近世の実録は、実在の事件に取材しながら、書写、伝承していく過程で、場合によっては荒唐無稽と思われるような変容を遂げる。それは、現代の科学的思考から見れば「非・事実」、「虚構」である。しかし、そうした虚構によってこそ「事実」は言語化できるとも考えられる。具体的な資料を検証できる実録を材料とすることで、我々にとっての事実とは何か、記録する営みとは何か、と言う文学の根源的な課題に近づくことができるだろう。

The Kantei faith in China developed greatly during the Song-Yuan Dynasty, and the imperial court's posthumous rank became a "King" through the "Hou" and "public". The form of Guan Yu has been fixed with the development of literary works such as storytellings, ghost novels, Yuan Zaju operas, Yuanqu,and novels. Although the Yuan dynasty's Guan Yu paintings are slightly different in shape, the Danfeng eyes, Jujube face, and long beard is already established at this time. However, the statue of the Kantei, which is said to have been handed down from the Chinese Yuan Dynasty, is different from this one. The purpose of this paper is to, through the analysis of the Severnt God and those belongings, compare the shape of Kantei in Chinese Song-Yuan Dynasty, the depiction of storytelling in the works of literature and the statue of Kantei of the DaikoJi Temple, and to examine the image of the Kantei in the DaikoJi Temple, which is said to be the oldest in Japan.

本稿の目的は,ミクロ経済学の消費者行動理論を用いてプレミアム付商品券政策の仕組みを明らかにすることである.1人当たりのプレミアム付商品券の購入可能金額を所与とする場合,あるパラメーター領域ではプレミアム分と同額の現金支給時よりも対象財の購入量を増やす効果は大きくなる.プレミアム率の設定はこの領域の操作に相当する.さらに使途の制約は対象財の区分を通じたパラメーター値の分布の間接的な操作に相当すると考えられる.他方,1人当たりのプレミアム付商品券の購入金額を内生的に扱う場合には,すべての個人が自身の効用関数に適した購入金額を選択することから,パラメーターの全域においてプレミアム分と同額の現金支給時よりも効果が大きくなる.

A 52-year-old man was admitted after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. The patient had been ambulant at the time of impact but collapsed suddenly and was comatose upon admission. Brain computed tomography (CT) scans revealed an acute subdural hematoma with marked midline shift; an emergency evacuation of the hematoma and craniectomy were performed. He recovered neurologically and underwent cranioplasty using autologous bone two weeks after the initial surgery, but he developed a wound infection and subdural empyema, necessitating another debridement surgery. Cranioplasty using a ceramic bone was performed two months after the debridement, and he was discharged with no neurological deficits. Gunshot wounds to the head have a higher rate of postoperative infection than closed head injuries; thus, debridement to remove as much bony and missile fragments as possible is important.

【目的】胚移植の受容雌として偽妊娠雌マウスは生殖工学作業に必須であるが,従来法では発情前期の雌を選抜して雄と同居させるため,その作出効率は雌の性周期や雌を選抜する作業者の習熟度に依存する。そこで我々はプロゲステロン投与による性周期同期化により,ICR系統の偽妊娠および妊娠雌の計画的な作出に成功し,保有マウス数の大幅な削減が可能であることを報告した(WCRB(2017),JRD(2017))。今回はF1系統の偽妊娠雌の作出における本法の効果を検討した。【方法】B6D2F1およびB6C3F1系統の雌(11~14週齢),ICR系統の精管結紮雄(3~12ヶ月齢)を用いた。性周期の同期化はプロゲステロン(2 mg/匹)をday1およびday2に皮下投与して行った。その後,雌と精管結紮雄をday4の夕方より連続的に同居させ,膣栓の有無を毎朝,確認して交配率を調べた。更に妊娠への影響を観察するために,得られた偽妊娠雌にC57BL/6Jの凍結融解2細胞期胚を移植して妊娠率,産子率等を従来法と比較した。【結果および考察】既報のICR系統と同様に,F1系統でもプロゲステロン投与後に雄と連続同居することで膣栓の観察日が集中したことから,F1系統の偽妊娠雌を計画的に作出可能であった。また胚移植後の妊娠率,着床率,産子率は従来法と同等であり,産子重量は用いた偽妊娠雌の系統で違いが見られた(ICR系統 > F1系統)が,プロゲステロン投与の有無で変化はなかったことから,投与による悪影響は見られなかった。以上から,性周期同期化後の交配によるF1系統の偽妊娠マウスの作出は,選抜作業を行わなくとも誰でも効率的かつ計画的に行えると考えられた。【まとめ】プロゲステロン投与によるマウスの性周期の同期化処置は,近交系,クローズドコロニー,交雑系統など幅広い系統で,過剰排卵誘起(第108回大会,BOR(2016))に加えて偽妊娠雌および妊娠雌の計画的な作出にも効果的であることが確認された。

A giant phyllosoma larva, assigned to the final stage, was collected from off Peru. This specimen was determined to be Projasus bahamondei George, 1976 by DNA barcoding, and morphological description was given for the first time in the genus Projasus George and Grindley, 1964. The present phyllosoma was characteristic of having very wide cephalic shield (about 2.3 times of thorax width), median rostrum, eminent setose exopods on the second and third maxillipeds, and five stout spines on basial endite of maxillule. Projasus phyllosoma has morphological characteristics of both ‘Silentes’ and ‘Stridentes’ groups in the family Palinuridae.
