ドクダミ茶加工の採取時期としては,一般に花のような白い総ほうが終わる頃が適していると言われている。そこで,ドクダミの成長期を「萌芽期」,「結実期」,「本葉期」と名付け,この3期と,結実期の「葉部」,「花部」の2種類の無機成分含有量を分析した。さらに,採取時期の意義を,相関分析,主成分分析法により解析を試みた。1.ドクダミの無機成分は,カリウムがもっとも多く,カルシウム,マグネシウム,鉄,マンガン,亜鉛は成長とともに増加し、銅は複相単為生殖後の花部に多い。2.カリウムとカルシウムは6:1,マンガンとマグネシウムは80:1ほどの比率で増加し,カルシウム・カリウムと銅では反比例する関係があり,花部,本葉期に認められる。3.主成分分析では第1主成分に,カルシウム,マグネシウム,カリウム,マンガンと銅が抽出され、ドクダミの無機成分を構成する主な成分と複相単為性生殖により増加する成分と考えられ,第2主成分の鉄,亜鉛は複相単為生殖に深く関与する成分と考えられる。4.成長期別の主成分分析法では,2次元布置図から花部の特異性が推測ができる。5.以上のことから,経験的にいわれているドクダミ採取時期は総ほうの終わる頃がよいとされるが、3成長期と花部、葉部に分けることにより明確にできた。ゆえに,昨今の食生活に派生する味覚異常や高齢者の無機成分摂取不足などの改善には,手軽に日常的な飲用が望ましい薬用植物と考えられる。

アルコール中毒者における免疫異常の状態を,肝障害との関連において,多角的に検討した.アルコール中毒者の免疫グロブリン値は,とくに血清IgAの上昇が著明であるが,肝硬変になるとIgA, IgM, IgGいずれも上昇してきた.細胞性免疫能はPPD反応,DNCB反応,Tcellの数,PHAに対する幼若化現象いずれも高率に低下がみられた.特にDNCB反応では肝障害のないアルコール中毒者でも高率に異常がみられた.エタノールと肝特異抗原の存在下でLMITを行うと50%に陽性がみられ,アルコール性肝障害では一部エタノールに対する細胞性免疫異常が成立し,それによつて肝障害が進展することが示唆された.アルコール性肝障害のHBウイルスの関与については,HBs抗原,抗体陽性率が健康人のそれと差異がなかつたことから積極的に支持できなかつた.

失禁体験装置はバルーンによる下腹部への圧迫、お湯を流すことによる内股への温感の提示により尿失禁感覚を提示する。また、首筋への冷却ファンによる冷感、振動子による振動の提示を行うことで排尿時の悪寒を再現し、より尿失禁感を感じさせることができる。尿失禁は誰しもが経験し得る体験であり、感覚の再現は一定の需要があると考えられる。本稿においては失禁体験装置の構成と展示の様子について述べる。

The pill bug Armadillidium vulgare shows clear turn alternation behavior. As the mechanism underlying the behavior, the bilateral asymmetrical leg movement (BALM) hypothesis has been proposed. Pill bugs, however, showed a longer following when in a zigzag pathway than in a straight pathway, suggesting the presence of an innate turning pattern in their neural system. On the other hand, they showed clear thigmotaxis: they walked a similar distance along a single side-wall as along a straight pathway. The adaptive significance of this behavior was analyzed in an artificial arena. The turn alternation was more frequent in an escaping situation than in voluntary walking, and also the walking speed was faster when escaping than voluntary walking. These results suggest that the turn alternation of the pill bug functions as a behavior for effective escape from natural enemies.

In this study, we examined the relationship between the level of narcissism and helping behavior. Participants, 108 students, were asked to rate the Narcissistic Personality Inventory-Short Version (NPI-S), the normative attitude toward helping, helping ability, and daily helping behaviors. Results indicated that the higher the sense of superiority and competence, which was an aspect of the narcissistic personality, the higher they rated their helping ability. On the other hand, the higher the need for attention and praise, another aspect of the narcissistic personality, the more they rated positively on their normative attitude. Moreover, helping ability and the normative attitude were positively related to the daily helping behaviors. These results suggested that there would be two processes in the influences of narcissism on helping behavior.本研究では、対象者(108名の学生)に自己愛人格目録短縮版(NPI-S)と、援助規範意識、援助能力評価、援助行動について回答してもらい、自己愛傾向の程度によって援助行動に差異が見られるかどうかを検討した。その結果,自己愛傾向のうち、優越感・有能感が高いほど、援助能力評価が高いことが明らかとなった。また、注目・賞賛欲求が高いほど、肯定的な援助規範意識を持ちやすいことも明らかとなった。さらに、援助規範意識、援助能力評価は、援助行動に対して正の影響を及ぼしていた。これらの結果は、自己愛傾向は2つのプロセスを通じて援助行動に影響を及ぼしていることを示唆している。

The improvement of adhesion characteristics is important in electric motor coach. We have already proposed the anti-slip/skid re-adhesion control system based on disturbance observer and sensor-less vector control. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been confirmed by the experiment and the numerical simulation using the tested bogie system of electric motor coach.Then, we apply the proposed method to the actual electric multiple units, which is Series 205-5000. In the experimental results of Series 205-5000, this paper discusses that the proposed anti-slip/skid re-adhesion control system has the desired driving wheel torque response. Moreover, this paper proposes the evaluation method of re-adhesion control test results.
