以上の諸実験から飼育上の条件を要約すると1.飼育水はできるだけ高塩分のものを用いるのがよい。2.飼料はウナギ用のようににおいの強い, 粉末もしくは粒状の魚粉を主体としたものがよい。3.投餌は少量づつ, 回数多く与え, 投餌後しばらくは止水, そのほかは極少量の流水とする。4.全期間を通じて干出による支障はないが, 酸素補給面から通気は不可欠である。

Chronification of migraine occurs in approximately 3% of entire cases annually. Some risk factors, like obesity and affective disorder, exacerbate the migraine disease conditions. The incidence of migraine chronification is dependent on the baseline frequency of migraine attacks. Functional MRI data support that dysfunction of the descending anti-nociceptive systems plays an important role in the development of migraine chronification. Moreover, several studies employing voxel-based morphometry have revealed morphological alterations of gray matter density in various brain regions, some of which are irrelevant to the sensory or limbic systems. It remains to be determined whether such organic changes are either causative of or attributable to migraine chronification. A preclinical study showed that cortical spreading depression can activate matrix metalloproteinase-9, potentially leading to disruption of blood-brain barrier and subsequent parenchymal damage. We demonstrated that TRPV1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid subfamily, member 1) stimulation in the trigeminal nociceptors induces morphological changes of microglia and astrocytes in the trigeminal nucleus caudalis. Recently, botulinum neurotoxin type-A (BoNT-A) has been approved for patients with chronic migraine. The primary action of BoNT-A is inhibition of regulated exocytosis at the peripheral nerve terminals, raising the possibility that certain peripheral factors are implicated in the development of migraine chronification.

Two cases of psychogenic hearing loss combined with psychogenic aphonia are reported.Case one was a 15-year-old female with psychogenic hearing loss that appeared just before taking a high school entrance examination. After she passed the examination, the complaint of hearing loss was reduced. Three years later she suddenly suffered from psychogenic aphonia prior to taking a college entrance examination. The aphonia also diminished after she passed the examination. Both the hearing loss and aphonia were attributed to the stress caused by the entrance examinations.Case two was a 26-year-old female who suddenly suffered from profound hearing loss and aphonia simultaneously. The conditions were brought on apparently by a psychogenic reaction to a stressful relationship with her mother-in-law.In both cases, the threshold of auditory brain stem evoked response was normal while the threshold of pure tone audiogram indicated profound sensorineural hearing loss. The phonolaryngogram was useful for diagnosis and evaluation of voice disturbance.

容量分析において最も基本的な事がらの一つである計量器の容積を検度する場合,現在用いられている補正値表は軟質ガラスの膨張係数と黄銅製分銅の密度を用いて求めたものであるため実状に添っていない.又SI単位による体積の定義が変更になったにもかかわらず利用された水の密度データはそのことが考慮されていない.従って測容器の補正値を現状に合うように再計算しなければならない.0℃~30.5℃までの0.5℃刻みの水の密度データを用い最小二乗法による多項式近似を行い,0℃以上の任意の温度における水の密度を求める多項式を算出した.任意の温度の水の密度を小数点以下6けたまで求めるのに5次の多項式を用いて近似すれば十分であることを確認した.得られた近似多項式を用い,測容器の検度に用いる値正値を計算した.又任意の温度で溶液調製を行ったとき,標準温度での容積に換算するための補正値の計算も行った.

