This paper examines the economic ripple effect and the cost-effectiveness ratio on soccer stadium newly established in Akita, using input-output analysis. First, I estimate the cost-effectiveness ratio when a domed stadium is built for 11 billion yen. I show that it is very low both when the construction costs are financed by only Akita prefecture and when the partial amount of it are granted by the subsidies of the Sports Promotion Lottery toto.Next, I estimate the cost-effectiveness ratio when a non-domed stadium is constructed for 8 billion yen. As a benchmark, I firstly show that it is inadequate to construct a new stadium by only public funds of Akita prefecture, since the cost-effectiveness ratio is very low. I secondly show that the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the production-induced effect is 0.74 and it measured by the added-value-induced effect is 0.37, when the earmarked grant for the social infrastructures is used. Hence, it is required to raise private funds of 0.75 billion yen for the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the production-induced effect to be over 1 and to collect it of 2.7 billion yen for the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the added-value-induced effect to be over 1. I thirdly show that the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the production-induced effect is 0.58 and it measured by the added-valueinduced effect is 0.29, when the subsidy of the Sports Promotion Lottery toto is utilized. Therefore, it is necessary to raise additional private funds of 1.64 billion yen for the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the productioninduced effect to be over 1 and to collect it of 3.31 billion yen for the cost-effectiveness ratio measured by the added-value-induced effect to be over 1.

これまでの研究で報告されている唇の2次元振動は,実際に奏者が吹鳴した際の唇の軌跡とシミュレーションの軌跡ではその軌跡の傾きに違いが認められる。本論文ではこの軌跡の違いに着目し,人口吹鳴実験と数値計算によるシミュレーションの二つの手法を用いて解析を行った。唇が厚くなるに従って上唇先端部の振動は右上がりの軌跡から右下がりの軌跡に変化することを実験とシミュレーションの両方で示した。同様に唇が厚くなるに従って発振周波数が低くなることを示した。また,唇の厚みが増すに従って周波数の高い振動モードが励起されなくなり,同じ唇の固有振動数で異なる振動モードが励起され易くなることをシミュレーションで示した。

<p>In this research, a novel rough terrain track mechanism for agricultural robot and levee weed robots was developed. Soft and long spike track provides enough shear forces by insert the comb like soft spikes on weed covered steep slopes which we can often see along rice field. In addition, spikes are composed of flexible materials to enable running on uneven surfaces and muddy areas. In this report, a relationship between the spike length and the climbing performance on the grass covered slope will be described.</p>

A motor shaft direct drive is known as a simple and low cost scheme for small toy vehicles, however the mechanism how it produces propelling force has not yet been explained nor discussed in detail. A trivial idea that a small dent is formed on the road surface just under the shaft end due to static weight takes us to the unexpected result. Brief calculus reveals that the propelling force vector of the system directs somewhat forward with respect to sagittal plane which includes motor shaft slant axis. It suggests that the motor alternative cw and/or ccw rotation generates gradual forward movement, i.e. the vehicle moves perpendicular direction with respect to that of right-left swinging motion. The forward motion is confirmed experimentally with single motor shaft direct drive vehicle, and also discussed in details.

We developed an Encapsulated Production System (EPS) composed of the human space and the product space. The product space is isolated from the human space in protection from penetration of particle and gas in the human space. Concentrations of oxygen, particle, and dissolved oxygen in solutions in the product space are of 5 orders of magnitude lower than those in atmosphere. As an experimental application of the system to the control of semiconductor surface and interface, we formed Schottky barrier diodes of Al/Si(111) interface in the EPS system and investigated diode leakage currents. It was found that electrically-ideal interfaces with no leakage current and no fluctuation of Schottky barrier heights were formed in the system.
