本研究は,サッカー発祥の地であり,世界最高峰のプレミアリーグを有するイングランドの地域サッカークラブにおけるユース育成の実情を検証するため,内藤がスタッフとして所属したセミプロリーグレベルのクラブ(5部リーグ)「AFCウィンブルドン」に焦点を当て,そのクラブがどのように誕生し,地域に根付いてきたのか,また実際の運営はどのように行われているのかを明らかにし,特にそのユースチームの指導体制や運営実態を筆者自身の体験を交えながら明らかにすることによって,イングランドのサッカークラブにおけるユース育成の内情を実証的に検証することを目的とする。特に,本稿ではイングランドの全体的なサッカー構造を明らかにするために,関連する文献やサイトから,リーグ,カップ戦,サッカークラブ,ユース育成システムなどの概要を明らかにし,長い年月をかけて構築されてきた組織の全容を明らかにする。The purpose of this study is to make the actual conditions of the Youth Training System of Football Club in England clear through the experience of the AFC Wimbledon in Wimbledon. Especially, before examining the case study of the AFC Wimbledon, the present study is to examine an outline of youth football training system in England. 本研究は,現在なでしこリーグの中でもトップクラスの環境を持ち,日本代表選手を多く輩出しているJリーグ所属浦和レッドダイヤモンズの下部組織である「浦和レッドダイヤモンズレディース」と,ぎりぎりのクラブ運営の中でもなでしこリーグ残留を続け,日本女子サッカーリーグでは最も歴史のある市民クラブ「伊賀フットボールクラブくノ一」(筆者所属)の事例を中心に,日本女子サッカーリーグ所属クラブの現状を明らかにし,それらから見ることのできる課題を検討することで,日本女子サッカーリーグ所属クラブの展望を考察することを目的とするものである。本稿では,まず,その前提となる日本女子サッカーリーグ(なでしこリーグ)の歴史と現状を明らかにした。Japan national women's football team won the World Cup of Women's Football in 2011.7. The effectiveness, safety and usefulness of ketotifen nasal spray were investigated in 163 patients with allergic rhinitis. Ketotifen nasal spray (0.05mg/puff) was given four times daily for 4 weeks or more. “Slight to high” improvement was recorded in 92.4% of patients and “moderate to high” improvement in 61.0%.Overall usefulness was very high for both perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis. Side effects were noted in six patients (3.7%). Drowsiness was noted in five patients and nasal mucosal pain in only one.The results of this study suggest that ketotifen nasal spray is very useful in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

In recent years, the heat island phenomenon is paid attention. The various method are studied as a heat island measure. Interlocking that at present, used various recycling material as one method to the road surface is developed. The interlocking block is being laid in the sidewalk and parking place. Interlocking that I used to this research can save a rain water into the block, from that is made with a an aperture material unlike usual interlocking. Also, a rain water is able to expect even the effect that easy to penetrate into a foundation and increase cultivation to subterranean water and cause the outflow to subterranean water security and drain controlled. Thereupon, I did examination about the temperature reduction effect by the difference of the specimen with this research.

<p> 本研究は、サッカーのインステップキックによって、左右方向にボールを蹴り分けるためのインパクト技術について明らかにすることを目的とした。7名の大学サッカー選手が、30度の助走から11m前方のサッカーゴールに向けて、静止したボールをインステップキックする試技を行なった。その際、ゴールを縦に3等分した左、中、右の3つのエリアをそれぞれ狙った。足部とボールのインパクトの様子は、3台の高速度ビデオカメラを用いて2000Hzで撮影した。対象者1名あたり各エリア6試技、総計126試技のデータを取得し、分析した。インパクト時点における足部の甲の向きが、左右のボール進行方向に強い影響を及ぼす要素のひとつであることが明らかとなった。一方で、左右のボール進行方向と、インパクト時点における足関節の関節角度との間には、関係性が認められなかった。これらのことから、左右にボールを蹴り分けるためには、足部の姿勢を調整し、狙った方向に甲を向けてインパクトすることが重要であり、さらに、この姿勢の調整は、股関節など、足関節よりも近位の関節で行われるものと考えられた。</p>

