The isomers of fluoro-butyrylfentanyl, fluoro-isobutyrylfentanyl, and fluoro-methoxyacetylfentanyl, in which the position of fluorine on the N-phenyl ring varies, were synthesized, characterized, and differentiated by infrared (IR) spectroscopy, liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS), and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The isomers could be clearly differentiated by their IR spectra. In the LC/MS chromatograms, the separation of the fluoro-butyrylfentanyl and fluoro-isobutyrylfentanyl isomers was insufficient. However, in the GC/MS extracted ion chromatograms, all compounds were completely separated. The LC/MS and GC/MS mass spectra of the isomers were similar, demonstrating that it is difficult to distinguish the positional isomers of fluorinated fentanyl analogs by their mass spectra.

The in vivo metabolism of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethylthiophenethylamine (2C-T-2) and 2,5-dimethoxy-4-isopropylthiophenethylamine (2C-T-4), new psychoactive drugs, were studied using rats. 2C-T-2 hydrochloride and 2C-T-4 hydrochloride were administered separately to male Sprague-Dawley rats via the oral route (10 mg/kg), and the urinary extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. Fourteen and ten metabolites for 2C-T-2 and 2C-T-4 were detected in the urinary extracts, respectively. Our results suggested that sulfoxidation, sulfone formation, S-dealkylation followed by S-methylation, N-acetylation and deamination followed by oxidation were the major metabolic pathways of 2C-T-2 and 2C-T-4 in rat.

Simultaneous analytical methods for 18 compounds of fentanyl and its analogues by thin-layer chromatography (TLC), gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) were developed. In TLC, fentanyl analogues were well separated by using toluene-acetone-28% aq. ammonia (20:10:0.3, by vol.) as a developing solvent. In GC/MS, fentanyl analogues, except for fentanyl and acetyl-α-methylfentanyl, could be separated on the extracted ion chromatograms (EIC) of the characteristic fragment ions of each compound. In LC/MS, fentanyl analogues could be separated on the EICs of the protonated molecule of each compound. All of the fentanyl analogues tested were identified correctly by using the combination of TLC, GC/MS and LC/MS.

Methylamphetamines (methylamphetamine (Me-AP) and methylmethamphetamine (Me-MA)) have three ringpositional isomers. Among them, 4-Me-AP has been controlled as a designated substance (Shitei-Yakubutsu) in Japan since November 2012. Furthermore, Me-APs are a structural isomer of methamphetamine (MA), controlled as a stimulant. Because of the increasing number of structural isomer of designer drugs encountered in forensic science laboratories, analytical differentiation of structural isomers is a significant issue. In this study, a method for differentiation of methylamphetamines using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was developed. DB-1ms and DB-5ms columns could not separate free bases and trifluoroacetyl (TFA) derivatives of methylamphetamines while the columns incompletely separated their trimethylsilyl (TMS) derivatives. On the other hand, the mid-polar DB-17ms column separated free bases, TFA and TMS derivatives of 6 methylamphetamines though peak shapes of the free bases were tailing. The best separation was obtained from the analysis of the TMS derivatives on DB-17ms column. The mass spectra showed a little difference between the 2-, 3-Me-AP and 4-Me-AP after TFA derivatization. Also the structural isomers of Me-AP and MA could be differentiated by their EI mass spectra. The results indicated that differentiation of regioisomeric methylamphetamines could be accomplished well by GC/MS of their TMS derivatives on the mid-polar capillary column.

250℃の高圧水素ガス中でのSUS304鋼の水素脆化感受性を高温・高圧水素ガス中で低ひずみ速度引張試験により調査した.高圧水素ガス中において,準安定オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼であるSUS304鋼は,室温では顕著な脆化を示したが,250℃では室温のSUS316L鋼と同等の軽微な脆化しか示さなかった.水素ガスの導入温度を250℃近傍に維持できれば,圧縮水素ガスを扱う機器や配管の材料として,従来のSUS316L鋼に替えSUS304鋼の使用が可能と考えられる.

IP 通信網では,複数の視点からのマルチアングルストリームの映像配信や視聴者の属性や嗜好等に応じた推奨映像を配信するなど映像配信の高度化が進んでいるが,映像の視聴画面は固定的なものが多く,依然受動的な視聴が多い.そこで,本稿では映像を受信する視聴者側の視点から視聴画面や機能の高度化について焦点をあてる.具体的には映像画面の柔軟な画面レイアウト調整機能,視聴者自身の映像や音声の送受信を可能するパブリックビューイング機能,他の視聴者と自身の画面レイアウトを同期し,視聴体験の共有を可能するスクリーンシェア機能を持つ映像配信システムの設計と実装を行った.加えて,主観評価により提案システムの有効性を示す.In recent years, a rich video streaming service that allows multi-angle videos and personalized videos based on user's preference design has become increased in IP network. Nevertheless, in many cases a receiver can not arrange video windows of received streams freely because of a static layout design. To address this problem, we propose a streaming system which is sophisticated from the viewpoint of a receiver. It enables following functions: a receiver-driven flexible layout function of video windows, a screen sharing function which is mutually synchronized among receivers, and a public viewing function with interactive communication between receivers. In this paper, we describe the system design and its implementation, and we show the effectiveness of the proposed functions through the subjective assessment.