本研究は, 次の仮説の検証を目的とする。創造性の高いものは, 複雑性・新奇性を有する刺激によって認知的コンフリクトが喚起されている事態での知識獲得において有利であろう。また, Getzels-Jackson現象は, このような事態での知識獲得において生起するであろう。これらの仮説を検証するために, コンフリクト (C) 条件・非コンフリクト (NC) 条件の2つの条件が操作された。各条件での手続概要は以下である。C条件: (1) 事前テスト (直前実施)(2) 被検者は, ある新奇な現象を生起させることが可能か否かの予想をする。ついで, この新奇な現象が呈示される。これらの手続により, 複雑性・新奇性による認知的コンフリクトの喚起が期待される。 (3) 被検者は, この現象の生起理由をのべた, 認知的コンフリクト低減情報を呈示される。(4) 事後テスト (直後実施)(5) 把持テスト (1週間後実施)。NC条件: この条件はC条件と主に次の2点で異なる。第1に予想手続がない。第2に現象の生起理由をのべた情報のあとで当該現象が呈示される。これらの手続は, 複雑性と新奇性を減ずるためにとられる。仮説を支持する結果は, 題材として用いた現象を生起させる操作とその理由説明をもとめる記述式のテストにおいて主として得られた。これらの結果は, 創造性の高いものは照合的 (複雑・新奇) 刺激に対して接近傾向を有しているためであると考えられる。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the basic character and structure of that the international negotiation and trade rules on "Food Safety issue". In this paper, we focus on "safety of US-beef" in eminent agricultural exporting country United Sates of America in the world. Chapter 1 shows that define of "Political Economy approach", and that problem establishment of this paper. Section 2 shows that reviewing about the relation between "Food Safety issue" and globalization. In terms of trade and "Food Safety issues", The SPS (Sanitary and Phytosanitary) measures are so important that its have an influence on risk related to food safety and ecological safety. Section 3, we consider the characteristic of international negotiation and trade rules on "Food Safety issue". In this section, we examine about "the Japan-U.S.BSE negotiation". Section 4 shows that structure and character of the WTO trade rule (especially SPS agreement). And, as the case study of trade rule of WTO, we examine "the U.S.-EU growth hormone beef case". Lastly, in section 5 shows that opinion of Jagdish Bhagwati as Neo-Classical international economist, his policy recommendation for trade and food safety issues is labeling. We describe that some critique against this policy recommendation. And we conclude this paper and point out some additional study subject. The main conclusions in this paper about international trade negotiation/rule and "Food safety issue" are the following four points. 1. To set an analysis framework from "Political Economy approach". 2. Explicit understanding of structure that interaction between "Food Safety issue" and the WTO regime. 3. Having confirmed a position of the U.S. Government, which gave priority to trade promotion over food safety security from "the Japan-U.S.BSE negotiation" and "the U.S.-EU growth hormone beef case". 4. To point out that "Non- neutrality" of the decision of the international rule about the trade and "Food Safety issue", and that the "fluctuation" of WTO.

In a previous paper the author presented a new simple volumeter for measurement of photosynthesis and respiration rates with the use of a low power microscope. This was improved to permit the measurement without the microscope. Five to seven volumeters, one being thermobarometer, were used simultaneously. Photosynthesis rate is measurable within about 10minutes, and respiration rate within about 30minutes. This apparatus is useful in measurements not only indoors but also outdoors. Presented in this report are the data obtained from measurements made indoors and outdoors on 32 species of plants; that is 1 aquatic, 3 marine and 28 land plants. The apparent photosynthesis rates are generally larger than those previously observed under near-natural conditions. This may be due to the high concentration of CO2 (2.7%), high temperature (30°), and also the use of cut leaf strips permitting large gas exchange through the cut surface. In a leaf of Ficus elastica the photosynthesis rate was somewhat higher at the more apical and near-margin parts of the leaf than at the basal and near-midrib ones, respectively. No such difference was seen on the respiration rate.

精神疾患の具体的認知過程は様々だが, 精神疾患認知の初期判断項目として行為者の社会的表徴が評価されるという点は, 具体的状況によらず共通である.精神医学は, この表徴から遡行して精神疾患の病因を特定しようとするが, そのような逆向きの実在論にはある種の逆理が不可避である.また行為の社会的表徴それ自体に精神疾患の根拠を求める物語論や構成主義的方法も同様に実在論としての逆理を孕んでいる.本稿では, 郡司ペギオ幸夫らが提唱する内部観測論を援用しつつ, 非実在論としての精神疾患論を展開する.内部観測論は, 観測者と観測対象との未分離性を前提としつつ, 局所の行為としての観測 (特定の言語ゲーム) を契機に普遍的な観測 (普遍的言語ゲーム) を感得させるための, 観測の存在論である.内部観測論的に言えば, ある社会的表徴を精神疾患のメルクマールとして評価しうるのは, 特定の言語ゲーム内における実行性に関してのみである.しかし精神疾患の実在論は, この特定の言語ゲームを普遍的言語ゲームと混同することで, 認知過程の「根拠化」を図ろうとする.かかる説明図式を脱構築しつつ, 精神疾患の内部観測論的モデルを提示することが本稿の目的である.