子宮頸癌は日本においてもっとも頻度の高い婦人科悪性腫瘍である.細胞診による子宮頸がん検診はその有効性を証明する十分な証拠があるにもかかわらず,日本の子宮頸がん検診受診率は約20%であり,他の先進諸国と比較して格段に低い.2001年度の北九州市の子宮頸がん検診受診者数は15,501人(受診率は6.8%)と全国平均の半分以下であった.厚生労働省は女性特有のがん検診事業の一環として2009年度から20,25,30,35,40歳の女性に対して「がん検診無料クーポン」を配布した.すると2012年度には北九州市の検診受診者数は31,970人(受診率は22.3%)と倍増し,ほぼ全国レベルまで到達してきた.子宮頸癌の発生にはハイリスク型のヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)が関与していることが明らかであり,HPVはおもに性行為によって感染する.近年,若年者を中心に子宮頸部初期病変・子宮頸癌が増加しており,2008年には異常細胞診症例(要精検者)を2.3%に認めた.子宮頸がん検診受診率向上のためには,費用対効果を考慮した効果的な検診システムの確立も重要である.子宮頸癌による死亡率を減らすためには国・地方自治体・医療機関・企業・教育の現場などが現状を正確に把握し,積極的に子宮頸がん検診受診率向上の課題に対して取り組むことが必要である.

1973年より1980年までの8年間に,広汎性子宮全摘術を施行した396症例中,術後摘出標本の子宮頚部亜連続切片の病理組織検索で,初期浸潤癌,あるいは,それより軽度の病巣しか認めなかった症例62例を発見した.これらの症例は術前,浸潤癌と診断して(Ib期54例,IIb期8例)手術を行なったにもかかわらず,実際は初期浸潤より軽度の病巣しか無かったわけで,術前の生検診断の誤りと考えざるを得ない.そこで術前の生検標本を再検討した結果,生検標本を誤まって真の浸潤癌と診断した原因として,1.腺管内侵襲を深い浸潤と間違った.2.標本がtangentialに切れているために浸潤と間違った.の二大原因が考えられた.さらに,生検の小切片のみでは,浸潤癌であることは診断できても,それが初期浸潤であるか,真の浸潤であるかの鑑別は困難であることが多いことも判った.そこで,同時に行なった細胞診,コルポ診の診断を調べてみると,いずれか一方が真の浸潤癌を否定した症例は44.2%,両者共真の浸潤癌を否定した症例は37.2%であった.少なくとも,コルポ診,細胞診共に真の浸潤癌を否定し,生検のみ真の浸潤癌と診断した場合は,円錐切除診を行在い,over diagnosisを防ぐべきであったと考えられた.癌の診断における生検診断のover diagnosisの可能性については過去にあまり注目されていないが,前述した様な可能性を考慮に入れて,臨床医は生検診断を鵜呑みにせずに,細胞診,コルポ診,臨床所見を総合して,疑問があったら積極的に円錐切除診を行なう態度が必要であろう.

本研究では,高度に発展しているアメリカ大学競技スポーツを統括する組織の1つ,アメリカ最大の組織NCAAに焦点をあてて,アメリカ大学競技スポーツ組織のメリット,デメリットを考察し,そこから得られた知見から我が国の大学競技スポーツ組織の今後の展望を図ることを目的とした。本研究において,我が国の大学競技スポーツ組織の問題点として,個別に学生連盟組織が存在していることや,大学の教職員が連盟の役員などを兼任していることなどが上げられた。また,NCAAにおいては統括組織や,専任の職員が多数いること等がメリットとして挙げられる反面,巨額の資金を抱えるなどの問題点も挙がった。今後,我が国の大学競技スポーツは組織の統一,専任の職員,女性スポーツへの援助,諸問題への対応という点においてNCAAを参考に改革を進めていかなくてはならない。The purpose of this study was to make the organization of NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) in the U.S.A. and Japanese collegiate athletics' current status clear and to examine the future prospects of Japanese collegiate athletics.
