<p>ソルガム草地の生育段階と群落構造の違いが入牧後数時間の黒毛和種繁殖牛の採食様式と青酸化合物(HCNp)摂取量に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,生育段階の異なる試験区(出穂前:BH,出穂後:AH)を設け,放牧試験を実施した。入牧時の生育段階はBH区が止め葉期,AH区が出穂始期であった。供試家畜は群落草高に関わらず,個体毎に基部から約6割の高さより頂部までを採食した。HCNp摂取量はAH区でBH区よりも高い傾向を示した。供試家畜が採食した層位のHCNp含量は,BH区が68.1ppm,AH区が187.5ppmであり,両区におけるHCNpの垂直分布の違いがHCNp摂取量に影響したと考えられた。このことから,青酸中毒の危険性を最小限に抑えるためには,放牧家畜が選択的に採食を行う中-上層位におけるHCNp含量の変動の要因について,さらに詳細な検討が必要であると考えられた。</p>

At the request of the Society of Fiber Science and Technology, Japan during their 32nd summer seminar in Onomichi City, we organized the fashion show. The fashion show emphasized the use of denim fabrics made in Hiroshima Prefecture and pile fabrics made in Ehime prefecture. (September 5, 2001) 1. Since there was no time allowed for planning for the fashion show in the fashion course curriculum for enrollees in the year 2000, the teachers selected the materials to be used and decided on the theme 'Simple Modern Ethnic - Relaxation in City' for the fashion show. 2. As an assignment in apparel manufacturing, a lesson plan was developed in order to master the process from design to finish work under the agreed upon condition that the materials to be used are limited. 3. From the teachers' viewpoint, the image that the students cherished regarding the theme at the planning stage had a weak feeling in respect to relaxation, but had a powerful feeling relating to leisure wear. Since we had a new understanding that the younger generation sees relaxation as a situation in which body and mind are relaxed by actively enjoying something, we changed the subtitle of the show to 'Happy relaxation in City.' 4. Even though the rehearsals on summer holidays and the early morning activity on the day of the show were a difficult workload for them, the students fulfilled their roles in an orderly manor. We realized that the educational effect that this chance for presentation of their work would have to help heighten their desire to continue on in manufacturing. 5. Mr. Yuzuru Masuda, a guest speaker at this seminar from the Production and Industry Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, suggested that manufacturing should get a higher evaluation. 6. In order to develop the educational effect pointed out in number 4 above from individual creativity into team creativity, we added fashion creation, promotion planning and make-up drills to the curriculum.この論文は国立情報学研究所の電子図書館事業により電子化されました。

Znをゼオライトに担持した固体触媒を用いて、エタノールからの一段での1,3-ブタジエン合成反応を行った。反応にはゼオライトの酸性質が大きく影響し、ゼオライトの酸量・酸強度が大きい場合ではエタノールからエチレンまたはジエチルエーテルの生成が優勢になった。酸量の少ないチタノシリケートを担体に用いることで、エチレンよりも1,3-ブタジエンの生成が優勢になることを見出した。

木曽三川下流・伊勢湾岸の低平地においては、東海ネーデルランド高潮・洪水地域協議会が設置され、巨大台風に対する大規模な事前広域避難について検討がされている。そこで本研究では、名古屋市内の港区、南区、中川区の伊勢湾台風被害のあった公立小学校計6校の5年生もしくは6年生の保護者対象にアンケート調査を行った。その結果、事前広域避難そのものへの認識が低く、現状では円滑な広域避難は期待できないこと、ほとんどの家族が浸水域内に避難してしまうこと、大多数がマイカーで移動することが予想され、渋滞・駐車場対策が必要であることを述べた。また、上陸時間によって避難開始の時間が異なることから、呼びかけのタイミングが重要である可能性があることなどを指摘した。

