A deal of learning opportunities have been provided for active elderly. But it has not mentioned the fact that soon or later elderly will face their physical and mental changes and their slow declines will persuade them to abandon continuing learning. Similarly, Senior Citizens'Clubs positively participating in social activities have been subsidized for further promotion of their activities. But it is not easy to join social activities unless they have confidence in health and physical strength. The more active oriented the clubs are, the more older members are discouraged from participating club's activities and take a less active role in their clubs. This article, regarding the membership in the Senior Citizen's Club, mentions the importance of care for the older learners who are actually in disengagement process.

A novel approach by utilizing soybean curd residue, to produce polysaccharide from the edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus in solid-state culture, was developed. Firstly, the significant effect of fermented conditions on P. ostreatus polysaccharide production were screened out to be inoculum size, moisture content and C/N ratio by using a single factor experiment. Secondly, the three factors were optimized using central composite design in response surface methodology. As results, a quadratic model was found to fit for P. ostreatus polysaccharide production, and the optimal fermented condition was determined as following: inoculum size (11.79%), moisture content (74.64%) and C/N ratio (12.77). A yield of 38.207 ± 1.049 mg/g for polysaccharide was observed in veri?cation experiment. Compared with unfermented soybean curd residue, total polyphnol, protein and various amino acide of fermented soybean curd residue were increased significantly. Therefore, a nutritious ecologic feed can be produced using fermented soybean curd residue.

In the context of modern education, which is based on the idea of steady growth and development of human beings, experience is usually considered as accumulative by human beings to strengthen the autonomous self. From this point of view, we tend to talk about our experiences rigidly and in a stereotyped way in which we can place events of our lives into a frame of understanding. However, it seems that there is a reduction of the concept of experience to the assumption of usefulness. and a kind of strange aspect of events will be missed in this way of talking about experience. To overcome this situation, I examine Walter Benjamin's concept of experience. Benjamin (1892 -1940) generally is known as a philosopher influenced by various aspects of thought, such as German idealism, Jewish mysticism, and Marxism. I will try to show the concept of experience in Benjamin's text, especially as this is revealed in his essay on Proust, M., Baudelaire. C. and Kafka, F., to elucidate the most vivid aspects of experience. In conclusion, I will show that Benjamin's concept of experience dispels the notion of experience that is popularly held and that is taken for granted in educational theorizing.
