Léon Walras founded his Political Economy on the idea of “equality” of the French Revolution. He concluded the economic inequality principally resulted from the landownership, and the solution he gave to this problem was the nationalization of land.Concerning the equality between the capitalist and working classes, Walras belived the free competition would realize that in a double sense. First, it would cause the assimilation of the two classes, which means “the equality in fact”. And secondly, the free competition would play the role of the imparitial and transcendental judge in the determination of the rate of wage and interest, which would bring “the equality in right” of the two classes.But Walras's concept of free competition was not only an “ideal type ” based on an obsevation of the real economic order but also a norm which was to be realized universally.His “économie politique appliquée” was given the role of organizing the free competition in a society on the basis of the conclusion of his “économie politique pure”, but regarding the labour market, he could not show concretely how to organize the free competition.Moreover, Walras's entrepreneur, which the state should take on in the real world, was expected to realize the idea of equality by observing the just output so that no “bénéfice” could be gained.

2002年1月21日、連邦憲法裁判所(BVG)は、連邦政府、連邦参議院、連邦議会が前年に提出した極右政党ドイツ国民民主党の禁止の申請に関する、2002年2月に定められた口頭弁論の日程をすべて中止した。理由は、申請側の全部で14名におよぶ証人のうちの1名が、憲法擁護機関がNPDの内部に保持した長年のスパイであったことであった。この政治的スキャンダルで、今やNPDの禁止ではなく、ドイツの情報機関、およびその極右政党内部に存するスパイの役割が問われることになった。Am 31.1.2002 kippte das Bundesverfassungsgericht (BVG) uberraschend alle fur Februar 2002 angesetzten mundlichen Verhandlungstermine uber den ein Jahr zuvor von Bundesregierung, Bundesrat und Bundestag eingereichten Antrag auf ein Verbot der rechtsradikalen Nationaldemokratischen Partei Deutschlands (NPD). Der Grund : einer der insgesamt 14 Zeugen der Antragsteller war gleichzeitig ein langjahriger Spitzel des Verfassungsschutzes innerhalb der NPD. Der politische Skandal war da : statt dem NPD-Verbot standen nun die deutschen Geheimdienste auf dem Prufstand und die Rolle ihrer Agenten innerhalb der rechtsradikalen Partei

脳を治療するための薬物は,従来神経伝達物質に関連するものが主であった.現在はそれらに加えて,神経変性疾患のメカニズム解明をもとにした治療法の開発や,喪失した細胞を補充することを目指した再生医学的アプローチも盛んになっている.今後はさらに,シナプス病といった概念の発展により,神経回路の構築そのものが,あらたな治療標的を探索する対象となっていくかもしれない.近年シナプス前後の細胞間認識に関わる接着分子や,その他のタイプのシナプス形成に関わる分子が,自閉症などの疾患に関連することが示されている.うつ病においても海馬が萎縮し,逆に治療により拡大することなどから,海馬神経回路の機能や構造が変化する可能性がある.海馬神経回路リモデリングを担う分子の一例として,プロトカドヘリン型の接着分子arcadlinが知られている.arcadlinは即効性に抗うつ効果を示す電気けいれんにより誘導されるばかりでなく,遅効性の抗うつ薬の慢性投与後にも誘導される.またうつ病患者の海馬において増加する脱リン酸化酵素MKP-1と,拮抗する関係にあるp38 MAPキナーゼがarcadlinによって活性化することからも,arcadlinとそのシグナル伝達系による海馬シナプスリモデリングのメカニズムは,うつ病の治療効果に関与する可能性が期待される.

[Purpose] This study examined the effects of gum chewing while walking on physical and physiological functions. [Subjects and Methods] This study enrolled 46 male and female participants aged 21–69 years. In the experimental trial, participants walked at natural paces for 15 minutes while chewing two gum pellets after a 1-hour rest period. In the control trial, participants walked at natural paces for 15 minutes after ingesting powder containing the same ingredient, except the gum base, as the chewing gum. Heart rates, walking distances, walking speeds, steps, and energy expenditure were measured. [Results] Heart rates during walking and heart rate changes (i.e., from at rest to during walking) significantly increased during the gum trial compared with the control trial. Walking distance, walking speed, walking heart rate, and heart rate changes in male participants and walking heart rate and heart rate changes in female participants were significantly higher during the gum trial than the control trial. In middle-aged and elderly male participants aged ≥40 years, walking distance, walking speed, steps, and energy expenditure significantly increased during the gum trial than the control trial. [Conclusion] Gum chewing while walking measurably affects physical and physiological functions.

The purpose of this study is to give graphical expression to the building system by symbolized building joints. On the assumption that a building is considered as a thing that is assembled systematically by building members, the organization of building members should be expressed by three kinds of matrix. ie. jointing matrix, building member matrix, joint parts matrix. By this way, not only the whole form but details can be expressed and analysis of organization of building become easy.
