[抄録] もし市場が効率的なら、投資家はいかなる手法を使っても市場平均に勝てない。これが効率的市場仮説を支持する研究者の見解である。市場平均に勝っても、運が良かっただけとするのだ。この仮説を支持するバートン・マルキールの著書と支持しないジャスティン・フォックスの見解を考察する。あわせて筆者が株式投資を行いその際に経験した事の考察もする。フォックスも筆者も効率的市場仮説は、成立しないとする立場である。アノマリーが存在するのだ。リチャード・オヒギンズの「ダウの負け犬戦略」つまりダウ30社の中から、配当利回りの高い株に投資するだけの戦略はオショネシーの研究ではダウ平均を年率で2%上回っていたのだ。だがこの戦略を多くの人が知れば、市場平均に負けてしまう。こうした事例からもわかる様に、こんな単純な戦略でも市場平均に勝てたのである。投資家が「経済人」でなく、非合理的な行動をすることもあり、筆者はとうてい効率性市場仮説を支持することはできない。 [Abstract] If the stock market is efficient, an investor can't get more money than an average investor. If an investor make a great achievement,his success is his good luck. I thought the stock market was efficient this was a great mistake. Scholars who believe that the stock market is efficient take a wrong turning. Do they deny the success of Edward Warren Buffettt ? Buffett said ‘If the stock market is efficient, I became a beggar’. I think Buffett is right. I consider 'the great achievement is not his fortune but his investments' method is right. I think anomaries do exist. You can make a reward to invest.

The aroma components in cooked curry powder were determined and the differences of the aroma due to varieties of curry powder, cooking process and cooking periods were studied. The results were as follows;1) Seventeen aroma components were determined from cooked curry powder.2) The aroma components in the two kinds of current curry powders were almost the same qualitatively but different quantitatively.3) The yield of some components in Turmeric, Cuminaldehyde, and Eugenol was markedly decreased by cooking with margarin.4) The yield of all other components in Turmeric was markedly decreased by cooking after sauted with margarin.5) The amounts of aromas in curry powder, curry powder with margarin, and curry powder sauted with margarin at 100°C were markedly decreased by 30 minutes cooking. On the other hand the amounts of aromas in sauted with margarin at 140°C after 60 minutes cooking were larger than those of 30 minutes cooking.6) Some components in Turmeric and Eugenol were not easily volatile for prolonged cooking.7) Sensory evaluation suggested that the aroma components in curry powder were volatilized by adding margarin and more by sauted with margarin. The curry powder sauted with margarin at 140°C was unpreferred. The aroma in non-cooked curry powder added to hot water was stronger than that in cooked one for one hour, however, there was no significant difference in aroma quality between the two after 1 to 3 hours cooking. There was no significant difference among preferrence by several cooking periods.

本研究では,2015年4月に発生したゴルカ地震(ネパール地震)から3年半後における復旧状況を調査したので報告する。筆者らは,2018年11月に現地に赴き,カトマンズ渓谷のカトマンズ及び周辺都市部の調査を行った。カトマンズ市内は建物被害が少なく復興が早かったものの,カトマンズ市外の都市では今なお多くの場所で住宅再建が続いていた。世界遺産であっても,寺院の再建が進行中であったり,崩壊したまま放置されている建物もみられた。住居建物の建築資材を調査した結果,都市部における殆どの建物は,焼成レンガ・日干しレンガとRC造の柱・梁で構成されていた。ネパールでは,家族が複数世代で居住し,その都度住居の上階を増築する行為を行っていることがわかった。このような建築行為が,地震による被害を増幅させたと予想される。

1 0 0 0 OA 北海道北部日本海の稚内市抜海沿岸におけるミズダコの繁殖期

北海道北部日本海の稚内市抜海沿岸におけるミズダコの繁殖期を明らかにするために、2003年6月-2004年6月まで毎月1回、たこ函で漁獲されたミズダコを収集した。雌の卵巣指数、輸卵管球指数は、11-12月と3月に上昇した。これら個体は、輸卵管球に精子を有していたので、産卵前の成熟した雌と考えられた。雄の精莢嚢指数は10-12月に上昇し、精巣指数は10月に上昇した後11-12月に減少した。11-12月の全ての個体で精莢を有していたため、成熟して活発な交接行動を行っていた雄と考えられた。本研究で明らかになった繁殖期は、既報の礼文島周辺海域における繁殖期に含まれた。