<p>亜熱帯地域における周年放牧肥育生産システムに対して、ライフサイクルアセスメント(LCA)による環境影響評価を実施した。沖縄県石垣地域で行われた集約輪換放牧による褐毛和種去勢肥育生産を評価対象とし、補助飼料として、国内産副産物飼料(ビール粕・砕米)を活用した完全混合飼料(TMR)を給与した生産システムを想定した。機能単位は増体重1 kg あたりとし、エネルギー消費、地球温暖化、酸性化、富栄養化への影響を算出した。評価の結果、想定した生産システムにおいて、副産物飼料の利用により飼料生産・飼料輸送による環境影響を軽減できる一方、放牧地管理がいずれの環境影響項目においても環境影響の大きな割合を占めるということが示唆された。これは、肥育を目的として高生産性を目指した放牧地への多大な施肥により、環境影響が増大したためであると考えられた。副産物飼料からの環境影響の扱い方として、経済アロケーションまたは重量アロケーションを用いた場合、および廃棄物とみなした場合の3 通りを検討した結果、重量アロケーションを用いた場合では、経済アロケーションおよび廃棄物とみなした場合より、エネルギー消費が大きい結果となった。</p>

本研究の目的は,術後の消化管運動と栄養状態に対する大建中湯(DKT)の効果について検討することである。2008年3月から2013年5月の間に,進行口腔癌の切除後に生じる欠損部に対して遊離組織移植による即時再建術を施行した40例を対象とした。20例には術翌日からDKT 15g/dを投与した。他の20例はDKTを投与しない対照群とした。消化管機能として腸蠕動音,排ガスおよび排便の確認時期,経腸栄養(EN)の開始時期,術後2週の体重減少量および体重減少率について後向きに検討した。その結果,腸蠕動音(p<0.001),排ガス(p<0.005),ENの開始(p<0.01),排便(p<0.005)はDKT投与群で早期に確認された。また,術後2週の体重変化量(p<0.05),体重変化率(p<0.05)ともDKT投与群で有意に抑えられていた。術前化学放射線療法や手術侵襲は,これらの指標に影響を及ぼさなかった。以上の結果より,DKTは進行口腔癌患者における遊離組織移植による再建術後の消化管機能の改善と体重の維持に有用であることが示唆された。

Bisphosphonates are used for the management of bone metastatic disease and hypercalcemia caused by malignancy, as well as the treatment of osteoporosis. Recently, a number of patients with bisphosphonate-associated osteomyelitis and osteonecrosis of the jaws have been reported in the English-language literature. This report describes patients with bisphosphonate-related osteomyelitis and osteonecrosis of the jaws in Japan. The subjects were enrolled using questionnaires sent to 239 institutions certified as training facilities by the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2006. Thirty patients (4 men and 26 women) from 18 different institutions (mean age at diagnosis, 66.9 years) were studied. As for local features, pain with or without swelling was the most common symptom and sign. The mandible was affected in 22 patients, the maxilla in 6, and both jaws in 2. Twenty patients received intravenous bisphosphonates, 8 received only oral bisphosphonates, and 1 received both types of treatment. The reasons for bisphosphonate treatment were bone metastasis from breast carcinoma (13 patients), multiple myelomas (6 patients), osteoporosis (8 patients), and hypercalcemia related to malignancy. More than 50 % of the patients underwent oral surgery including tooth extraction just before or during treatment with bisphosphonates, while 5 patients received no dental treatment. In addition to antibiotic therapy, surgery, including sequestrectomy and curettage, was performed. As for outcome, 8 of the patients were completely cured, while 17 patients remained under treatment at the time of this writing.

本研究は、海外にルーツがあり多様な文化的背景を持つ子ども達が日本人地域住民と協同して行うドラマ・プロジェクトを調査し、これらの子ども達の発達を支えるドラマ活動の意義と可能性について考察を行った。調査は、外国人集住地区で活動する可児市国際交流協会や、移民大国であるUKのロンドン大学や演劇ユニットと連帯して行われ、複数回のドラマ・ワークショップ、国際シンポジウムを実施して、ドラマ活動を支える環境づくりについても議論した。

乳がんの集束超音波治療の安全性・有効性を改善するためMRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)による脂肪組織の非侵襲温度分布画像化の開発ならびに検証実験を行なった.動物脂肪由来のメチレン基及びメチル基プロトンのT_1は室温. 60℃の温度範囲で1.7.1.8[%/℃]及び3.0[%/℃]の線形な温度依存性を呈することを明らかにした.これに基づいて多フリップ角法と多点Dixon法を用いた水・脂肪組織同時温度分布画像化を可能にした.
