It is commonly assumed that a personʼs avowal of her own mind is privileged. But quite a few researchers doubt this first-person privilege, finding it difficult to give it a secure place within their theories of the mind. This paper aims to show that a psychological subject must have first-person privilege. Some philosophers claim that psychological subjects must be rational agents, and a special subclass of them (like us) must have first-person privilege. Accepting this basic idea, I attempt to give substance to it by offering an indisputable interpretation of rational agency and a non-trivial argument to derive first-person privilege from it.

本研究は、従来の行為者理論において見落とされてきた、人間の「脆弱性」(vulnerability)に着目することにより、自発的な制御を基調とする主流の行為者 概念を、より相互依存的・状況依存的なものとして捉え直すことを目的としてきた。その際、行為論・倫理学・現象学・社会学の研究者が、各分野の特性を活か しつつ領域を横断した対話を行った。この学際的研究により、個別領域にとどまらない理論的な知見を深め、行為者概念について多層的かつ多角的な解明を進めることができた。

目的:原町赤十字病院における過去10年間の医科歯科連携の取り組みの意義を検証する.また当院入院患者の口腔内の実態について調査し,今後の活動について考察する.方法:医科歯科連携に関するアンケート結果や実態調査からその成果を見出す.また歯科医師による口腔アセスメント開始後の現状を,歯科医師不在時の状況と比較する.結果:平成17年に院外の歯科衛生士が当院のNST回診に参加する.その後,入院患者に対する口腔内アセスメント,手術,化学療法前患者の歯科医受診の奨励,医療者を対象とした口腔ケアセミナーを行う.この結果,病院職員の口腔ケアに対する意識や手技は向上した.平成25年から歯科医師による口腔アセスメントおよびケアを開始したが,外科入院中の患者の口腔内の問題の割合や術後肺炎の頻度は必ずしも低下していない.考察および結論:医科歯科連携には一定の効果があった.今後は一般住民に対する歯科検診や歯周病対策の啓蒙も必要と考える.

分析哲学者を中心に昨今注目を集めている共同行為論の諸理論について紹介・検討し、さらに現象学、社会学理論等による知見を加えて、共同行為の構成要件、共同行為特有の意図性の諸原理、還元主義アプローチの当否、共同行為論における因果的解釈の射程などについて明らかにした。若手研究者を中心として組織された「行為論研究会」は学問分野を越える各学会等で注目を集め、一般公開の研究大会において報告されたその成果は、雑誌『行為論研究』にまとめられた。

This paper discusses the view about the problem of self-knowledge that Crispin Wright has proposed in a series of his papers, which is closely related to Wittgenstein's 'rule-following' consideration. Based on his insight that intentions are not independent of subject's judgments about them (judgment dependence of intention, JDI), Wright offered the so-called 'extension-determination approach' to intentions (EDA). Though EDA is original and effective as an answer to the problem of self-knowledge, it intrinsically has a serious problem of infinite regress. This paper aims to suggest an alternative view that follows his basic insight (JDI) but that can avoid this serious problem.
