The resinicolous fungi Sarea difformis and S. resinae (Sareomycetes) were taxonomically revised on the basis of morphological observations and phylogenetic analyses of the nucleotide sequences of the nSSU-LSU-rpb1-rpb2-mtSSU genes. The results of phylogenetic analyses show that S. difformis and S. resinae are grouped with members of Xylonomycetes. According to the results of phylogenetic analyses and their sexual and asexual morphs resemblance, Sareomycetes is synonymized with Xylonomycetes. Although Tromera has been considered a synonym of Sarea based on the superficial resemblance of the sexual morph, we show that they are distinct genera and Tromera should be resurrected to accommodate T. resinae (= S. resinae). Xylonomycetes was morphologically re-circumscribed to comprise a single family (Xylonaceae) with four genera (Sarea, Trinosporium, Tromera, and Xylona) sharing an endophytic or plant saprobic stage in their lifecycle, ascostroma-type ascomata with paraphysoid, Lecanora-type bitunicate asci, and pycnidial asexual morphs. Phylogenetic analyses based on ITS sequences and environmental DNA (eDNA) implied a worldwide distribution of the species. Although Symbiotaphrinales has been treated as a member of Xylonomycetes in previous studies, it was shown to be phylogenetically, morphologically, and ecologically distinct. We, therefore, treated Symbiotaphrinales as Pezizomycotina incertae sedis.

東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の過酷事故から数年が経過し,放射能汚染地から避難した住民は,原子力エネルギー政策の継続を掲げる政府の方針によって,被災地の復興のために,ふるさとへの帰還をうながされている。この論考では,原発事故後の帰還と復興をうながす言説を,<象徴暴力>の観点から分析する新たなアプローチを取った。<象徴暴力>とは,フランスの社会学者ピエール・ブルデューによる概念で,被支配者が自分から支配を正当化して受け入れるメカニズムの中心をなす。帰還と復興を暗示的に推奨する新聞記事の分析をとおして,これらのメディア言説が<象徴暴力>の特性を持ち,その効果を発揮していることを示した。なお,「福島第一原発事故関連報道と象徴暴力(下)」では,論考全体のうち,後半部5・6 章を分割してとりあげた。

明治末期、高級紙『時事新報』の西における分身として創刊された『大阪時事新報』に入社した下山京子は、「化け込み」と呼ばれる変装潜入ルポを得意とした異能の記者であった。下山は自堕落な人物だったと考えられているが、女性記者の役割が限定されていた時代に、その枠を超える活躍をしたジャーナリストでもあった。夕刊発行のため自前の原稿調達の必要に直面した『大阪時事』で、下山は神戸の高級料亭「常磐花壇」への潜入など新しいニュースのかたちの開発に成功する。それは、首都に比べればニュースが豊富でない大阪でなんとか紙面を埋めるための「ニュースを作る」手法の誕生であり、同時にそれは、かならずしも社会正義の実現や権力の批判にこだわることなく、むしろ底辺への温かい共感に彩られた記事の出現でもあった。しかし、吹き荒れた三面記事批判の前に『大阪時事』は萎縮し、東京に異動した下山も大阪時代の輝きを失ってしまった。

We report the synthesis of amphiphilic dodecenyl phosphonic acid PC12 from vinylphosphonic acid, a reactive phosphonic acid intermediate. The trans-P-C=C moiety enabled PC12 to disperse well in water. Surface tension and dynamic light scattering measurements revealed that PC12 exhibited high surface activity and reduced the surface tension of water from 72.0 to 23.6 mN/m, thereby resulting in the spontaneous formation of aggregates even in a dilute aqueous solution (critical aggregation concentration (CAC) = 4.8 × 10–4 M). In contrast to modern lipids with double-tailed structures, the PC12 of simple singletailed structure spontaneously formed bilayered vesicles, without an external energy supply. Compared with the strength of hydrogen bonds formed by the long, saturated alkyl chain of dodecyl phosphonic acid (DPA), the strength of PC12 intermolecular hydrogen bonds was weaker. The melting point of PC12 was approximately 20°C lower than that of DPA. These results indicate that the trans-P-C=C moiety was considerably important for spontaneous vesicle formation in water. Preliminary modeling of the morphological transitions of the closed bilayer structures in the vesicles was then conducted, by varying the pH and adding an α-helical peptide scaffold.

東西NTTの光ファイバの開放論議が新たな展開を見せている。本誌の独自調査によると,光ファイバ貸し出しを義務付ける根拠である「加入者回線での東西NTTシェア5割」の割り込みが間近だ。特に注目されているのは広島,北海道,富山。これらの地域では2003年度以降,シェア5割を下回る可能性が出てきた。

早稲田大学演劇博物館は、舞台芸術分野の情報検索サイト「Japan Digital Theatre Archives」[1](以下JDTA)を2021 年2 月23 日に公開した。演劇・舞踊・伝統芸能分野を対象とし、公演記録映像と公演関連情報を収集・アーカイブ化し、その情報を検索できるWeb サイトとして機能するものである。本発表では、JDTA の設計から制作、公開までの実践内容を報告するとともに、舞台芸術分野における情報検索の仕組みを提供することの意義や、実践により明らかになった課題や将来の展望等について考察する。

松本清張が『天城越え』について自ら解説した「『黒い画集』を終わって」中の記述を手がかりに、静岡県警察部保安課発行の『刑事警察参考資料』第四輯(国立国会図書館東京本館蔵)中の第五編「天城峠に於ける土工殺し事件」をその原拠資料として提示する。原拠資料の大半がほとんどそのまま『天城越え』の2章の事件記録として用いられ、一部が1・3章の回想部分に振り分けられる。加えて、原拠資料と川端康成『伊豆の踊子』の作品世界との類似性から『伊豆の踊子』とは対比的な物語が構想され、その実現のために資料の細部にさまざまな操作・変更が加えられ、また原拠資料にない大塚ハナという女性が新しく造型されるなどして、原拠資料での単なる金目当てだった事件が、『天城越え』での性の目覚めが少年を突き動かして起こる事件に改められていく、そうした『天城越え』の生成の過程を詳細に見ていく。そこに、清張作品が生成する一つの事例が浮かび上がる。
