筆者らは,災害時にインターネットがつながらない状況でも,離れた避難所間で人の移動を媒介として情報を伝達する 「レジリエント情報流通プラットフォーム」 を構築し,この上で動作する安否確認アプリケーションを開発してきた.東日本大震災の被災経験者を対象に,この安否確認アプリの受容性調査を実施した結果,個人情報の自動入力や自動送信には心理抵抗を感じる被験者がいるものの,利用したいか否かについては一定の肯定的な回答が得られ,安否確認サービスの潜在的な需要を確認できた.We have already developed the information sharing platform that enables to share information among remote locations even if the Internet is disconnected under disaster situation. Afield test was conducted to evaluate the potential of a safety confirmation application which works on the platform. We confirmed the user acceptance of such a safety confirmation service although psychological factors in registering personal information should be considered.

近年,地方自治体は,地域ニーズに応じた森林管理施策を展開しうる主体として注目されている。地方自治体による施策の性格と独自性を明らかにするためには,これを強く制約する財政基盤を検討する必要がある。そこで本報告では,1980年代後半以降の財政統計データを用いて,都道府県林業費の特徴と動向およびその地域性を分析した。1980年代後半以降,地方債や交付税措置などの活用により都道府県が公共投資の拡大の担い手となり,林業費の構造は変動した。そのなかで地方単独事業が拡大した点,その増大時期や事業別構成には地域性がみられる点は,都道府県の森林管理施策の独自性に関連して注目される。また,こうした構造変化の結果,財政危機がもたらされ,施策のあり方に見直しを迫っている点にも注意する必要がある。

雨水流出による水害を回避するためのプレキャストコンクリート構造の地下貯水槽を開発した。本貯水槽の特徴は, 屋根部材をプレストレストコンクリート (PC) 構造とし, 柱間隔を従来の鉄筋コンクリート (RC) 構造の2倍以上の10mに広げていることである。柱による阻害率が小さいため, 経済的かっ効率的な施設を構築できるようになり, 柱間隔が広く底版がフラットなため, 維持管理が容易で重機による清掃が可能になった。また, プレキャスト部材同士の接合により, 現場作業を省力・短期化でき, かっレベル2地震にも耐えられるピン結合方法を考案し, 実物大実験で検証した。

Mechanisum of the diazomethane degradation for the sugar-aglycone linkage of the gypsogenin 3-O-glycoside(1) was studied and the useful degradative reaction was applied to the structure determination of quillayasaponin. Since three kinds of functional groups of 1, the 4α-CHO group in the aglycone, COOH and 4-OH group in the glucuronic acid were presumed to contribute to the degradative reaction, the necessarity of the each functional group was examined using a model compound 7, and only the 4α-CHO group was showed to be essential. By taking the above evidence and the usual reaction products of aldehyde with diazomethane into account, the reaction must be proceeded through such a oxide intermediate as shown in the scheme 6. QS-III(25), a major acylated genuine bisdesmoside of the so-called quillayasaponin, afforded a 28-O-glycosidal triterpenoid(29) still possessing acyl moiety by this diazometane degradation. On the basis of chemical and spectral evidence, especially, comparison of the ^<13>C NMR spectra of 29 and its desacyl compound(30)(Table 1), the site of linkage of acyl moiety of 29 was determined. The structure of 25, therefore, was complex acylated oligosaccharide as shown in scheme 8.

The hospital library network has to train hospital librarians. The Council of Hospital Libraries in Shizuoka Prefecture, a regional network, has training meetings twice a year. The regional hospital library network has recently started another training program for hospital librarians. In order to discuss and study the many things which have to be dealt with in their routine work, the librarians of the Hamamatsu University School of Medicine and hospital librarians in Hamamatsu have held other bimonthly meetings, “training of hospital librarians in Hamamatsu”, since February of 1988. The latter training sessions have been very useful for both the university librarians and the hospital librarians. A report of the results of the sessions appeared in the bulletin of the Council of Hospital Libraries in Shizuoka Prefecture, “Booktruck”, Good connections have been established because of such sessions, and regional network activities have been furthered. Hospital librarians in central and eastern Shizuoka Prefecture have also established independent training sessions. In order to raise quality of library services, it is useful to develop the educational system for hospital librarians by allowing them to meet, discuss and study together the problems they confront in their routine work.

34歳,女性。頭痛に対して鎮痛薬を使用したところ口唇の腫脹を生じた。数ヶ月後に別の鎮痛薬を使用したところ,上下口唇と手背の水疱および手指の紅斑を生じ,色素沈着を残した。両薬剤に共通な成分であるアリルイソプロピルアセチル尿素 (Allylisopropylacetylurea,AIAU),イブプロフェン,無水カフェインのいずれかによる固定薬疹を疑い,これらの成分に対して無疹部でのクローズドパッチテストを行ったがすべて陰性であった。そのため上下口唇の色素沈着部に AIAU とイブプロフェンをそれぞれ20%含有するワセリンを単純塗布すると,5分後に紅斑が出現した。また無水カフェインの口唇色素沈着部への,AIAU の手背色素沈着部への単純塗布はそれぞれ陰性であった。本症例は皮膚粘膜移行部の固定薬疹であり,同部でのオープンパッチテストは結果が早く得られ,安全で有用性の高い検査法であった。(皮膚の科学,12: 26-30, 2013)

本研究では、消費者の需要予測モデル構築のために、経営データを調査し、同時に気温などの気象データを調査した。そして、これらの関係を統計的に明らかにすることで、消費者の需要予測モデルの構築を、気象データを用いて行う。また、解析結果から得られた要因を用いて需要予測を行うファジィ推論モデルを構築している。
