年表や時系列グラフは,時間情報を可視化する方法として一般的であるものの,これらを利用者間で共有するため仕組みは作られてこなかった.本研究では,年表や時系列グラフを生成,加工する機能を持つ時間情報システムHuTimeをプラットフォームとして,これらを共有・交換するための仕組みを構築した.

Aspergillus oryzae is widely used to produce fermented food such as sake, soy sauce and miso in Japan. Since these fungi have been used for food fermentation for a long time, these economic strains for food fermentation are thought as "domesticated strains." The origin of these strains is thought to be a contaminant from natural environment. We isolated many A. oryzae like strains from field using the autoclaved rice as medium. Isolated strains were confirmed as A. oryzae by the genomic structure of aflatoxin homologous gene cluster. The amount of mycelium in rice koji prepared by isolated strains did not show the significant differences compared with those of commercial strains. The activities of enzymes such as α-amylase, glucoamylase, acid carboxypeptidase, acid protease and neutral protease in rice kojiprepared by isolated eight strains and commercial strains were analyzed. Some of the isolated strains showed the similar enzyme activities to those of the commercial strains. From these results, it is suggested that the present commercial A. oryzae strains originate from A. oryzaeliving in the natural environment.

人間は、過去、現在、未来という時間軸とその広がりの中で、自己を捉えることが可能である。さらに、過去や現在、未来をいかに捉えるかによって、自己評価や将来展望などが変化する。これまでの時間的展望に関する研究では、主に現在から未来に視点を向けた研究が中心であり、過去に対する視点の研究が少なかった。その一方で、過去のとらえ方と精神的健康との関係では、主に自己受容に関する研究から行われてきた。しかし、人間は、自分の過去についてすべて自己受容できなくとも、人は前向きに生きることができるのではないだろうか。また、過去の自分の至らない点を振り返りながら、現在の自分とを比較することで、自己成長を認識することもあるだろう。そこで、本研究では、過去に対する自己肯定感尺度の開発を試みることにした。その結果、過去に対する自己肯定感尺度は、主成分分析から1因子構造にまとまり、α=.829 と高い信頼性が確認された。時間的展望体験尺度との関係からは、基準関連妥当性も確認され、概ね実用可能であると判断された。

[要約] 臨死体験に関する記述やモチーフは、古くから洋の東西を問わず、文学作品や絵画などに散見される。しかしオカルトの類と関連づけられやすく、長い問、これらが研究の対象となることはなかった。キューブラー・ロスが1975年に出版した『死ぬ瞬聞』は世界中でベストセラーとなった。これ以後、さまざまな臨死体験に関連する書籍が出版され、臨死体験を含む「死」についてもオープンに語られるようになった。典型的な臨死体験の内容はほぼ共通している。そのうちのある部分は、その人の属する文化、宗教観などに影響を受ける。しかしながら核となる体験においてはほぼ共通した特徴が認められ、従って臨死体験は個人的な内容と、普遍的な内容との二重構造になっているといえる。臨死体験後、体験者に起こる変化も興味深い。臨死体験後には「宗教的というよりスピリチュアルになる」「特定の宗教にとらわれなくなり、自分の内なる神を信じるようになる」などといった変化が起こることが報告されており、これは体験者の文化や宗教の違いを問わない。分析心理学の創始者であるC.GJungは最も有名な臨死体験者のうちの一人である。臨死体験はその後の彼の人生に強い影響を与えており、それが彼に人聞の本質についてのより深い洞察をもたらし、新しい世界観(dieWeltanschauung)を与えたことが推察される。このように、臨死体験は分析心理学において極めて興味深いテーマであり、論ずるべき内容を多く含んでいる。分析心理学においては夢やイメージなどを無意識からのマテリアルとして重要視するが、臨死体験も同様の見地から考察することが可能であると考えられる。 [Abstract] Description and motifs of near death experience (NDE) can be seen ancient literatures and paintings but it was not an object of research for long time. This theme was never talked openly because everyone was afraid that they were regarded as psychotic or occultist. "On Death and Dying ″ was published by Kubler Roth in 1975. This book triggered a tendency that NDE can be discussed openly. After "On Death and Dying ", a lot of books about NDE were published and researches were also started from various field. There are a lot of interesting contents in NDE. Some of these contents depend on each culture, race and religion. However, core contents are quite common among the whole human beings. So NDE has dual contents, personal and universal. It is also interesting what will happen to people after NDE. Generally, it is known that people become more spiritual rather than religious. They come to feel inner God, but they are not prepossessed with particular religion any more. Jung had NDE when he was 69 years old. It is tremendous dynamic experience and it changed the rest of his life dramatically. That is to say, he got deeper insight of essential human beings and new worldview. Thus NDE includes quite important essence for religion and analytical psychology. Although NDE and dream are discriminated, it is possible to discuss on the same ground. Even if pattern of experience is different, both of them come from unconscious.

The system of lifetime employment was a feature of Japanese management style and it was said to be one factor of economic growth. It was a stable employment system that applied only to men. However, it has been difficult to continue the system. The idea that "man works outside the house, and woman in the house" was realistic because many men were under the lifetime employment system. It is not asked here whether the idea of the role of men and women is correct or not. However, when the lifetime employment system collapses, this idea also naturally collapses. Thus, the idea of work-life balance plan has arisen. This paper is to try to consider the possibility of such a plan.
