This study indicated that the number of studies on psychiatric social work practices has not necessarilybeen increased compared to those of social welfare since psychiatric social workers became nationallycertified.Psychiatric social work is a field of interdisciplinary studies. This interdisciplinarity has an advantage insolving problems proactively through multidisciplinary cooperation; however, this also has the disadvantageof having to gather them in one place when performing academic conceptualization and theorization ofpractices developed in this field.Thus, the result showed in the beginning does not mean that studies on psychiatric social work practiceshave not been advanced, but rather that outcomes of psychiatric social studies have dispersed to differentfields of study, and have not been systematically accumulated.The lives of people with mental illness can be improved, if we can academically integrate psychiatricsocial work practices, and effectively disseminate knowledge and skills. To achieve that, much attentionmust be paid to improving the quality of each study as well as accumulating them.

本稿では,創業支援策の理論的根拠を提示し,創業支援策と中小企業政策との関連を明らかにする。近年の「進化論的経済学」に従えば,創業支援策の理論的根拠は,基本的に,イノベーション創出における中小・ベンチャー企業の優位性に求めることができる。一方,中小企業政策の理論的根拠は,活力ある独立した中小企業を育成することが「大企業・独占への対抗勢力」となる点に求めることができる。以上のような議論を踏まえると,結局,中小企業の存在意義は,単なる「反独占勢力」ではなく,「イノベーション創出を担う反独占勢力」という点にある。そして中小企業政策や創業支援策の目的は,こうした中小企業を育成することにある。その場合,いたずらに中小企業を「保護」するのではなく,積極的な競争促進政策と創業支援策の一体的活用を通じて中小企業を「育成」する-これが,創業支援策が活発化する現状での,今日的な「反独占政策としての中小企業政策」なのである。

「日経ヒット商品番付」を生活者の欲求指標としてとらえ,因子分析を利用して,最近13年間の生活者価値観のトレンド分析を試みた。その結果,生活者価値観は経済の動向と深くかかわっていることがわかった。そして常にある特定の価値観に向かって,一方方向へ拡散型の変化をしているのではなく,欲求の多次元空間を循環型に何等かの求心力を持ちながら変化している様が浮んできた。

条件と結論を書くだけでプログラムができあがる論理型言語Prologは人工知能の応用として種々のエキスパートシステムに利用されている。しかし、Prologによる処理には、主に2つの問題点が有る。1つには、非決定的なアルゴリズムの実現のために中間結果を記録するメモリの容量の限界から、長い計算を行えない問題点。2つには、データの基本単位をアトムという小さい単位で行い、すべてのアトムを辞書で一意に管理するので、規模が大きいアプリケーションでは管理のための辞書メモリの限界とデータの検索の非行率さの問題点。これらの問題点のため大規模のアプリケーションの開発が不可能となる。しかし、データだけの規模が大きい応用に対しては、データベース管理システムとの間で適切なインターフェイスを付加すれば、第2の問題点は解決出来る。

[Purpose] Present study aimed to evaluate the relationship between sleep bruxism and headache in school children. [Subjects and Methods] This study was conducted with 103 children aged 3–6 years. The exclusion criteria were early tooth loss, dental appliance was used, physical or psychological limitations, chronic disease and continuous medication. Sleep bruxism was diagnosed based on an indication by parents of the occurrence of teeth clenching/grinding and incisor/occlusal tooth wear, following the criteria of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Sleep quality was evaluated by a questionnarie, detailing the child’s sleep characteristics. [Results] Forty-nine children (47.6%) were diagnosed with sleep bruxism. Those with sleep bruxism were 3.25-fold more likely to present headache. Children whose parents were separated had a significantly greater frequency of sleep bruxism and primary headache. The relative risk of exhibiting primary headache was 13.1 among children with sleep bruxism whose parents were separated. [Conclusion] Children with SB demonstrated a greater risk of having primary headache and those whose parents were separated had a greater chance of having headache. Only sleep bruxism was associated with headache, clenching the teeth during waking hours was not correlated with primary headache.

Tetrahydrobiphenylene consists of cyclobutene fused with benzene and cyclohexene rings. In this paper, a direct method for synthesizing tetrahydrobiphenylenes based on a palladium (Pd)(0)-catalyzed C(sp2)–H functionalization was investigated. The developed method was applied to the synthesis of several tetrahydrobiphenylenes having an oxygen functionality at the ring juncture. The derivatization of a tetrahydrobiphenylene is also reported.

The purpose of this study is to present the career of Adriana Ferrarese del Bene and to discuss the musical environment of the Ospedale dei Mendicanti where Ferrarese studied music. Although Ferrarese is usually known as the first singer to perform the role of Fiordiligi in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte , this study focuses on her career before her arrival in Wien and, above all, on her interrelation with the musical activity of the Mendicanti . Due to Mozart's great name, to his prominence and also to the intimate relationship between Ferrarese and Lorenzo Da Ponte, her career in Italy did not attract much interest till now. Nevertheless analysing the situation of the Ospedale dei Mendicanti at that time and investigating the scandal of" elope" in 1783, we can find in Ferrarese a musician who tried actively to establish her position among difficult circumstances.
