At the Council for the Promotion of Global Human Resource Development (2011), the Japanese government declared that it would increase the number of Japanese students studying abroad for one year or longer to 80,000. Since then, the number of Japanese students studying abroad reached 105,301 in fiscal year 2017, thanks in part to the support of various government-led study abroad support programs such as Tobitate Ryugaku Japan( MEXT 2019). To discuss how sports universities or colleges can contribute to the development of global human resources, this paper first takes the case of Japanese football players who have chosen to continue their athletic careers overseas( mainly in Australia) as an example of globalization in professional sports, and then looks at various issues face, language barriers. The second half of the session introduces the content and theoretical background of the English classes offered at Biwako Seikei Sports College, and discusses how the content of the classes could support these sports students as they work toward becoming professional athletes and coaches abroad.

This Report aims to study about the Swimming Curriculum in the training Cource for primary School teacher in Japan. Collected Rate by mailed questinnaire are as 80.4% (37/46) of National universities and 56.25% (9/16) of private colleges. According to our studies approximately 70.2% of National universities Swimming curriculum is as a necessary Subject, 24.3% as an elective subject, and have no Swimming curriculum 5.5%. About contents of swimming curriculum many universities Lecture on 「swimming Medicine」 (92.3%), 「Method of swimmig coach」 (34.6%), 「Swimming Administration」 (42.3%) and 「Science of Swimming」 (34.6%), and to practice such as crawl stroke. Back stroke. Breast stroke, side stroke and so on. But Butterfly stroke is not one of a main program.

戦中・戦後期におけるアメリカ文化受容の様相について、服飾雑誌『装苑』という史料を軸にして、その表象の変容を追った。1936 年創刊の『装苑』は、太平洋戦争が始まるまでの間、アメリカの服飾流行を好ましく思い、その「合理性」や「経済性」について、パリ・モードよりも高く評価していた。戦争が泥沼化する中でアメリカの服飾流行は否定されていくが、論者の中には一定の評価を与えるものもあった。戦後において、『装苑』は、論説内においてはアメリカ服飾流行に対して一定の距離を置くが、グラビア表現はアメリカンスタイルそのものであり、論説と画像の方向が乖離していた。1949 年ごろから、それらの乖離を埋める努力が始まったが、洋裁教育自体がパリを向きつつあったため、アメリカ服飾流行の意味づけで議論となった。1952 年には、「アメリカンスタイル論争」が開始され、アメリカ服飾流行への批判が強まった。その結果、アメリカ服飾流行は若者向きで、物質的な力を背景とした既製服製造に最も適合したスタイルとしてのみ描かれるようになった。したがって、日本の戦後において、アメリカ衣料が若者・既製服向けとされるに至った経緯は、服飾雑誌における表象の推移にも見て取ることができよう。

玉川大学芸術学部パフォーミング・アーツ学科が東京演劇大学連盟とともに実施してきた演技の共同研究会は,高等教育機関としての大学で演劇を学ぶことの社会的価値を定義するとともに,海外視察を実施することで演劇の役割と芸術的価値を再認識することを可能にした。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が続く中,上演芸術の学びを止めないためにオンラインでの授業が試みられている。