(1) 日本国内で市販されている世界各地で生産された紅茶12銘柄を購入し,その化学成分などを分析,測定した.12銘柄はスリランカ4,インド3,中国2,日本1である.<BR>(2) タンニン,カテキン類8項目,没食子酸,テアフラビン類4項目,L-グルタミン酸,L-テアニン,<I>γ</I>-アミノ酪酸,遊離糖類3項目の含有量は変動が極めて大きかった.グルタミン酸,テアニン,また総アミノ酸については並級煎茶に匹敵する量を含む銘柄もあった.また<I>γ</I>-アミノ酪酸を60mg%以上含む銘柄もあったが発酵過程で増加したものであるかは判別できなかった.<BR>(3) 4種のテアフラビンを個別に定量した結果,テアフラビン-3,3'-di-0-ガレートが最も多く,ついでテアフラビン-3-0-ガレート,次ぎに遊離のテアフラビンでテアフラビン-3'-0-ガレートが最も少なかった.また,テアフラビン合計値と赤色彩度を示す表色値aの間に相関が認められた.<BR>(4) 遊離の糖類のうち,蔗糖,ブドウ糖,果糖,麦芽糖を分析したが麦芽糖は含まれず,検出された3種のうち蔗糖,ブドウ糖が多く,糖類合計として平均1.6%であった.<BR>(5) 紅茶に含まれる有機酸のうち,シュウ酸を分析した.12銘柄平均含有量は0.54%であったが,シュウ酸特有のエグ味として影響する量ではないように思われた.<BR>(6) pHは緑茶同様にほぼ一定範囲に収まり,ほぼ5.00~5.4の範囲であった.

1.水産増養殖の重要魚介類11種に対する農薬の有機リン剤MEPとカーバメイト剤NACの急性毒性を流水式魚毒試験装置を用いた流水式試験法によって調べた。2.MEPの魚介類に対する急性毒性はクルマエビで極端に強く, ついで魚類のマダイ, ブリ, ボラで比較的強い応答であった。マハゼやアユでは中程度の毒性応答であり, ウナギは低い毒性であった。これに対して, アサリやアコヤガイは最も低い毒性であった。3.NACの魚介類に対する急性毒性はクルマエビで極めて強く, ついで魚類のブリおよびマハゼで比較的強い応答であった。マダイ, ヒラメ, クロダイ, ボラおよびアユでは中程度の毒性応答であり, ウナギは低い毒性であった。これに対して, アサリやアコヤガイは最も低い毒性であった。4.MEPおよびNACによる中毒症状は, クルマエビで刺激に対する反応過敏, 狂奔状態および自発性運動低下がみられ, 魚類では, これに加えて体色変化, 遊泳姿勢不安定, 鼻上げ症状, 刺激に対する反応鈍化, 痙攣, 脊椎骨変形が認められた。これらの症状の多くが神経毒性に特有なものであり, 中毒症状の観察によって薬剤の毒性の特徴や薬剤の推定ができるものと考えられた。

This paper aims to examine the relationship between the state of exile and Mexican representation in Cormac McCarthy's All the Pretty Horses (1992), which is the story of a modern Texan young man who loses his home and crosses the border south to Mexico in search of a "paradise" for cowboys. The protagonist, John Grady Cole, projects his own vision onto Mexico and then gets "betrayed" by the violent reality of Mexico. It is true that Mexico appears here as "the Infernal Paradise," but the country is also "another country," where foreigners can only know of the Otherness of Mexico, and at the same time functions as a "mirror" which reflects the reality of the U. S. John Grady loses his Mexican "paradise" and returns to Texas, where there is no place for home; he comes to be a cowboy on the border, who cannot belong to the U. S. nor to Mexico. This homelessness seems to join him to some Mexican-Americans who appear in the story, such as Luisa, Arturo, Abuela and a "Mexican" who has never been to Mexico. Thus, his "failed" crossing, paradoxically, makes him into a true border-crosser.

Effects of iridoid glycosides on sex- and learning-behaviours induced by chronic"hanging stress"in mice, were studied. Drugs at a dose of 50 mg/kg were given orally every day after the exposure to stress. Geniposide and geniposidic acid showed a protective effect against decrease in sex behaviours, acceleration of extinction of memory, increase in failure of retrieval of memory, decrease of rectal temperature and enlargement of adrenal gland induced by the exposure to stress. Genipin showed a protective effect against decrease in licking, acceleration of extinction of memory, increase in failure of retrieval of memory and enlargement of adrenal gland, but promoted decrease in rectal temperature. Monotropein and gardenoside showed a weak protective effect against decrease in sex behaviours and acceleration of extinction of memory. Catalpol, aucubin and mussaenoside showed a weak protective effect against acceleration of extinction of memory, and mussaenoside showed an additional protective effect against increase in failure of retrieval of memory and decrease in rectal temperature.

:直接導入型質量分析計を用いて、エクスタシー錠(MDMA含有錠剤、アンフェタミン及びカフェイン含有錠剤等)や医薬品錠剤(アセトアミノフェン、ジアゼパム等含有)中の成分を迅速に判定する手法を開発した。また、薬物添加尿についても適用可能であった。本法は、遺留試料や尿試料からの薬毒物スクリーニング法として利用可能であると考えられた。また、シルデナフィル関連化合物の分析法や覚せい剤の迅速な定量分析法を開発した。

The detailed investigation on the bases of Swertia japonica MAKINO was carried out. Extraction of the plant with chloroform using ammonia as usual gave, gentianine and a base of m.p. 129.5〜130°. The structure of the latter was now elucidated. On the other hand, however, the extraction with methanol in the absence of ammonia as well as the treatment with methylamine gave none of these compounds. Thus, an evidence that both substances must be the artifacts produced during the extraction process was presented.
