本研究では,境界性パーソナリティ障害(borderline personality disorder: BPD)周辺群を対象として,認知行動理論的視点から,見捨てられスキーマとBPD周辺群が示すBPDの徴候との関連を調べることを目的とした。調査1・2では,大学生452名を対象に質問紙調査を実施し,見捨てられスキーマ尺度(the Abandonment Schema Questionnaire: ASQ)を作成した。その結果,ASQは「恒常的な見捨てられ・孤独」,「親密な関係に対するしがみつき・同一視」,「他者からの好意に対するあきらめ」の3因子構造であることが示され,信頼性・妥当性も確認された。調査3においては,大学生253名を対象に,BPD周辺群の徴候と見捨てられスキーマの関連を調べた。パス解析の結果,見捨てられスキーマは,感情の不安定性を介してBPD周辺群に顕著にみられる様々な行動化に影響を与えている,という因果モデルが導かれた。今後は,ASQの大学生以外の適応可能性を検討することが求められる。

The sense of agency is the sense that one is causing an action. The predictive account of the sense of agency proposes that sensory prediction based on efferent information plays a critical role in generating the sense of agency. Alternatively, the inferential account of the sense of agency proposes that we experience the sense of agency when we infer that one's own thoughts are the cause of an action. According to this account, the inference occurs when a thought appears in consciousness prior to an action, is consistent with the action, and is not accompanied by conspicuous other causes of the action. Recent study showed that both of these factors did contribute to the sense of agency. In this paper, multi-layered model of sense of agency was presented. Within this framework, the basic level consists in sensori-motor processes, while the higher level comprises conceptual process. At the basic level, the non-conceptual feeling of agency is produced by sensori-motor integration process of efferent with afferent information. In case of incongruence between these indicators, the pre-conceptual feeling of agency is further processed by inference mechanism to form an attribution of agency (judgment of agency). This paper proposes that what is self-specific is not judgment of agency but rather non-conceptual feeling of agency. That is, the intertwining of action and its sensory consequence in the world makes self so special.

A 52-year-old man with mantle cell lymphoma treated with bendamustine and rituximab developed prolonged severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Despite elevated titers of anti-spike IgG antibody, protracted pancytopenia persisted for more than six months. Finally, the anti-SARS CoV-2 vaccine, BNT162b2, was administered, which improved his blood cell count and eliminated the virus. The increased anti-spike IgG titer and lymphocyte count after vaccination suggested that both humoral and cellular immunity acted in coordination to eliminate the virus.

In the foreword to the special feature, the author emphasizes the timeliness and importance of this volume. Against the impression of the title, articles in this volume warn the abuses of evidences. For example, Trump administration of US requests unnecessarily strict scientific evidences for the global warming. The lack of them is abused for the skepticism against scientific results. When we reflex the development of philosophy of science, it was not easy to identify ‘what evidences are'. It was, or still is, theoretically difficult to find out relevant ways to establish truth from evidences. We need to take critical and productive attitude on ‘truth and evidence' for the development of science policy studies.

目的:当院人間ドック健診では,2010年より頚部超音波検査を導入し,動脈硬化性病変評価と同時に甲状腺スクリーニング検査も実施している.2010年~2013年度の4年間の甲状腺超音波検診の成績と課題について報告する.対象と方法:オプション検診として12,827例に実施.男女ほぼ同数,平均年齢56.8±11.0歳であり,50歳代,60歳代が多かった.甲状腺には治療対象にならない軽微な病変も高頻度にみられ,受診者に過剰な不安・負担を与えないように当院独自の判定基準を作成した.5mm以上の悪性を疑う病変,10mm以上の濾胞性腫瘍,びまん性の甲状腺病変を精密検査の対象とした.結果:①何らかの超音波所見を有する頻度は,男性42.1%,女性61.6%で,その多くは嚢胞や腺腫様結節,小さな濾胞性腫瘍であった.②精査を要するC判定は359例:2.8%で,そのうち腫瘍性病変は205例:1.6%であった.当院での精査受診率は57.1%であった.③4年間の甲状腺がん発見数は54例(濾胞癌,髄様癌が各1例,乳頭癌52例)であった.甲状腺微小乳頭癌18例で,手術13例,経過観察5例であった.④甲状腺がん発見率は0.42%で,精査を要する全例が当院受診したと仮定した場合の甲状腺がん推定発見率(罹患率)は0.74%であった.結論:当院独自の精査基準により,要精査率を多くせず効率よく甲状腺がんが診断され,人間ドック健診での甲状腺超音波検査の有用性が示唆された.さらなる甲状腺検診の精度向上は必要と思われ,特に甲状腺微小乳頭癌への対応が重要と思われた.

安部公房「他人の顔」、川端康成「片腕」、澁澤龍彦「人形塚」は昭和三十七年末から約一年の間に執筆されたテクストであるが、その背景にM・カルージュの指摘する<独身者の機械>という近代の神話を見出すことができるだろう。<独身者の機械>とは「人間的感覚の喪失」および「女性との関与や交感の不可能性」を<独身者>および<機械>のメタファーで捉えた概念だが、三篇のテクストはいずれも<異形の身体>を通してしか外界(他者)と関係を持つことができない主体の自己回復の虚しい試みとその挫折を描いている。澁澤自身のカルージュ受容、また土方巽の暗黒舞踊を通じた<物>としての<異形の身体>への関心、それと並行したベルメールの球体関節人形に纏わる言説を探り、<独身者の機械>の時代ともいうべき昭和四十年前後の言説状況を浮上させる試みである。

This study examined the internal consistency and convergent validity of the Japanese version of an Employee Agility and Resiliency Scale (EARS-J), a job domain-specific resilience scale. The analysis was conducted using Internet survey data collected from 20–29. The results confirmed that EARS-J had a one-factor structure similar to the original scale. Furthermore, we confirmed certain convergent validity of the EARS-J by examining its relationships with employee engagement, task performance, and K6.
