世界的に人口成長率がここ数十年高かったアラブ地域の中で,サウジアラビアに焦点を絞って,この国の人口爆発が雇用問題にいかに影響を及ぼしているかを明らかにしている。またその問題の解決策としてサウジ政府が採用してきたサウジ人化が進んでいない理由を取り上げて,今後の課題について考察している。

Terada Torahiko was the physicist and the famous writer too. He was the pioneer of the complex system science that lived in the early days of the Showa after the Taisho period from the Meiji period. Torahiko is the person who attracted attention some other time recently. He is said to be the father of the disaster prevention science. Torahiko emphasized that the natural disasters come when we forgot them. He insisted on the disaster evolving with the times one more. Furthermore, he submitted the view of evolutionary misfortunes. The purpose of this paper is to consider the view of evolutionary misfortunes in Terada Torahiko.

Seit Jens Peters Larsen (1963) eine Frage nach der Autoritat des musiktheoretischen Begriffs "Sonatenform" im uberlieferten Sinne von Adolf Bernhard Marx vorgelegt hatte, sind bisher viele Forschungen sich damit beschaftigt, die wahre Wirklichkeit der Sonatenform zu erklaren. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz ist vor allem versucht, die Sonatenform zuerst als Begriff der traditionellen Theorie, denen meisten von dem theoretischen Denken Marx's herkommen, dann im Zusammenhang mit den theoretischen Darstellungen des 18. Janrhunderts, besonders von Heinrich Christoph Koch, zu analysieren, und schlieβlich einige Entwichlungsstufen der Sonatenformen, die sich in "Courante" aus den "Franzosischen Suiten" von Johann Sebastian Bach (BWV816), und Sona tensatzen von Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach (Wq48) und Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (KV 309) finden, darzustellen.

In this paper, we analyze the correlation between "Maslow's hierarchy of needs" and Music Preferences in Female Students in East Asia. Japanese female students' needs are not fulfilled compared with the female students of South Korea or China. In the case of Japan, the female students whom the needs of a low level have satisfied prefer K-POP, and the female students whom all needs have not satisfied prefer Rock Music. In the case of China, the female students whom all needs have not satisfied prefer Anime Songs. In the case of South Korea, the female students whom all needs have satisfied prefer Anglo-American POP.

本研究の目的は,大学にて犯罪心理学を専攻した学生の卒業研究を調査することである。 調査内容は,研究課題と調査方法に関して行った。結果は以下の通り。1) 多くの調査対象と主題が「非行」であった。 しかし,多様な主題も見られた。2)調査方法は,「質問紙法」であり,調査の対象は「学生」であった。

Scholar of humanism Erasmus is known for the author of The Folly God Appreciation as the clergyman who planned a free will dispute against Reformer Martin Luther. The purpose of this paper is to consider the preschool education theory in Erasmus. According to Erasmus, the human being is existence to take education,and education of the childhood is important. Parents should achieve duties, and teachers should play their part enough. In addition, I insist that Erasmus should introduce the play and fun into learning of the childhood.

