.その結果,発震時から2~5時間の間に,各地で顕著な振幅が発現した時刻が,大陸からの反射波の到達時間と±10分以内で合致しており,積丹半島・能登半島周辺および山陰地方に,波向線が集まることが認められた.将来,日本海に発生する津波の予報にあたっては,大陸からの反射波の動向も注目する必要がある.

The Noto Peninsula coast has been suffered from the tsunamis originated along the eastern margin of the Japan Sea. According to the old documents, the 1833 Yamagata-Oki tsunami reached 5.3m at Wajima (tip of Noto Peninsula), and killed 47 persons. Inundation heights of the 1964 Niigata, 1983 Nihonkai-Chubu and 1993 SW. Hokkaido tsunamis were 2-4m at Wajima and its neighboring area. These tsunami heights are more than 2-3.5 times larger than the ones expected from the average tsunami magnitude. Based on the refraction diagrams and the shoaling-refraction factors around the peninsula, amplification factors estimated by the Green's formula are 3.0-4.0 at the north coast, 1.5 at the west coast and 1.0 at the east coast. The distribution patterns of the calculated factors nearly agree with those of the inundation heights for each tsunami. In case of the 1964 Niigata tsunami having the period of about 20min, the seishe of Nanao Bay (east side of peninsula) may be excited, because the maximum wave occurred 2.7 hour late from the initial wave. Tsunamis generated off Yamagata and SW. Niigata are strongly affected by the shoaling-refraction.

Ten years after the 1983 Nihonkai-Chubu tsunami, the 1993 Hokkaido Nansei-Oki tsunami (magnitude, m=3) hit Okushiri Is., Oshima Peninsula and other regions, Killing 231 people by tsunami and landslide. The distribution pattern of tsunami hfeights is different from that of the 1741 Oshima-Oki tsunami (m=3.5). This paper presents the distribution of cumulative energy, ∑H2, for each 150km segment alomg the Japan Sea coast for the time intervals of the recent 100-year (1894-1994) and of 1600 to 1893 (historical tsunamis). The amount of cumulative energy for the recent and historical tsunamis is largest at the Akita and Oshima-Tsugaru regions, respectively. The cumulative energy at the Akita, Shakotan and other regions for the recent 100-year tsunamis exceeds that of the historical tsunamis. On the contrary, the cumulative energy in the Oshima-Tsugaru and Niigata-Ishikawa regions for the recent tsunamis are small compared with those of the historical tsunamis. Precaution must be paid to these regions for seismic gap may exist there. The total tsunamigenic energy in the Japan Sea comprises 24% of that due to tsunamis in the whole Japan.

本稿は、近時、伝存が明らかになった、国立歴史民俗博物館蔵田中穣氏旧蔵『鷹歌等』所収「住吉 玉津島 高野山へ賢良御参詣時於路次人々」(内題、本稿では「賢良高野山参詣路次和歌」と仮称)を中心に、能登守護畠山氏の義忠(法名賢良)の主催した歌会の作者圏を調査し、歌会に集った公・武・僧の歌人達の階層や構成を探究したものである。田中本『鷹歌等』は、未整理の歌稿を書き抜いた歌群中に正徹の新出歌が一〇首含まれるなど、正徹関係の資料が多い。しかし、正徹の他撰家集『草根集』の編纂に近い段階の歌稿の抜書の転写であり、扱いには注意を要する。「賢良高野山参詣路次和歌」も、そうした一連の資料群に含まれるが、外部徴証から成立年次は文安三年(一四四六)を軸とする前後三、四年と推定される。本歌会の出詠者が正徹と堯孝の門弟格の歌僧に限られるのは特筆される。賢良が主催した歌会で独立した伝本が残るのは、他に『畠山匠作亭詩歌』と『瀟湘八景歌』があるが、いずれも歌道家や守護大名を中核に作者が構成されている。『畠山匠作亭詩歌』を基準に、義忠(賢良)の主催した歌会の出詠者を、『草根集』や『堯孝法印日記』などをもとに比較すると、幕府に直勤した奉公衆・御供衆などの武士階層が出家遁世し歌人として活躍しているケースも見出される。これは、専門歌人の門弟筋に限られた「賢良高野山参詣路次和歌」とも異なる人的構成である。『畠山匠作亭詩歌』と『瀟湘八景歌』からは、賢良の五山僧との親密な交友圏が知られ、賢良は歌人と五山僧が一堂に会する雅会の後援者的役割を担っていたと推測される。『草根集』には、歌会催行記事が確かに目立つが、漢詩と和歌がセットとなった雅会も催されている。賢良主催の歌会では、階層や歌道流派を超えた文芸の「場」が機能していたのである。

