The purpose of this study is to merge the effects of marketing and management accounting on the company's growth potential by combining target customers, existing customers and new customers, existing products and new products. It is to verify the case of growth potential measurement from a new framework. In the case of this study, “ABM Growth Matrix”, a new framework, is capable of measuring growth with higher accuracy than only the growth grid from the view of an efficient and targeted process. As a result, ABM Growth Matrix can visualize customer orientation in marketing as numerical values by management accounting from the viewpoint of products that reflect target customers and potential needs. This research suggests solving the long-standing problem that marketing accounting lacks management accounting viewpoint, while management accounting lacks marketing viewpoint and also suggests that ABM Growth Matrix may be useful for decision making as well as performance evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of profitability analysis in ABM-Growth-Matrix for embodying in the growth with the profit. In Section 2, we reviewed the main methods of measuring profitability. Kotler & Keller (2006) who present a framework for developing the profitability of customers and products as a matrix suggest a profitability analysis that meets this research requirement. In Section 3, the research site is company A of SME in Japan that deals with both an electronic parts trading and an electronic parts manufacturer. In the research method, the growth potential analysis is by the ABM-Growth-Matrix; on the other hand, profitability analysis is from the viewpoint of customers, products, and strategies, using the gross profit margin as the original profitability index. In Section 4, we found it that the relationship between growth potential and profitability, looking only at A-rank customers in FY2018, and that there is no strategy that achieves profitable growth among A-rank customers.

Authors have so far experimented to indoor air flowing in into a wall. As a result, it has reported that indoor air flows in into a wall even from openings with a slight wall socket. In this report, filling-up thermal insulation wall model using inorganic fiber insulating materials packed in polyethylene bag which has spread most in the warm area was used. The wall socket assumed to be openings was installed on the interior wall, and the experiment was conducted using house wrapping sheet and plywood for structures as wall composition material. As a result, the dew condensation situation in a wall was confirmed. In addition, by making a hole in plywood for structures, vapor resistance of a wall was reduced and the method of construction which decreases the quantity of dew condensation in a wall was examined. Furthermore, even if indoor wet air flows in into a wall, a measure method of construction with the effect which controls generating of dew condensation is proposed. Morevoer, comparison examination of the conventional method of construction and the new measure method of construction is carried out.

Field observation and numerical simulations were performed to investigate the atmospheric structure and distribution of air pollutants over Tokyo Bay. The following results were obtained : 1) Observed diurnal variation of potential temperature over Tokyo Bay is different from over the land or the sea. 2) There is a descending flow over Tokyo Bay. and it is the compensation for the divergent flow pattern. The peak value of descending flow exits at the height of 300-500m. 3) The rise in potential temperature in the daytime is caused by the adiabatic heating of descending flow. 4) Vertical gradient of CO_2 is positive over the bay. It suggests that CO_2 is transported over Tokyo Bay from surrounding high emission area.

1.ボリビアのオキナワ移住地出身者が組織する関東ボリビア親睦会の参与観察、および会員の追跡調査を実施し、移民労働者の移民コミュニティの形成過程、日本と南米を結ぶインフォーマルなネットワークについて分析した。2.日系外国人労働者の人口比率が全国-高い群馬県大泉町において、日系外国人労働者の子弟教育をめぐる問題、とくに学校不適応や非行行動についてフィールド調査を行い、外国人労働者の定住化傾向が子弟に与えている影響について検討した。3.宮城県多賀城市に在住する-日系人家族について一年余にわたるインテンシブな事例研究を継続し、労働観、子弟教育問題について、家族ダイナミクスの観点から分析した。4.1990年代初頭から岡山県総社市で働く日系出稼ぎ青年の事例研究を行い、日本国内で形成された互助ネットワークとそこから析出される生活戦略について検討した。5.沖縄県において1950年代から1960年代のボリビア移民送出に関する資料を収集した。また若干名のボリビアから沖縄県への帰郷者の事例研究を実施した。6.ボリビアからアルゼンチンへ転住した沖縄系移民の独立自営過程を互助集団「講」に焦点をあてて調査研究し、その組織原理がエスニシティよりも対面関係にもとづく信頼性であることを明らかにした。7.オキナワ移住地内および周辺ボリビア人の保健行動とヘルスケアシステムを把握するために実施したアンケート調査結果の集計・分析を行った。

1994年~1999年の6年間に,鶴見大学歯学部付属病院第一口腔外科ならびに関連施設で施行された顎裂部骨移植に関して臨床統計的観察を行った。その結果,以下のような結論が得られた。<BR>1)総患者数は86例で,11歳以下の症例が22例25.6%,12~17歳が32例37.2%,18歳以上の成人症例が32例37.2%を占めていた。<BR>2)生着率は97.7%で,早期経過不良の2例はいずれも成人症例であった。成人症例への対応として,骨移植後の感染源となり得る歯と歯周病の管理が重要と考えられた。<BR>3)受診の動機としては,顎裂に関する他科からの紹介が86例中80例93.0%で,そのうち矯正歯科からの紹介が最も多く72.5%であった。一方,当初他疾患を主訴に来院したものが6例あり,いずれも顎裂部骨移植に関する知識は皆無であった。今後,関連各科との連携強化と患者への積極的な情報提供が必要と考えられた。<BR>4)顎裂部骨移植に関連する併用手術としては,顎矯正手術のほか,デンタルインプラントの埋入,口唇外鼻修正術などが,主に成人症例に対して施行されており,成人症例における顎裂部骨移植の臨床的意義が示唆された。

日本の唱歌やわらべうたが含まれる歌唱共通教材のあり方について、小学生への歌唱共通教材に対する印象調査を踏まえて考察した。その結果、①低学年では身近な内容の歌唱教材が重要であること②低学年・中学年では、歌詞への関心が高いこと③高学年ではメロディやリズムへの関心が高いこと④曲に対する好みは、同じ学年では類似していることの4点が明らかになった。これらの結果を踏まえて、教師は児童の興味・関心に目を向けた学習を展開すること、歌詞に関心が向けられる歌唱指導を行うこと、「音楽文化の継承」として大人が子どもへ残していきたい唱歌だけでなく、児童がこれからも歌っていきたいと主体的に感じる唱歌との出会いを大切に、歌唱共通教材として24曲の指定の枠にとらわれず幅広く唱歌を取り入れることが重要である。

網膜水平細胞間を結合するギャップジャンクションは,視覚情報処理の基本である中心-周辺拮抗型受容野の形成に重要な役割を担っている.従来,こうした水平細胞間のギャップコンダクタンスが非線形特性をもつことや順応状態により動的に変化することが示唆されているが,そうした特性を生理実験によって直接測定することは著しく困難であった.本論文では,筆者らが先に提案したイオン電流モデルを用いた入力電流推定法に特定の信号伝達経路を制御する生理実験技術を適用し,水平細胞の膜電位応答からギャップコンダクタンスの動的変化を推定する手法を提案する.提案手法の有効性は,視細胞-水平細胞ネットワークモデルから求めた水平細胞モデル応答を擬似実験データとして用い,モデルのギャップコンダクタンス値が精度良く推定されることにより確認した.更に,コイ網膜L型水平細胞より記録した膜電位応答に提案手法を適用したところ,従来報告されている知見に近いギャップコンダクタンス値が推定された.