日米両政府はMV22オスプレイ輸送機を沖縄の普天間基地に配備する計画を進めている。問題はこの輸送機が,事故が多いきわめて安全性に問題がある飛行機だということである。そのような飛行機を宜野湾市のど真ん中にある普天間基地に配備することは,大いに問題がある。事故が起これば,日米同盟の根幹を揺るがす大問題に発展することは目に見えている。にもかかわらず,野田俊彦総理は,日米地位協定に従ってCH46ヘリコプターの後継機として導入されるので,日本政府がとやかく言う問題ではないとしている。しかし,開発段階から多くの事故を起こしており,最近でもモロッコとフロリダで墜落事故を起こしている。オスプレイは,旧式のCH46ヘリコプターより輸送能力,航続距離,スピードにおいてはるかに優る,海兵隊が大いに期待している輸送機である。その理由は,近年,中国海・空軍が急速に増強されていることである。中国に対する備えという点では,日本も同じ考えである。自衛隊も尖閣諸島等での南西地域において,アメリカ軍との共同作戦を円滑に進めるため,また,戦力の向上のため,オスプレイの力を必要としている。さらに,日米防衛当局から見れば,朝鮮半島有事に対処する観点からもオスプレイ配備は重要である。航続距離がCH46 の5.5倍というオスプレイは,韓国防衛には欠かせない輸送機である。しかし,日本国民の観点からオスプレイ配備を見ると違った点が見えてくる。多くの墜落事故を起こしている輸送機の日本への配備に関しては,野田首相は本来,日本国民の生命,財産を守るべく,アメリカ政府に抗議すべきである。沖縄の仲井眞弘多知事は県民の安全を第一に配備に反対している。政治家として当然のことである。しかし,野田首相は外務省・防衛省の官僚たちから日米地位協定の重要性を聞かされ,日本の国益を守るよりも,アメリカの軍事戦略と軍需産業の利益を優先した行動をとっている。日本国民の安全という国益を守るため,日本政府はアメリカ政府に対してオスプレイの配備の中止を申し入れるべきである。オスプレイ配備を受け入れるということは,在日米軍の半永久的な存続を許すことにつながり,基地縮小と将来の撤廃への道筋を損なうことにつながるのである。また,このオスプレイ配備の問題は,日本がアメリカの属国であることのさらなる証であり,対米関係を最重要視する外務官僚と防衛官僚によって,日本の防衛政策が決定されていることのもう一つの事例である。したがって,オスプレイ配備の問題は,単なる米軍の兵器の更新だけの問題ではない。日米関係の今後を占う大きな問題が背後にあるのである。

本稿は,大学での講義「西洋教育史」に使用する教科書を作ることを想定して作成したものである。教育思想を正しく深く理解するには,歴史,文化を十分理解していなければならない。大学は学問の場であるかぎり,幅広い領域の知識を統合化する教育が必要であることは言うまでもない。しかし現在,大学の講義内容に相応しい教科書は皆無といってよい。専門書は豊富にあるが,大学の講義を想定しては書かれていないのである。 ソクラテスの時代の倫理・教育思想は,決して突然に生まれ出たものではない。その背景となり,推進力となったものとして,自然哲学者たちの思想,ギリシア悲劇,自然中心主義から人間中心主義への転換をはかったソフィストたちの思想などを挙げることができる。 よって,本稿は,ギリシア神話,伝説などを扱うギリシア悲劇,自然哲学者たち,ソフィストたち,そして,ソクラテス,プラトン,アリストテレスの三大哲学者の倫理思想を考察することにより,古代ギリシアの倫理思想を概観する。

In recent yaears, the importance of environmental education has grown; and ways to embody this have become an issue. In the present investigation, we examined vegetable growing as a potential material for environmental education, especially by utilization of low-input sustainable horticulture (LISH) and vegetable gardening, as a means to teach cultivation at our institution. Since 1984,as the result of putting in practice LISH at Keisen women's College farm for 15 years, it was found that 16 different vegetable varieties could be grown organically. The varieties found virtually impossible to grow organically were cucumbers and other kinds of fruit/vegetables, Cruciferae and the like. However, damage could be reduced through net cultivation (Brassica campestris), cold-period tunnel cultivation (Japanese radish : daikon); sprinkling culture (egg plant) and so on. From the results of investigation of vegetable characteristics for flowerbed materials, the classification of new types of vegetables was attempted in terms of grass length, leaf color, leaf shape, flower color, fruit seed and climbing characteristics. Moreover, from this one-year trial of vegetable garden design and testing, the garden could be kept beautiful-looking even in the cold season when flowering plants appear less than attractive. At the same time, it was shown to be a suitable hands-on learning experience in terms of the environment and food. In light of the foregoing results, LISH and the vegetable garden were considered to be sufficient for use as environmental education materials at our institution.