This paper attempts to activate a large scale shopping district (shotengai) using new internet techniques. Recently decline of shotengai is a serious problem by development of large shopping centers. We made a new approach with internet techniques to activate shotengai, which is a typical Japanese shopping district. The Osu Shotengai is one of the most famous shotengai in Nagoya, Japan, which includes about 400 stores. We developed Osu shotengai official web site, called “At Osu.” First, the information of 400 stores in Osu shotengai, which includes 9 streets, was collected. Then we created an interactive “Information Visualization System” to put fresh information of shotengai on the web site in real time. It includes “Comment Upload System, ” where store owners can upload their comments and informing news directly on the web site. Further, we developed a new approach to stimulate store owners motivations for participating in the web site. And we also mention about an attractive and interactive web design using twitters to get opinions of users. By developing the new web site, the number of visitors of “At Osu” has increased rapidly. Many articles about this new approach to activate shotengai with a web site were published in newspapers or magazines and we have receives many inquiries.

Drawing upon the concept of teleoaffective structure proposed by Schatzki (1996, 2002), the emotional dimension in relation to the teleological dimension of accounting practices is examined in this paper. Utilizing the data obtained from ethnographic field research of a financial institution which assists its clients to turnaround their business, it is found that instrumentally rational activities are systematically connected to the emotionality of the site. While on the teleological dimension, signifying chain links meanings of local activities with the strategic agenda set by the top management, a dilemma between discontinuity from the past and the perceived feasibility of business turnaround is overcome by the social signification generated on the emotional dimension of the site.

In this article, the process of psychological recovery from trauma caused by a major earthquake through the use of namazu (gigantic catfish) drawings (called namazue in Japanese) is examined. Namazue can bee seen in the tile block print pictures found in kawaraban, newspapers of the Tokugawa Period, several of which were published around the time of the Great Ansei Earthquake (1855) which struck Edo (Tokyo) at the end of the Edo Period.Ordinary people in Edo used catfish to symbolize the damage caused by the earthquake and their feelings toward it. According to Komatsu (1995), they were able to reduce their earthquake-related fear and anxiety through namazue. Komatsu classified the psychological modification process of the images of namazue into four categories: a) Direct expression, b) Imagery representing cursing, c) Personified and ambiguous images, and d) Images of recovery.This process is then compared with that of post-traumatic play therapy. Using a drawing of one elementary school student who suffered from a recent earthquake experience as an example, the same self-healing process of creating images of namazue can be seen.In conclusion, for reconstruction in the disaster area of the Great East Japan Earthquake to proceed, the author recommends that: 1) people should be mindful of the potential psychological effects that namazue may have on psychological recovery from trauma; 2) people should trust their own, innate human power of recovery; and 3) an environment should be created in which the psychological recovery process can proceed smoothly.

The Wu-li-ya-su-tai-zhi lue 烏里雅蘇台志略 is the Abridged Copy of the History of Uliastai, produced during the Qing era. this manuscript includes 46 words of Tuvan vocabulary called Wu-liang-hai tu-yu 烏梁海土語, the Aboriginal Language of Uriankhai. The vocabulary is basic and sufficiently recognizable in the standard Tuvan of the present-day Republic of Tuva. Although the date of the publication is unknown, it is likely to be 1804 (Jia-qing 9) which consulted from the certain information including the book. This dating is also supportive by the antiquity of the several vocabulary words: two of them are obsolete and another two semantically transferred. If I assume that the Tuvan vocablary of the History of Uliastai originates from the early nineteenth century, then this is one of the oldest reports of South Siberian Turkic languages, not just of Tuvan. Hence, I discuss this vocabulary, on which it seems there are no prior linguistic investigations.
